Analysis of teaching material本單元主要是圍繞Its raining !這一主題展開的教學(xué)活動。核心話題是談?wù)撎鞖夂腿藗冋谧鍪裁?。因此，如何回答“Hows the weather?”“What are you doing? ”“Hows it going?”是本單元的教學(xué)重點。通過對本單元的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生能夠掌握本單元所出現(xiàn)的表示天氣的形容詞，詢問天氣狀況的句式及其回答，能夠靈活運用現(xiàn)在進行時。Section B是對section A部分的拓展與延伸。話題上，拓展談?wù)撎鞖獾谋磉_法。技能方面，進一步深化對聽說讀寫的訓(xùn)練。通過聽、說、讀、寫來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運用這些知識的能力。最終讓學(xué)生能在“說中學(xué)”（learn by speaking），通過有限的課堂實踐活動，準(zhǔn)確地用英語討論天氣狀況。2. (3) Work on 1b, ask students to read the dialogue first and then practice it with their partners.
