本科中期論文 論文提綱修改見下紅字所示，盡快完成論文初稿！ Z公司人員測評體系設(shè)計學(xué) 院 專 業(yè) 年級班別 學(xué) 號 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 2014年 5月 摘 要三號黑體加粗人員測評的概念包括對人員素質(zhì)的測量和評定兩個方面的含義。所謂人員素質(zhì)測量，就是運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)原理對人才素質(zhì)狀態(tài)及其功能行為進(jìn)行定量描述，而人員素質(zhì)評定則是根據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)描述來確定測量對象的價值判斷。測量與評定既有區(qū)別又有聯(lián)系：測量是定量分析哦，評定是定性分析；測量是客觀描述，評定是主觀判斷。但測量和評定對象是同一事物（個體的素質(zhì)及績效）的質(zhì)和量的兩個方向。測量是評定基礎(chǔ)和前提，評定是測量的歸宿和目的。二者構(gòu)成了有機(jī)統(tǒng)一的測評整體，從而對測評對象的認(rèn)識更為客觀、準(zhǔn)確。關(guān)鍵詞：履歷判斷，答卷考試，心理測試，面試，情景模擬，評價中心技術(shù)AbstractThe concept of personnel assessment including the personnel quality of measurement and evaluation of two aspects of meaning.So-called personnel quality, the measurement is the mathematical principle of talent quality status and functional behavior quantitatively described, and the personnel quality assessment is based on mathematical description to determine the measurement object of value judgment.
