軟件工程畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）文獻綜述+外文翻譯基于JSP的賓館管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

1、北京化工大學北方學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）文獻綜述 文獻綜述 前 言本人畢業(yè)設(shè)計的論題為基于jsp的賓館管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)，該系統(tǒng)是在目前服務業(yè)的發(fā)展日益明顯，賓館的發(fā)展也成為了必然的趨勢。國外的賓館大多賓館都進入了電腦時代，而目前我國各類賓館中還有相當一部分賓館還停留在人工管理的基礎(chǔ)上，尤其是中、小得賓館的管理更是如此，這樣的管理機制已經(jīng)不能適應時代的發(fā)展。另外賓館行業(yè)的發(fā)展，使顧客信息呈爆炸性增長，賓館對賓館信息管理的自動化與準確化的要求日益強烈的背景下構(gòu)思出來的，該軟件設(shè)計完成后可用于所有賓館行業(yè)的發(fā)展和管理。使用計算機對顧客信息進行管理，有著手工管理所無法比擬的優(yōu)點，例如：檢索迅速、查找方

2、便、易修改、可靠性高、存儲量大、數(shù)據(jù)處理快捷、保密性好、壽命長、成本低等。這些優(yōu)點能夠極大地提高對賓館信息管理的效率。本文根據(jù)目前國內(nèi)外學者對賓館管理系統(tǒng)的研究成果，借鑒他們的成功經(jīng)驗，對賓館管理系統(tǒng)進行開發(fā)。本文綜述了前人所論述的文獻，結(jié)合自己的看法，并提出自己的觀點。 隨著科學技術(shù)的不斷提高，計算機科學的日漸成熟，使用日趨成熟的計算機技術(shù)將代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的人工模式，來實現(xiàn)賓館信息的現(xiàn)代化管理，其強大的功能已為人們所深刻認識，它已進入人類社會的各個領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。郭真（2009）在jsp程序設(shè)計教程中系統(tǒng)地介紹了有關(guān)jsp開發(fā)所涉及的各類知識，包括jsp概述、jsp開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)、jsp語

3、法、jsp內(nèi)置對象、javabean技術(shù)、servlet技術(shù)、jsp實用組件、jsp數(shù)據(jù)庫應用開發(fā)和jsp高級程序設(shè)計，并通過jsp綜合開發(fā)實例個人博客，介紹了jsp應用的開發(fā)流程和相關(guān)技術(shù)的綜合應用。李剛（2008）在瘋狂java講義中深入介紹了java編程的相關(guān)知識，并且不是單純從知識角度來講解java，而是從解決問題的角度來介紹java語言，通過大量實用案例開發(fā)：五子棋游戲、梭哈游戲、仿qq的游戲大廳等介紹了java應用的開發(fā)流程和相關(guān)技術(shù)的綜合應用。 陳明（2010）在軟件工程導論中主要論述了如何以系統(tǒng)性的、規(guī)范化的、可定量的過程化方法去開發(fā)和維護軟件，以及如何把經(jīng)過時間考驗而證明正確

4、的管理技術(shù)和當前能夠得到的最好的技術(shù)方法結(jié)合起來。同時介紹了軟件工程學及應用的有關(guān)內(nèi)容，主要包括可行性研究、需求分析、概要設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計、編碼、測試和維護等內(nèi)容。 劉曉華、任廷琦（2003）在畢業(yè)論文寫作指導中系統(tǒng)介紹了高校理工科本科生畢業(yè)論文寫作的基礎(chǔ)知識，包括畢業(yè)論文概論、畢業(yè)論文的選題、材料準備、結(jié)構(gòu)安排、邏輯思維、表達方式、語言運用、寫作過程、寫作方法、答辯及論文的發(fā)表。另外，還介紹了科學研究的有關(guān)知識和學術(shù)論文的寫作規(guī)劃。候炳輝（2002）在計算機信息管理專業(yè)（本科）畢業(yè)設(shè)計案例摘選中以進銷存管理系統(tǒng)、人力資源管理系統(tǒng)、生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)、財務管理系統(tǒng)、酒店管理系統(tǒng)、圖書館管理系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)院管

5、理系統(tǒng)、教務管理系統(tǒng)等多個當今最為熱門的管理信息系統(tǒng)為例子,詳細地介紹了這些系統(tǒng)的需求分析及管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的過程和方法。對項目背景、業(yè)務需求分析、功能需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)庫需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)庫建模、系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、系統(tǒng)編譯及系統(tǒng)發(fā)行等過程進行了詳細的講解。彭偉民（2005）在基于需求的酒店管理系統(tǒng)的建模與實現(xiàn).微機發(fā)展中提出在軟件開發(fā)過程中，利用建模語言來有效地建立系統(tǒng)模型是非常關(guān)鍵的。為了提高軟件開發(fā)效率，本文采用面向?qū)ο笙到y(tǒng)建模方法，結(jié)合酒店管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，探討基于需求的系統(tǒng)建模，設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)軍山酒店客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)。實踐表明，基于需求的系統(tǒng)建模能夠縮短軟件開發(fā)周期，節(jié)約軟件開發(fā)成本，從而提高軟件開發(fā)效率

6、。李建中、王珊（2004）在數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)原理（第2版）中介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫的基本概念和體系結(jié)構(gòu)，關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)庫的安全性與完整性，討論了數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計的基本步驟和設(shè)計方法，并介紹實體-聯(lián)系模型、擴展的實體-聯(lián)系模型和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫的函數(shù)依賴理論，數(shù)據(jù)庫的物理存儲結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)字典、關(guān)系代數(shù)操作算法、查詢優(yōu)化技術(shù)和事務處理技術(shù)。介紹了新一代數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及應用、擴展的關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)、面向?qū)ο笈c對象關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)、分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)和并行數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)。同時介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫領(lǐng)域的新進展，包括數(shù)據(jù)倉庫與聯(lián)機分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、web信息檢索與web數(shù)據(jù)管理技術(shù)等。 翟廣宇（2004）在基于c/s結(jié)構(gòu)的酒店管理系統(tǒng)中介紹了輸電線路運

7、行檢修地理信息系統(tǒng)(gis)建設(shè)及應用的經(jīng)驗和體會，收集了當前有關(guān)基于gps、gis的電網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)工程的最新資料，描述了電力設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測和故障診斷的基本知識與原理，全面闡述了地理信息系統(tǒng)和全球定位系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、特點及其在電力行業(yè)中的應用。馬秀蓮、高志安（2005）在賓館管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計中介紹了隨著賓館酒店業(yè)的競爭越來越激烈，賓館管理人員已經(jīng)意識到使用計算機網(wǎng)絡和管理系統(tǒng)的重要性。本系統(tǒng)是在windows平臺下，用visuai foxpro 6、0為開發(fā)工具，以sql語言為數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢語言開發(fā)的賓館酒店管理軟件的功能，研究和開發(fā)管理賓館的日常業(yè)務，即賓館的客房、餐飲、財務及各種收費系統(tǒng)管理。

8、使用該系統(tǒng)，既可以大幅度提高各業(yè)務部門的工作效率，也可自動完成各業(yè)務部門之間的營業(yè)信息、賬務、報表的自動化傳輸與匯總，使各項業(yè)務工作更加制度化、科學化。 axsater s（2008）在modelling emergency lateral transshipments in inventory systems中指出管理信息系統(tǒng)是從管理、信息、系統(tǒng)三概念的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的。它首先是一個系統(tǒng)，其次是一個信息系統(tǒng)，再次是一個用于管理方面的信息系統(tǒng)。管理信息系統(tǒng)是一個由人和計算機等組成的，能進行數(shù)據(jù)的收集、傳遞、儲存、加工、維護和使用的系統(tǒng)，具有計劃、預測、控制和輔助決策等功能。 上述這個定義說明了

9、管理信息系統(tǒng)不僅是一個技術(shù)系統(tǒng)，而且要考慮人的行為，是個社會系統(tǒng)，所以管理信息系統(tǒng)是一個人機系統(tǒng)。brown（2005）在jsp數(shù)據(jù)庫編程指南中講到servlet調(diào)用，是jsp擴展web功能最強有力的一個方面。數(shù)據(jù)一個完整的web應用程序服務器基本上是由三個層次構(gòu)成庫訪問中間件用于封裝常用的數(shù)據(jù)庫完成數(shù)據(jù)庫連接、打開。當web應用程序關(guān)閉，執(zhí)行查詢、插入、更新和刪除等操作。將這些復雜的操作服務器第一次接收到對一個jsp頁面的請求時jsp引擎就把這全部封裝在javabean中可以簡化編程。ravichandrant、marcus a、rothenberger（2003）在software reu

10、se strategies and component markets中提出很多內(nèi)容與顯示的分離脫離了硬件平臺的束縛，并且編譯后大大提高數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)帶有jdbc驅(qū)動程序java程序就是通過jdbc驅(qū)動程序的運行速度，因此jsp正逐漸成為internet上主流的web應用開發(fā)與數(shù)據(jù)庫相連執(zhí)行查詢、提取數(shù)據(jù)等操作。karl moss（2005）在java servlet開發(fā)人員指南指出其中的java命令一起組成的一個jsp頁面基本上是要在當前的網(wǎng)絡時代扮演著越來越重要的角色并將有力地推動信息換成一個servlet類。它不僅涉及電子技術(shù)和商業(yè)交易本身，而這個過程都要再執(zhí)行一次。然后由servlet引擎

11、執(zhí)行這個臨時且涉及到諸如金融、稅務、教育等其他社會層面。是一個與社會的servlet來創(chuàng)建響應消息，這個消息就是最終要返回給客戶大環(huán)境息息相關(guān)并獨具完整結(jié)構(gòu)體系的系統(tǒng)工程。stuart halloway（2006）在rails for java developers中指出java 吸取了c+面向?qū)ο蟮母拍?將數(shù)據(jù)封裝于類中,利用類的優(yōu)點,實現(xiàn)了程序的簡潔性和便于維護性。類的封裝性、繼承性等有關(guān)對象的特性，使程序代碼只需一次編譯，然后通過上述特性反復利用。程序員只需把主要精力用在類和接口的設(shè)計和應用上。java 提供了眾多的一般對象的類，通過繼承即可使用父類的方法。在java 中，類的繼承關(guān)系是

12、單一的非多重的，一個子類只有一個父類，子類的父類又有一個父類。java提供的object 類及其子類的繼承關(guān)系如同一棵倒立的樹形，根類為object類， object類功能強大，經(jīng)常會使用到它及其它派生的子類。bruceeckel（2003）在java編程思想中我們可以看到，越來越多的大學在教授數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、程序設(shè)計和算法分析等課程時，選擇以java語言為載體。這說明java語言已經(jīng)是人們構(gòu)建軟件系統(tǒng)時主要使用的一種編程語言。但是，掌握好java語言并不是一件可以輕松完成的任務，如何真正掌握java語言，從而編寫出健壯的、高效的以及靈活的程序是java程序員們面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。該書就是一本能夠讓ja

13、va程序員輕松面對這一挑戰(zhàn)，并最終取得勝利的經(jīng)典書籍。本書深入淺出、循序漸進地把我們領(lǐng)入java的世界，讓我們在不知不覺中就學會了用java的思想去考慮問題、解決問題。 結(jié) 論 通過以上文獻綜述，我們可以得出以下結(jié)論：基于jsp的賓館管理系統(tǒng)有很大的發(fā)展前途，它的開發(fā)周期相對來說比較短，管理系統(tǒng)是一項精度和邏輯性要求很高的程序系統(tǒng)，因為其代碼利用率很高。以上文獻大部分介紹jsp賓館管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)教程，當然也包含了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)模塊功能的介紹。對賓館管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)提供了理論依據(jù)。這些文獻幾乎包含了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中會遇到的問題和解決辦法。 我國的網(wǎng)絡正在飛速發(fā)展，同時也為各個行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來新的競爭，

14、其中賓館行業(yè)也隨之迅速發(fā)展，從而賓館的管理成為其發(fā)展的一個重要方向。良好的管理方式將為公司帶來更高的利潤。其中賓館預訂這一業(yè)務將使賓館的資源得到充分的利用。賓館預訂這個新業(yè)務是未來所有賓館要想在競爭中勝出的關(guān)鍵之一，這不但給賓館帶來贏利，也給人們帶來了方便，是雙贏的。所以對賓館預訂系統(tǒng)的研究意義深遠，就國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展狀況來看，這個行業(yè)還處于發(fā)展完善階段。而這個需要強大的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新。對賓館管理系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計將會是未來引導賓館發(fā)展方向的一股力量。 外文文獻原稿和譯文原 稿the design and development of the hotel management system al
