第十二章酒店客房控制系統(tǒng) 說承包單位須供應及安裝一套酒店聯(lián)網(wǎng)客房控制管理系統(tǒng)（GMS）能透過高階接接，以結合下列系統(tǒng)提供綜合管理功能：與酒店網(wǎng)絡管理系統(tǒng)（PMS）本GMS系統(tǒng)須提供一切必需的硬件及設備以便本系統(tǒng)能與上系統(tǒng)完全暢通地以高階接口互相傳送所有與相關設備及材料之信號及聯(lián)網(wǎng)。所有客房須經(jīng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)組成一獨立系統(tǒng)至客房管理部。承包單位應按各系統(tǒng)的使用要求，提供GMS的深化設計，安裝及系統(tǒng)本承包單位選擇的本系統(tǒng)的服務商應具備One&Only酒店或不少本承包單位應提供整個GMS所需的設備列出詳細的設備 型號、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、單價)。所品性能和技術規(guī)格，應符合設計承包單位所提供的GMS系統(tǒng)內的設備及程序應可按照業(yè)主對使用功能變更要求作相應的修改，相關設備預留可供聯(lián)網(wǎng)的接而本承包單位須負責客房控制管理系統(tǒng)線路及設備之安裝及調試驗GMS送審文件、樣在工程進行中的適當階段中，至少須報送下列文件、樣品供設備與部件的詳細，制造廠的資料與樣品第二 系統(tǒng)說明及要總體說系統(tǒng)的總體安裝應符合酒店的要求。中心系統(tǒng)的硬件、及配線應為整體。為預備將來系統(tǒng)擴展的需要，安裝時應留況，硬盤將保存記錄。歡迎 租出及有人(Rented租出及無人(Rented非租出及有人(Un-rented非租出及無人(Un-rented（如26℃/可調結合3在歡迎(E)模式，客房控制管理管理系統(tǒng)會觸發(fā)預客房控制單元的每一個控制開關或輸出電壓為控制客房門鈴，打擾/清理房間（DND/MUR）及指示燈管理（CI）每間客房內的GMS將與計算機進行實時通信關于房間情況和警報情況，如房間模式(歡迎(E)/租出與否(Rented/Un-rented)/有人與否(Occupied/Unoccupied)等，CI會提供一份全面，同時能將各房間和酒店的其它系PMS為方便酒店管理，通過CI或與CI相連的終端可以觀察并控制支持/故障終端通過TCP/IP連接與CI相連，CI將為終端提供全面支通過TCP/IP連接，CI可從服務中心為室內控制系統(tǒng)進行全面的故障。CI可將警報至，CI硬盤上的文件夾及PMS在相連房間的連接門打開時,兩個房間的模式（”無人”/”有人”）會變成一致，直至相連房間的連接門關閉為止。 室內管理系統(tǒng)的通信應符合ISO/OSI 室內管理系統(tǒng)可將CI計算機與客房內使用結構化主干布線的各項裝置連接起來。并可以與樓層客房管理終端相互通信，也可以送達相關指令和告警給相應的管理終端。CI無須進入房間即可通過CI計算更房間控制器內的應用程序。無論停電時間的長短，房間內的程序不會受到任系酒店房間管理系統(tǒng)的程序包括下列功能Vacant客房智能控制系統(tǒng)功能列eTobeenactivedautomaticallywhentheguestswipescardtoentertheroomtime,orbeenactivedbythecontrolledpanelnearthedoorintheWhentheguestswipescardtimeandentertheroom,thesystemwillactivethepre-setLightingcombinescenesof"
