36、班,請假原則上不批,如特殊情況需書面寫明情況特批。4、離職:辭職員工需提前至少一個月通知公司,并按要求與主管或相關(guān)人 員進(jìn)行工作交接,整理清查以往客戶資料、設(shè)備、財產(chǎn)及以往使 用的公司財物,方可離職。5、自動離職:無故三天不上班曠工者,均作自動離職,不予結(jié)算任何工資、6、解雇:聘用期內(nèi),因工作表現(xiàn)、能力等因素不符合本公司要求,無法勝 任本職工作,公司有權(quán)解雇,以基本工資為基數(shù),按日結(jié)算當(dāng)月 工資。計算方式為:日工資= 基本工資+ 30天(不含福利、獎金 等)7、開除:違反勞動紀(jì)律,予以革職開除,員工因觸犯法律,追究 刑事責(zé)任。員工發(fā)生下列情形之一,公司有權(quán)提出警告或解除勞動關(guān)系。(1)、在試用

40、ag Li Jia | ig秘密,謊報事實者,造成不良影響的。(4)、因個人原因給客戶留下不良影響,說不利企業(yè)言語,流露對企業(yè)不滿、自成小團(tuán)體,消極怠工、無理取鬧的。(5)、品行不端,有人格缺陷,缺少基本職業(yè)道德,損害公司名譽(yù)者。(6)、工作無效率,影響合同履行的或給公司客戶造成不良影響的。(7)、工作無主動性,無所作為,影響公司整體工作完成,月內(nèi) 無顯著業(yè)績或提高,予以警告或勸退。(8)、以個人利益為先,自由散漫,找各種借口擱置手頭工作。(9)、私自動用公司微機(jī)軟硬件,致使電腦無法正常工作。造成損失責(zé)任自負(fù),嚴(yán)重者追究其法律責(zé)任。(10)、員工必須保證其提供一切個人資料的真實性,如實說明在原

44、es and aclis ae -e ad rel abe - ong Li iag Li Jia | ig工資結(jié)構(gòu):基本工資、崗位工資、全勤獎、績效工資,企業(yè)工齡工資。工資發(fā)放:當(dāng)月20日發(fā)放員工上月工資,如發(fā)薪日正好趕上節(jié)假 日,工資會提前或延后發(fā)放。員工轉(zhuǎn)正前后月薪一般不會有太大 變化,因為公司對待員工的試用期主要是考核其德行操守、積極 態(tài)度、工作能力、職業(yè)道德,而非大幅度降低月薪,月薪如有疑 議,應(yīng)當(dāng)時提出。為便于管理,公司采用半月壓薪制度(基本工 資的一半),待員工合理離職后,予以退還,員工有下列情形者, 不予退還。1、離職時,未提前一個月提出。2、擅自離職,手頭工作未交接,影響全局

49、保不丟失。工作 中因疏忽,酌情處理,因個人原因造成損失,應(yīng)有責(zé)任賠償或從 工資里扣除。5、及時匯報工作進(jìn)程及客戶業(yè)務(wù)。6、工作單由主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分派,如完成時間有困難,應(yīng)盡早提出,如客戶急需,應(yīng)主動加班完成。接單人簽字,另一名設(shè)計復(fù)核。7、私人電話應(yīng)簡短。禁止用公司電話聊與工作無關(guān)的事。8、因個人原因給工作下一環(huán)節(jié)造成影響,相關(guān)設(shè)計人員有義務(wù)馬上到位予以解決。六、工作日志制度要求員工每天填寫工作時間分配表,具體到每個員工每天的時間 分配。多少時間花在哪一項工作上,花在哪個客戶上,關(guān)注工作 過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,及時調(diào)整。七、呈報制度ceerat ons, wel a s paiiaig i I ote
