4、these subjects lie in the fact that it has made me see in a new light. Considering my background and my interests, I am choosing a degree in anthropology and sociology. I am currently studying A-Level sociology, media and business studies. All three subjects have also helped broaden my critically th

5、inking skills. These are important as it has helped me view situations from a more objective perspective which might be transferred to conducting ethnographic research. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of sociology and it is my strongest subject. It has helped me make sense of the world and has become

6、 an integral part of my life. So far it has been beneficial to me in many ways. For example, the module on education enlightened me with reasons for underachievement in gender. Understanding these reasons for success or failure has helped me improve my own educational experience. I find sociology in

7、teresting as the concepts are useful when debating and can be applied to everyday life. Power and politics is really enjoyable as I became aware of the political spectrum and ideologies which underline each wing. Research methods developed my critical reasoning but sociology in general has taught me

8、 intellectually stimulating material which is why I desire to study the subject further. Having lived in London and worked in a Japanese restaurant; I have fostered an appreciation of social and cultural diversity. The way Japanese norms and values differ from those of the Western world fascinates m

9、e and I wish to learn more about other cultures, as well as our own society. Travelling to Northern Ireland gave me global specs as I gained a different understanding of their society and it changed what I knew. My part-time job has made me realize the importance of higher education in order to bett

10、er myself. It has also improved areas of expertise such as time-management and working in a people orientated environment. My hobbies range from contemporary dance to horse-riding. I enjoy traveling and learning new languages. I am also an avid reader who enjoys non-fictional texts. In my spare time

11、 I like to learn Swahili and Japanese. My aim is to enroll on a French andor Spanish course at University to advance my language skills. In the summer I helped organize an event for Love Music Hate Racism. The aim of the charity is to prevent an extreme right-wing ideology that is fascist from gaini

12、ng a platform. They celebrate diversity through music and urge people to vote against fascist candidates in elections. This year I was voted class representative for the Student Union which has given me the opportunity to use my organizational and leadership skills. I need to be coherent, and unders

13、tanding of students needs. Representing my class has improved my communication skills which are vital for getting the students points across. 14、類型 1.政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金 非歐盟成員國家的留學(xué)生，能夠申請的主要獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，就是這一類，在政府的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，由高校進(jìn)行管理、審核和發(fā)放，留學(xué)生可以直接向?qū)W校的相關(guān)部門提出申請。 審核的重點(diǎn)是學(xué)生的個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)情況，學(xué)校會列出需要提供的基本材料，大家遵照要求來準(zhǔn)備即可。在獲獎(jiǎng)名額上沒有限制，不同的學(xué)校發(fā)放的金額是不一樣的。 2.伊拉斯謨獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金 針對歐洲聯(lián)盟成員國的留學(xué)生而發(fā)放的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，基本上在所有的成員國內(nèi)都有設(shè)立，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金由本國學(xué)校和其他國家的合作院校一起設(shè)立。 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金只針對碩士留學(xué)生開放申請，并且在專業(yè)上也有一定的限制，大家需要提供的材料，要以研究或者實(shí)驗(yàn)成果為主，比較注重學(xué)生的實(shí)力。 3.國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金 在

15、今年，丹麥的政府還新開設(shè)了政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，針對所有來丹麥留學(xué)的留學(xué)生，這份獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金自主的學(xué)生名額在60-65名之間，總金額在2500萬歐元左右。 目前發(fā)放的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還在審核之中，可以明確的是所有獲獎(jiǎng)的學(xué)生，都可以獲得學(xué)費(fèi)的全額減免，而且可以拿到一定的生活資助。 二、申請要求 在審核中，必須滿足的要求有兩種，一個(gè)是學(xué)術(shù)方面，即學(xué)生的個(gè)人成績，如果是新生，需要出示在國內(nèi)階段的GPA;如果是在讀生，則需要出示最新一個(gè)學(xué)期的考試成績。 另一個(gè)就是語言方面，主要是英語的基本情況，母語國家的留學(xué)生在申請上優(yōu)勢更大，不過需要出示的是專業(yè)化的考試成績，還是要進(jìn)行考試。 出國留學(xué)怎么申請居留 回答：一、居留申請 1.材料
