2、hstanding voltage tester(耐壓測試儀).5.0 General Instructions/說明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100).測試可在1040(50100)之的環(huán)境溫度下進行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source. 除非另外標(biāo)注, 否則所有樣

3、板都將連接在120V/60Hz電源下進行測試.5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. Test duration is 1 minute測試時間為一分鐘.6.0 Procedure/步驟:6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested.準備一個有代表性的樣機用于測試.6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1007 and completely fill in the information describing the

7、sample and the equipment used prior to running the test.用TTR1007測試結(jié)果的表格,在測試前完整地填入樣機和使用的設(shè)備的情況.6.3 Connect the tester to supply mains of 220V/60Hz, push down the power button, and set the test voltage range to 2.5 KV, trip current to 55MIU , time to 65s, then push down “START” button, turn the test vo

8、ltage knob to some extent clockwise and insert the probe connected to red lead into the socket connected to black lead, pressing the “STOP” button when hearing alarm which shows that the tester is ok in function. Turn off the tester, and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to its end.耐壓測試儀連接到220

9、V/60Hz電源, 開啟耐壓測試儀電源開關(guān)，設(shè)置電壓檔為2.5KV,跳脫電流為5MIU,定時65s. 按下“測試開始鍵”，順時針調(diào)節(jié)測試電壓旋鈕到顯示屏上顯示非零值,將其紅線相連的測試棒插入黑線輸出插座插孔，聽到報警聲時按下“測試停止鍵”，表示耐壓測試儀功能正常，關(guān)掉耐壓測試儀. 逆時針將測試電壓旋鈕旋到底.6.4 Operate the sample until thoroughly heated.按照TAREGP1001在開口空載狀況下運行樣機到熱穩(wěn)定.6.5 Place the sample on the work bench and wrap the motor enclosure w

10、ith 10×20 cm metalfoil affecting the heat dissipations (if the enclosure area is less than 10×20 cm, wrap it with the same size metal foil).停止運行樣機, 將其置于絕緣工作臺上,用10×20cm錫箔紙蓋住離馬達最近的馬達殼但不要影響樣板散熱,如果馬達殼面積小于10×20cm就用其同樣大小錫薄紙將其全部包住.6.6 Plug the sample into the test socket and turn on tes

11、ter.將樣機電源線的插頭插入耐壓儀測試插座,樣機開關(guān)置于“ON”位.6.7 Make sure the control switch of the sample in “ON” position, touch the probe on the metal foil closely, then push down the “ START” button and turn the voltage knob letting the voltage from zero to the specified value gradually within 5 seconds. Turn off the te

12、ster when test is over and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to its end.開啟耐壓測試儀的電源開關(guān),將測試棒緊觸在錫箔紙上，按下“測試開始鍵”，在5s調(diào)節(jié)電壓從0V起逐步到要求的測試電壓值，聽到耐壓測試儀結(jié)束提示音，關(guān)掉耐壓測試儀, 將測試電壓旋鈕按逆時針方向旋到底.7.0 Results/結(jié)果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1007 to report all numerical results as the information describ

13、ed below.使用TTR1007測試結(jié)果的表格, 除報告所有數(shù)字結(jié)果外, 還有下列描述的數(shù)據(jù).7.2 Clearly and completely describe all parts that are part of this evaluation.
