租房合同協(xié)議書2025年英文版?ThisRentalContractAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetweenthefollowingparties:Landlord:Name:[Landlord'sfullname]Address:[Landlord'saddress]ContactInformation:[Phonenumber/email]Tenant:Name:[Tenant'sfullname]Address:[Tenant'saddress]ContactInformation:[Phonenumber/email]I.PremisesTheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thefollowingpremises(the"Premises"):Location:[Detailedaddressofthepremises,includingbuildingnumber,unitnumber,etc.]Description:[Describethepropertyindetail,suchasthenumberofbedrooms,bathrooms,livingareasize,etc.Forexample,atwobedroom,onebathroomapartmentwithalivingareaofapproximately80squaremeters.]Amenities:[Listanyincludedamenities,suchasairconditioning,heating,kitchenappliances(e.g.,refrigerator,stove,microwave),washer,dryer,etc.]II.LeaseTermTheleasetermshallmenceon[startdate]andexpireon[enddate](the"LeaseTerm").III.RentandPayment1.RentAmount:TheTenantshallpayrenttotheLandlordintheamountof[rentamount]permonth(the"Rent").2.PaymentMethod:Rentshallbepaidinadvanceonamonthlybasis.TheTenantshallpaytheRenttotheLandlord'sdesignatedbankaccountorotherpaymentmethodsasagreeduponinwritingnolaterthanthe[duedate]ofeachmonth.3.SecurityDeposit:TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof[securitydepositamount]totheLandlorduponsigningthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbeusedtocoveranydamagestothePremises,unpaidrent,orotherliabilitiesoftheTenantunderthisAgreement.UpontheexpirationoftheLeaseTermorearlyterminationofthisAgreement,iftheTenanthasfullyperformedallofitsobligationshereunder,theLandlordshallreturnthesecuritydeposittotheTenantwithin[numberofdays]daysaftertheTenantvacatesthePremises.IV.UseofPremises1.PermittedUse:TheTenantshallusethePremisesonlyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotusethePremisesforanyillegal,immoral,ornuisancecausingactivities.2.AlterationsandImprovements:TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterations,improvements,oradditionstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.AnyunauthorizedalterationsshallberemovedattheTenant'sexpenseupontheterminationofthisAgreement.V.MaintenanceandRepairs1.Landlord'sObligations:TheLandlordshallberesponsibleformaintainingthestructuralintegrityofthePremises,aswellasthemonareasofthebuilding(ifapplicable).TheLandlordshallmakenecessaryrepairsandreplacementsinatimelymannertoensurethesafeandhabitableconditionofthePremises.2.Tenant'sObligations:TheTenantshalltakegoodcareofthePremisesandkeepitcleanandinareasonablestateofrepair.TheTenantshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordofanydamageormalfunctioninthePremises.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforthecostofanyrepairscausedbyitsownnegligenceormisuseofthePremises.VI.UtilitiesandServices1.Utilities:TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilitiesconsumedduringtheLeaseTerm,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,telephone,andinternetservices.2.BuildingServices:TheTenantshallabidebytherulesandregulationsregardingtheuseofbuildingservices,suchaselevatorusage,garbagedisposal,etc.VII.Insurance1.Landlord'sInsurance:TheLandlordshallmaintainpropertyinsuranceonthePremisestocoverdamageorlosscausedbyfire,theft,naturaldisasters,andotherinsurablerisks.2.Tenant'sInsurance:TheTenantshallobtainandmaintainliabilityinsuranceinanamountnotlessthan[insuredamount]tocoveranyliabilityarisingoutoftheTenant'suseofthePremises.TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithacopyoftheinsurancepolicyuponrequest.VIII.SublettingandAssignment1.Subletting:TheTenantshallnotsubletthewholeoranypartofthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.IftheLandlordconsentstosubletting,theTenantshallremainliableunderthisAgreementfortheperformanceofallobligationsofthesubtenant.2.Assignment:TheTenantshallnotassignthisAgreementoranyofitsrightsorobligationshereunderwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Ix.Termination1.ByAgreement:ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbymutualwrittenagreementoftheLandlordandtheTenant.2.EarlyTerminationbyTenant:IftheTenantwishestoterminatethisAgreementearly,itshallgivetheLandlordwrittennotice[numberofdays]daysinadvance.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingrentuntilthedateofterminationandshallforfeitthesecuritydeposit,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbytheLandlord.3.EarlyTerminationbyLandlord:TheLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementearlyunderthefollowingcircumstances:IftheTenantfailstopayrentorotherchargesdueunderthisAgreementwithin[numberofdays]daysaftertheduedate,andfailstocuresuchdefaultwithin[graceperiod]daysafterreceivingwrittennoticefromtheLandlord.IftheTenantmateriallybreachesanyotherprovisionofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithin[numberofdays]daysafterreceivingwrittennoticefromtheLandlord.IfthePremisesarerequiredfortheLandlord'sownuseorforabonafidepurchaserorlessee.IfthereisamaterialdamagetothePremisescausedbytheTenantandtheTenantfailstorepairitasrequired.x.DefaultandRemedies1.Default:AdefaultunderthisAgreementshalloccurifeitherpartyfailstoperformanyofitsobligationshereunder.2.Remedies:IntheeventofadefaultbytheTenant,theLandlordshallhavetherightto:TerminatethisAgreementandevicttheTenantfromthePremisesinaccordancewiththelaw.SuetheTenantforunpaidrent,damages,andotherlossescausedbythedefault.Retainallorpartofthesecuritydeposittocoverthelosses.IntheeventofadefaultbytheLandlord,theTenantshallhavetherightto:SuetheLandlordfordamagescausedbythedefault.Withholdrentorotherpaymentsuntilthedefaultiscured.xI.DisputeResolution1.Negotiation:IntheeventofanydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreement,thepartiesshallfirstattempttoresolvethedisputethroughfriendlynegotiation.2.ArbitrationorLitigation:Ifthepartiesareunabletoresolvethedisputethroughnegotiationwithin[numberofdays]days,thedisputeshallberesolvedeitherbyarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof[arbitrationinstitution]orbylitigationinthe[courtjurisdiction]court.xII.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[jurisdiction].xIII.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespect
