)1976L0115—中文—15.08.1996—004.001—4▼B第三條如果任何汽車(chē)輛的安全帶連接裝置符合?M4附錄?的要求，那么所有成員國(guó)都必須承認(rèn)關(guān)于該固定裝置的歐共體型式認(rèn)證或國(guó)家型式認(rèn)證。第四條如果任何汽車(chē)輛的安全帶連接裝置符合?M4附錄?的要求，那么所有成員國(guó)都不得拒絕或禁止關(guān)于該固定裝置的銷(xiāo)售、注冊(cè)、生效或使用。第五條已承認(rèn)型式認(rèn)證的成員國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)采取有效措施，以確保獲悉按照附錄I第1.1項(xiàng)的規(guī)定對(duì)任何部件或性能所作的修改。該成員國(guó)的主管當(dāng)局則應(yīng)決定是否對(duì)已修改了的車(chē)型進(jìn)行新試驗(yàn)并擬定新報(bào)告。如果該測(cè)試不符合相關(guān)指令的要求，則該修改不能被批準(zhǔn)通過(guò)。第六條為了考慮到技術(shù)的發(fā)展，應(yīng)按照《70/156/EEC指令》第13條中所規(guī)定的程序，采用校正附件所需的修正案。共78頁(yè)第8頁(yè)1976L0115—EN—15.08.1996—004.001—5▼BArticle71. 定義本指令適用以下定義：1.1. 關(guān)于安全帶連接裝置的‘車(chē)輛形式’是指在以下這些主要方面相一致的某類(lèi)車(chē)輛：車(chē)輛中配有安全帶的結(jié)構(gòu)部件、座椅結(jié)構(gòu)部件以及其它部件的尺寸，線路以及組成材料；1.2. ‘安全帶連接裝置’是指車(chē)輛結(jié)構(gòu)、座椅結(jié)構(gòu)或其它部件上用來(lái)固定安全帶組件的那一部分；1.3.‘安全帶’（‘座椅固定帶’或‘帶子’）是指在車(chē)內(nèi)設(shè)置的，固定在車(chē)上，帶有安全扣、調(diào)節(jié)裝置和附件的帶子。它可在車(chē)輛出現(xiàn)意外碰撞或急停時(shí)，通過(guò)限制佩帶者的機(jī)動(dòng)性來(lái)使其減少損傷。該裝置一般是指‘安全帶組件’，也包括任何具有能量吸收或帶式緊固作用的設(shè)備。共78頁(yè)第12頁(yè)1976L0115—EN—15.08.1996—004.001—7?B1.4. ‘安全帶導(dǎo)向裝置’是指一種調(diào)節(jié)安全帶組件佩帶者所佩帶的帶子松緊狀態(tài)的設(shè)備。1.5.‘有效安全帶固定點(diǎn)’是指按照第4.4項(xiàng)的規(guī)定，用于確定佩帶者所佩帶安全帶每部分角度的固定點(diǎn)，即：當(dāng)安全帶被佩帶時(shí)，用來(lái)固定安全帶并使其保持預(yù)定狀態(tài)的點(diǎn)。而該點(diǎn)是否為真正的安全帶固定點(diǎn)，則取決于固定在該點(diǎn)的安全帶硬件配置，比如在下述情況下：1.5.1. 安全帶連接在一個(gè)剛性部件上，該剛性部件附著在一個(gè)較低的固定或活動(dòng)的安全帶固定點(diǎn)上，而座椅在其所有位置調(diào)整過(guò)程中的有效安全帶固定點(diǎn)是指安全帶連接剛性部件的那個(gè)點(diǎn)。1.5.2. 車(chē)輛安全帶導(dǎo)向裝置用于車(chē)輛機(jī)構(gòu)或座椅結(jié)構(gòu)上。當(dāng)安全帶的導(dǎo)向裝置位于佩帶者一邊時(shí)，該裝置的中心點(diǎn)則被視作是有效安全帶固定點(diǎn)。安全帶應(yīng)在有效安全帶固定點(diǎn)和佩帶者之間保持直線。1.5.3.
