thedeterminationofoperatingmethods只準(zhǔn)調(diào)車(chē)長(zhǎng)一人指揮thatmustbeleadedbytheyardmasteralone.就是在同一時(shí)間thecommandatthesametime,及調(diào)車(chē)機(jī)車(chē)行動(dòng)的指揮andthecommandofshuntinglocomotiveoperations,單一指揮SingleCommand一個(gè)調(diào)車(chē)組有兩名及以上調(diào)車(chē)長(zhǎng)時(shí)Whenashuntingcrewhastwoormoreyardmasters,設(shè)有助理值班員或調(diào)車(chē)長(zhǎng)一人的中間站，利用本務(wù)機(jī)車(chē)進(jìn)行調(diào)車(chē)作業(yè)時(shí)Atintermediatestationswithanassistantdutyofficeroroneyardmaster,whenshuntingoperationsarecarriedoutwiththeleadinglocomotives,未設(shè)助理值班員及調(diào)車(chē)組的中間站Atintermediatestationswithoutassistantdutyofficersandshuntingcrew,acompetentpersonwillbeassignedtotakethedutyofshuntingwhentheleadinglocomotivesareusedforshuntingoperations.利用本務(wù)機(jī)車(chē)進(jìn)行調(diào)車(chē)作業(yè)時(shí)，指派勝任人員擔(dān)任調(diào)車(chē)工作theassistantdutyofficerortheyardmastershouldbeincommandandassigncompetentpersonstoworkasshuntingoperators.由助理值班員或調(diào)車(chē)長(zhǎng)擔(dān)任調(diào)車(chē)指揮人，指派勝任人員擔(dān)任連結(jié)員工作withinashift,ashuntinglocomotivecanonlybeunderthesinglecommandbyoneyardmaster.Alternatecommandofshuntingisstrictlyprohibited.在一個(gè)班內(nèi)，一臺(tái)調(diào)機(jī)只能由一名調(diào)車(chē)長(zhǎng)單一指揮，嚴(yán)禁輪換擔(dān)任調(diào)車(chē)指揮單一指揮SingleCommand03SignalIndication信號(hào)顯示調(diào)車(chē)作業(yè)時(shí)，調(diào)車(chē)人員應(yīng)正確及時(shí)地顯示信號(hào)Duringshuntingoperations,adispatchershouldindicatethecorrectsignalsintime.連掛車(chē)輛或盡頭線(xiàn)取送車(chē)輛時(shí)，要顯示十、五、三車(chē)的距離信號(hào)（單機(jī)除外）Whencouplingortaking-outandplacing-inwagonsatthestub-endsiding,indicatethesignalsforthedistancesof10,5and3wagonsawayfromstandingwagons(exceptforlightlocomotives).當(dāng)調(diào)車(chē)指揮人確認(rèn)信號(hào)有困難時(shí)Whentheshuntingcommanderhasdifficultyinconfirmingthesignal,someoneshouldbeassignedtoindicatethesignalofstandingwagon.應(yīng)派人顯示停留車(chē)信號(hào)Ifthesignalsforthedistancesof10,5and3wagonsarenotindicated,noattachingisallowed.沒(méi)有顯示十、五、三車(chē)距離信號(hào)，不允許掛車(chē)Locomotivecrewsmustcheckthesignalscarefullyandwhistleasaresponse.機(jī)車(chē)乘務(wù)人員要認(rèn)真確認(rèn)信號(hào)，并鳴笛回示信號(hào)顯示SignalIndication調(diào)車(chē)人員作業(yè)位置的規(guī)定Regulationsontheoperatingpositionofshuntingstaff因人身安全或瞭望困難原因，不能在司機(jī)一側(cè)作業(yè)時(shí)Ifashuntercannotworkonthedriver'ssideforreasonsofpersonalsafetyorlookoutdifficulties,須事先向司機(jī)及有關(guān)人員傳達(dá)清楚onemustclearlycommunicatewiththedriverandtherelevantpersonnelinadvance.推進(jìn)調(diào)車(chē)的速度不得超過(guò)15km/hThespeedofkick-offshuntingshouldnotexceed15km/h.手信號(hào)調(diào)車(chē)時(shí)，調(diào)車(chē)人員原則上應(yīng)與司機(jī)同側(cè)作業(yè)Whenshuntingbyhandsignals,
