社區(qū)和家庭。作為一名中專護士，我感覺雖然就業(yè)環(huán)境寬松了許多，

給病人造成許多擔(dān)心和誤會。為了避免這一現(xiàn)象，通常我在配藥時，

將針頭斜面與瓶塞水平面呈0°?130°的角插入。需要多次插入時，

選擇從同一針孔進針或取下瓶塞上的針頭采用另一個針頭吸藥，然后

再通過瓶塞上的針頭注入。(1.Dispensing:Sterileforeign

objectssuchasrubbercrumbsoftenappearinthesterile

solution,whichoftencausesmanyworriesand

misunderstandingsforpatients.Toavoidthisphenomenon,I

二、肌肉注射方面：在肌肉注射混懸液時，由于配制時間過長，容易

發(fā)生針頭阻塞，導(dǎo)致多次注射，增加了病人的痛苦。為了提高注射成

功率，我主張讓病人采取坐位注射，取臀大肌定位消毒，然后將溶媒

沿瓶壁慢慢注入，搖勻后吸取，藥瓶內(nèi)排空氣，水平持針法快速深部

肌注，效果很好。(2.Intramuscularinjection:Whenthe

快速進針法，可以減輕病人的疼痛;對與細、短、滑、不充盈的血管,

局部熱敷或輕輕拍打，至血管充盈后，固定好血管，選用小號針頭，

以15。?30。角進針，可以提高成功率;對于位置較深的血管，按解

剖位置用手指腹觸摸，有飽滿感，掌握好深淺，摸索進針。(3.

一、配藥方面：無菌溶液里經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)橡皮碎屑類的無菌異物，往往

給病人造成許多擔(dān)心和誤會。為了避免這一現(xiàn)象，通常我在配藥時，

將針頭斜面與瓶塞水平面呈0°?130。的角插入。需要多次插入時,

選擇從同一針孔進針或取下瓶塞上的針頭采用另一個針頭吸藥，然后

再通過瓶塞上的針頭注入。(1.Dispensing:Sterileforeign

objectssuchasrubbercrumbsoftenappearinthesterile

solution,whichoftencausesmanyworriesand

misunderstandingsforpatients.Toavoidthisphenomenon,I

usuallyinsertthebeveloftheneedleandthehorizontalplane

二、肌肉注射方面：在肌肉注射混懸液時，由于配制時間過長，容易

發(fā)生針頭阻塞，導(dǎo)致多次注射，增加了病人的痛苦。為了提高注射成

功率，我主張讓病人采取坐位注射，取臀大肌定位消毒，然后將溶媒

沿瓶壁慢慢注入，搖勻后吸取，藥瓶內(nèi)排空氣，水平持針法快速深部

肌注，效果很好。(2.Intramuscularinjection:Whenthe

suspensionisinjectedintramuscularly,becausethe

preparationtimeistoolong,theneedleispronetoblockage,

leadingtomultipleinjectionsandincreasingthepatient's

needlehorizontallyforrapiddeepintramuscular

三、輸液方面：靜脈輸液是臨床工作中經(jīng)常性的基本操作。靜脈穿刺

是講究技巧的。對于淺表粗直的血管，采取針頭與皮膚間呈60°角

快速進針法，可以減輕病人的疼痛;對與細、短、滑、不充盈的血管,

局部熱敷或輕輕拍打，至血管充盈后，固定好血管，選用小號針頭，

以15。?30。角進針，可以提高成功率;對于位置較深的血管，按解

剖位置用手指腹觸摸，有飽滿感，掌握好深淺，摸索進針。(3.
