fkong 課程簡介課程簡介 本課程的教學對象是人力資源管理研究方向的普通碩士研究生或博士研究生 本課程 的教學方式將主要采用討論班的形式 以課下閱讀研究論文和課上討論為主 從實踐與理 論兩個方面系統(tǒng)學習人力資源管理這一領域的基本理論框架 實踐體系 研究方法以及該 領域的發(fā)展趨勢 課程內容包括人力資源管理這樣研究領域的理論來源和實踐基礎 雇員 的招聘 甄選 和開發(fā)培訓
