2、驗(yàn)之抽樣,以確保產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)2.Scope范圍This criteria establishes the sampling plan, for all the raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods at VIVI company; If this standard is inconsistent with customer standard, it should be subject to negotiation result.本規(guī)范所制訂的抽樣計(jì)劃,適用于本公司原材料、半成品、 成品的檢驗(yàn)接收,若此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與客戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相抵觸時(shí),則

4、g, Established by US, English and Canadian three militaries association in April1963年4月投入使用,由美國,英國及加拿大三軍工作品管協(xié)會(huì)確立5.2 AQL: Acceptable quality limit, AC, RE可接受的質(zhì)量水準(zhǔn);AC:允收,RE:拒收5.3 Lot: a collection of units of product as inspection lot«Acceptable Standards of IMI檢驗(yàn)批:作為檢驗(yàn)對(duì)象而匯集起來的一批產(chǎn)品,每檢驗(yàn)批抽樣一次5.4 Th

5、e types of defects: Acceptable and bugs, refer toAnd Finished Good »缺陷的分類:可接受和缺陷,參見來料,成品接收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6.Operation Contents作業(yè)內(nèi)容:6.1 The types of inspection objects檢驗(yàn)品的分類Supplementary Material: Packing box, bolt, hardware, plastic bag, label and so on輔料:如外箱,螺釘,小五金件,膠袋,貼紙等輔助產(chǎn)品性材料;Main Material : Besides the

6、 supplementary material and consumes material that all raw materials 主料:除輔料及耗材以外的所有原材料;Half-finished product: On the production line all has not been completed半成品:生產(chǎn)線上所有未完成的產(chǎn)品(主要指生產(chǎn)已組裝好的成品裸機(jī));Finished Product: The product which have been finished all the assemblies成品:已完成所有工序要求的產(chǎn)品;Consume material: t

7、o assist produce, like ethyl alcohol, pickling oil, gummed paper, adhesive tapeand so on ;耗材:輔助生產(chǎn)的消耗性材料,如酒精,防銹油,膠紙,封箱膠帶等消耗型物料;6.2 Sampling Plan抽樣方案The sampling plan uses MIL-STD-105E to inspect the samples by the generalinspection level IIsingle sampling plan to carry on these check in lot, details

9、rmal, tightened, reduced inspection and non-inspection, if continuously 5 lots tightened inspection fails, the inspection should have been halted檢驗(yàn)的嚴(yán)格性規(guī)定:分為四種,即正常檢驗(yàn)、加嚴(yán)檢驗(yàn)、放寬檢驗(yàn)和免檢;加嚴(yán)檢驗(yàn)連續(xù) 5批不良,則暫停檢驗(yàn);6.4 In inspection process no matter discover the defect, all samples must complete the inspection.在檢驗(yàn)過程中

10、不論是否發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷,都要完成所抽樣品的檢驗(yàn) ;6.5 OQC when inspect new product, rework product and product which produced at the assembly line exists major defects must start from tightened plan to carry on; specially after the formal production, under the stabilization of production, must by Manager QA agree only then cha

11、nges over to the reduced inspection.OQC在檢驗(yàn)新品、返工產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)有重大異常時(shí)需從加嚴(yán)檢驗(yàn)方案開始進(jìn)行;特別是正式生產(chǎn)后,生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定的前提下,需由QA經(jīng)理同意方可轉(zhuǎn)入減量檢驗(yàn)。6.6 Sampling plan shift rule抽樣方案轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)則6.6.1 IQC according to material number to carry on the accumulation adjustment (different supplier need to be separated statistically); OQC should carry on th

12、e accumulation and the adjustment by the different date and the different type.IQC按照待檢品料號(hào)進(jìn)行累積調(diào)整(不同供應(yīng)商需分開統(tǒng)計(jì));OQC應(yīng)以不同日期和不同機(jī)型進(jìn)行累積和調(diào)整。6.6.2 According to the sampling plan, the random sampling we use, extracts the sample needs to cover the smallest unit of this lot根據(jù)所選取的抽樣方案進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽樣,所抽取的樣品要力爭(zhēng)最大限度的覆蓋到該批產(chǎn)品的最

13、小單位.6.6.3 Regarding single reduce sample inspection, if defect amounts equals or exceed the received number, but had not achieved refused number, can accept this lot. but must transfer to the normal inspection in the next lot of inspection對(duì)于單次減量抽樣檢查,如果壞品數(shù)達(dá)到或超過允收數(shù),但未達(dá)到拒收數(shù)可接受此批,但在下批檢查中要轉(zhuǎn)為正常檢查.6.6.4 Re

14、garding consumes material normal inspection continuously 5 batch of qualified, and production does not have any defect feedback, changes over to the non-inspection flow;對(duì)于耗材正常檢驗(yàn)連續(xù)5批合格,生產(chǎn)無異常反饋時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)入免木流程;6.6.5 According to "Sampling Plan Shift Rule Chart" to operate (see appendix);按抽樣方案嚴(yán)格度轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)則圖中條件進(jìn)行 IQC,OQC轉(zhuǎn)移抽樣方案(見附件);6.6.6 The test of finished products does not use reduce inspection, the non-inspection plan rule;成品檢驗(yàn)不采用放寬、免檢方案規(guī)則;7.0 Appendix 附件Sampling plan strict shi
