鋼管熱鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線是將成品黑管經(jīng)過(guò)表面處理后自動(dòng)侵鋅,在鋼管內(nèi)外表面鍍一層耐

腐蝕、表面光潔鋅層生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。Steelpipehotdipgalvanizinglineistheautomatic

注:支重及產(chǎn)量均以黑管計(jì)算.因酸、熔劑及鋅消耗和鍍管內(nèi)外表面積相關(guān),故生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)除統(tǒng)計(jì)

重量產(chǎn)量外,還需統(tǒng)計(jì)鍍鋅表面積產(chǎn)量,上述消耗也以表面積為基數(shù)進(jìn)行考評(píng)。

四.試生產(chǎn)說(shuō)明Starting-upillustration

4.1鍍鋅爐點(diǎn)火和升溫Galvanizingfuniaceignitionandheatingup

4.1.1在鋅鍋內(nèi)碼放好鋅錠和鉛錠后可進(jìn)行點(diǎn)火,高爐煤氣熱值極低,續(xù)燃能力差,較難點(diǎn)火.

經(jīng)商議確定用液化氣罐膠管及1.5米長(zhǎng)i/r(?)鋼管組成燃燒器作為輔助火源進(jìn)行點(diǎn)火。

點(diǎn)火前應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備8套燃燒器對(duì)8套燒嘴同時(shí)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)迫點(diǎn)火。Prepare8setsofburningdevice

tolight8burnerssimultaneously.

因?yàn)殄冧\爐在此之前曾經(jīng)過(guò)水,但時(shí)間已過(guò)去4-5個(gè)月估量已自然風(fēng)干。但為保險(xiǎn)起

見(jiàn),升溫時(shí)擬合適延緩升溫梯度,并合適增加U0C區(qū)(顯含7K蒸發(fā))及300c區(qū)(結(jié)晶水

去除)保溫時(shí)間以期爐體安全渡過(guò)升溫期0Theturnacemighthavebeencontactedwithwater

andgotdryafter4-5monthsexposuretoair.Butstillforsakeofsafety,laggardandplacidheating

speedisrecommended,elongatetimeattemperatureof110°C(flowingwaterevaporation)and

300℃(crystalwaterevaporation).

4.2.試生產(chǎn)用料準(zhǔn)備Rawpipespreparationforstart-up

4.2.1爐料furnacematerial:155噸zincingot155ton

鋁錠15噸lca(Jiugul15tun

4.2.2.鹽酸:37%鹽酸比重為1.19,試生產(chǎn)時(shí)一條線先配2槽酸按17%濃度配制約需濃鹽酸

20噸.正常生產(chǎn)時(shí)每日約消耗2(8”)-7(1/2”)噸不等濃酸,依據(jù)供貨條件和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃可確定維

持生產(chǎn)必需貯備量.Hydrochbricaid:itssolutionof37%concentrationhasspecificgravityof

1.19.Confecttwotanksof17%hydrochloricacidforoneproductionlinebeforestart-up,and

around20tonofhigh-concentrationhydrochloricacidmaybeneeded.Innormalproduction,

2(8")7(1/2”)tonof37%acidareconsumedperday,sosomestockofitisnecessarytomaintain

continuousproductionwithrespecttodeliveryandproductionplan.

4.2.3熔劑鉞鋅比按161,濃度按450克/升配制,一槽熔劑需用氯化鉞4.7噸,氯化鋅2.9

口屯。Proportionforammoniumandzincinsolventis1.6:1,almost450gperliter.Onetankof

solventneeds4.7ionofammoniumchlorideand2.9tonofzincchloride.

4.2.4鋅鋁合金:含10%鋅鋁合金100千克,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程逐步加入,鋅液中鋁含量為50g/

噸.添加鋁目標(biāo)一為預(yù)防鋅液氯.化,二為增加鍍鋅管表面亮度,二為增加鍍層表面均勻性.

預(yù)防因?yàn)殇\層表面產(chǎn)生過(guò)大品花而出現(xiàn)鼓棱。Zincandaluminumalloy:100kgof

zinc-aluminumalloywith10%ofzincisaddedintosolvent,keepingaluminumcontentof50g

pertoninsolvent.Thefunctionofaluminumis:I.preventoxidationtozincsolvent;2.increase

brightnessofgalvanizedpipe'ssurface;3.improveuniformityofgalvanizingcoat;reduce

protuberancecausedbyunevenzincdistribution.

鋁過(guò)多會(huì)阻礙合金層形成而出現(xiàn)漏鍍現(xiàn)象。Excessivealuminummayimpedeformof

alloycoat,andtheresultisthat(hecoatmaynotbeintegral.

425鈍化劑準(zhǔn)備:鈍化箱一次投放量為350升,其消耗和配制請(qǐng)和供給廠家聯(lián)絡(luò)。

Preparepassivationadditives:adds35OLofittopassivationcaseforonetime,andconsult

supplierforitsconsumptionandconfectingmethod.

4)鐵鹽濃度操標(biāo)時(shí)應(yīng)予排放。Expelpicklingliquidwhen.ronionexceedrequirements

排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn):鐵離子濃度>200g/升expelstandard:ironionconcentrationover200g/liter

或FeCl2濃度>450g/升orFeChover450g/liter

HCI濃度<4%HCIconcentrationlessthan4%

4.33.2酸洗操作:acidwashingoperation

酸洗使用天車(chē)成捆進(jìn)行移位和翻動(dòng),每個(gè)酸槽中均置放有3個(gè)梯形石,酸洗時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)天車(chē)

吊帶收放和梯形石散捆作用,使鋼管表面相互磨擦,促進(jìn)除銹。在整個(gè)酸洗過(guò)程,這種吊帶

收放操作最少需進(jìn)行4-5次。Thereare3ladder-shapedstonesineachacid-washingtank,anduse

crane(omoveandrotatebundlesofpipes.Throughcrane'smotionofraiseanddrop,friction

amongthepipescanhelpfulwithremovingrustonpipes'surface.Duringwholeacidwashing

process,raise-and-dropmotionshouldbeperformedfor4-5times.

鋼管表面油污阻礙除銹并造成漏鍍,為此鋼管運(yùn)輸移位嚴(yán)禁使用鋼絲繩(包含焊管車(chē)

間),應(yīng)改用尼龍吊帶。Oilslainonpipe'ssurfaceimpederemovingnistandcauseincompletion

ofgalvanizing,sosteelwireropecannotbeappliedwhentransferringthesteelpipes(including

iheweldingworkshop),onlynylonbeltisacceptable.

鹽酸酸洗除化學(xué)作用外,它對(duì)氧化鐵皮還有機(jī)械剝離作用使氧化鐵皮積存在槽底,為阻

斷積存氧化皮繼續(xù)消耗鹽酸,提議建立倒槽操作制度,每班應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次倒槽操作,將槽底積

存含大量氧化鐵皮污泥沖洗潔凈。

Apartfromchemicalreaction,picklingwithHCLcanhavemechanicaleffectonoxidationscale.

TopreventstockingoxidationscalecontinuallyconsumeHCL.Troughoperatingsystemshould

beregulated.

433.3漂洗操作:漂洗應(yīng)在流動(dòng)水中進(jìn)行,并進(jìn)行兩次漂洗,漂洗水可經(jīng)過(guò)再生處理后

循環(huán)使用,但處理站需對(duì)回流使用水鐵鹽含量和游離酸含量:進(jìn)行測(cè)控,回用水鹽酸濃度不得

高于4g/升,鐵鹽濃度不得大于3g/升。

433.3Rinsingoperation:rinsingiscarriedoutintheflowingwaterandproceedstwicerinsing.

Rinsingwatercanbereusedthroughregeneration.Butprocessingplantcantracktoironsaltand

freeacidofrecycledwater,andtheHCLconcentrationmustlessthan4g/liter,ironsalt

concentrationlessthan3g/liter

43.3.4熔劑檢測(cè)制度:fluxtestandinspectionsystem

I)檢測(cè)內(nèi)容:a)游離HC1濃度f(wàn)reeHCLconcentration

b)鐵離子濃度ironionconcentration

c)PH值PHvalue

2)檢測(cè)頻度:4小時(shí)/次4hour/timc

3)要求:PH值需控制在3.5?4.5范圍內(nèi),通常情況下,因?yàn)樗嵯礆埩粑锞壒?,熔劑?/p>

多少含有游離酸.PH值均較,,氏.PH值大于4.5將引發(fā)析出,降低溶劑效用,應(yīng)加

HC1給予調(diào)整;PH值小于3.2或游離HC1濃度大于2g/升時(shí),熔齊I」作用將降低,需加NHiOH

或加入鋅灰給予調(diào)整。

3)Requirements:PHvaluemustbecontrolledintherangeof3.5-4.5.generallyspeaking,dueto

picklingresidueresistance,flu*containsuitablefreeacidwhichcausePHinalowvalve,PH

valueismorethan4.5,whichcauseZnC12saltedout.Inordertolowerfluxinfluence,HCL

shouldbeadjustedproperly.PHvaluelessthan3.2orfreeHCLconcentralionmorethan2g/Iiter,

fluxeffectwillbelowerandmoreNH4OHshouldbeaddedoraddzincash.

43.3.5涂熔劑操作:Fluxoperation

熔劑須經(jīng)過(guò)連續(xù)過(guò)濾和加熱,過(guò)濾機(jī)每班最少進(jìn)行一次反沖清洗,濾芯需定時(shí)更

熔劑潔凈是否對(duì)鋅耗有很大影響,經(jīng)過(guò)試生產(chǎn)應(yīng)建立??套嚴(yán)格熔劑管理制度。

fluxmanagementregulationshouldbeset.

4.4成品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn):finishedproductqualityinspection

4.4.1外觀漏鍍檢驗(yàn)。

4.4.2鍍層均勻性檢驗(yàn):硫酸銅腐蝕試驗(yàn)。Coatinguniformityinspection:coppersulfatetest

第二部分設(shè)備關(guān)鍵技術(shù)性能

一.鋼管前處理段Pretreatment

l.lHcl酸洗槽5個(gè):HCLpicklingbath5

尺寸:長(zhǎng)X寬X深=7.6mX1.5mXl.5m

Dimension:lengthXwidthXdcpth=7.6mX1.5mX1.5m

結(jié)構(gòu):玻璃鋼夾層結(jié)構(gòu),槽壁和槽底用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架加固,槽低用花崗巖塊鋪墊。

steelstructure,andbaseusedinmoonstone

酸洗槽之間用襯塑鋼管連接在一起,并配有耐酸泵管路系統(tǒng)又和貯酸罐及排污溝連接,

可實(shí)現(xiàn)酸洗槽加酸、排污、和酸槽之間“倒槽”操作。

結(jié)構(gòu):和LI相同。

配有熔劑過(guò)濾機(jī)一臺(tái),利用過(guò)濾機(jī)泵將熔劑槽槽液連續(xù)抽出、過(guò)濾,并經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)換熱而

枳為3m2石墨熱交換器,將熔劑加熱到80C左右,加熱介質(zhì)為蒸氣,溫度利用溫度調(diào)整閥

控制。

二.烘干爐dryingfurnace

尺寸:長(zhǎng)X寬=8mX7m

Dimension:lengthXwid(h=8mX7m

傳動(dòng):制動(dòng)電機(jī):YEJ100L——3,n=1500r.p.m,N=3kw:

Diving:drivingmotor:YEJ100L----3,n=1500r.p.m,N=3kw;

行星撰線減速器:XWEDE3-4P-74-289,1=289,n=5r.p.m;

Planetarycycloidreducer:XWEDE3-4P-74-289,1=289,n=5r.p.m;

鏈輪:1=391.9,Z=8,每步2齒需3秒。

Sprocket:t=39l.9,Z=8,每步2齒需3秒

烘干爐底板為鑄鐵雙面肋板,下部為烘干爐煙道,煙道內(nèi)敷設(shè)有小114鋼管換熱器,換

熱氣面積為20m2,利用煙氣余熱加熱筋板以烘干鋼管,另外有一臺(tái)循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī),風(fēng)量為

6600NM?/h,N=5.5Kw,將烘干爐膛內(nèi)空氣引入煙道內(nèi)換熱器,經(jīng)加熱后又噴入爐膛內(nèi),以

增強(qiáng)鋼管加熱效果,煙道入口溫度約600C,出口溫度約200℃,煙氣量約為12OONM37h,

每小時(shí)供熱量約為156500大卡。

pipes.Inlettemperatureofflueisabout600℃,and200℃foroutlet,flux1200NM'/h,supplying

156500caloriceachhour.

烘干爐產(chǎn)量最大以8噸/時(shí)計(jì),入料溫度設(shè)為20℃,出料溫度設(shè)為7()C,其吸熱量為:

8000X(70-20)X0.111-44400大K,利用系數(shù)為0.28。

Themaximumcapacityofdryingfurnaceis8ton/hour,feedingtemperatureis20CC,

out-feedingtemperatureis70cheat-absorbingis8000X(70-20)X0.i11=44400caloric,

coefficientis0.28.

兩側(cè)長(zhǎng)焰燒嘴加熱,兩端有循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī),風(fēng)機(jī)流量約為燃?xì)馀懦隽?0倍左右,形成循環(huán)

再加熱方法,使?fàn)t內(nèi)溫度分布均勻,見(jiàn)圖示。
