ManeuverabilityTask5 SeakeepingPerformancesOneoftheimportantseakeepingperformancesisfloatabilitythatindicatestheabilityofvesselfloatingpositivelyonwaterundertheconditionofacertainamountofdeadweight.

Whenwedealwithfloatability,wemustfirstbeclearaboutthefollowingtwotechnicalterms,i.e.reservebuoyancyandload-linemark.

FloodabilityTask5 SeakeepingPerformancesThelastseakeepingperformancethatwearecomingtoismaneuverability.Shipmanoeuvrabilityistheabilityofashiptokeeporchangeitsstateofmotionunderthecontrolactions,i.e.tokeepthestraightaheadcoursewithconstantspeed,ortochangethespeed,thecourseand/orthepositionoftheship,accordingtotheintentionofthehelmsman.ManeuverabilityTask5 SeakeepingPerformancesShipmanoeuvrabilityincludesthefollowingcontents:
