2025雇傭合同英文版EMPLOYMENTCONTRACTEFFECTIVEDATE:,2025ThisEmploymentContract("Contract")isenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetween:Employee:Name:Address:City,State,ZIPCode:Email:PhoneNumber:Position:Employer:NameofCompany:Address:City,State,ZIPCode:Email:PhoneNumber:Owner/Representative:WITNESSES:Thepartiesagreeasfollows:1.POSITIONANDDUTIES1.1Position:TheEmployeeshallbeemployedasa(hereinafterreferredtoas"Employee")inthepositionof(hereinafterreferredtoas"Position").1.2Duties:TheEmployeeshallperformalldutiesandresponsibilitiesassociatedwiththePosition,asreasonablyassignedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.TheEmployeeagreestoactinthebestinterestsoftheEmployerandtoupholdtheEmployer'sreputationandintegrity.1.3ScopeofWork:ThedutiesandresponsibilitiesoftheEmployeeshallbeperformedduringthetermofthisContractandinaccordancewiththepolicies,procedures,andinstructionsestablishedbytheEmployer.2.TERMOFEMPLOYMENT2.1InitialTerm:ThetermofthisContract(the"Term")shallcommenceon,2025,andcontinueforaninitialperiodofyears,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermshereof.2.2Renewal:Upontheexpirationoftheinitialterm,thisContractmayberenewedbymutualwrittenagreementoftheparties.TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithwrittennoticeofrenewalornon-renewalatleastdayspriortotheexpirationoftheTerm.2.3Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponthegivingofwrittennoticeasprovidedherein,subjecttotheprovisionsofthisContractrelatedtotermination.3.COMPENSATIONANDBENEFITS3.1Salary:TheEmployershallcompensatetheEmployeeatanannualsalaryofDollars($),paidinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sstandardpayrollschedule.3.2Overtime:Overtimepayshallbecalculatedatoneandone-halftimestheEmployee'sregularhourlyrateforallhoursworkedinexcessofhoursinasingleworkweek.3.3BonusesandIncentives:TheEmployermay,atitssolediscretion,offerbonuses,commissions,orotherincentivecompensationtotheEmployeebasedonperformanceorothercriteria.3.4Benefits:TheEmployershalloffertheEmployeethefollowingbenefitsduringthetermofemployment:Health,dental,andvisioninsuranceplans.Retirementplans,including(ifapplicable).Paidtimeoff,includingvacationdays,sickleave,andpublicholidays.Otherbenefitsasmaybemutuallyagreeduponinwriting.3.5TaxCompliance:TheEmployershalldeductallapplicablefederal,state,andlocaltaxesfromtheEmployee'scompensationinaccordancewithapplicablelaws.4.WORKINGHOURSANDVACATION4.1WorkSchedule:TheEmployeeshallworkduringthehoursof,Mondaythrough,subjecttoadjustmentsasneededbytheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestobeavailableforworkasscheduledandtonotifytheEmployerinadvanceofanyanticipatedabsence.4.2VacationEntitlement:TheEmployeeisentitledtopaidvacationdaysperannum,tobetakenattimesmutuallyagreeduponwiththeEmployer.Unusedvacationdaysshallcarryovertothenextcalendaryear,uptoamaximumofdays.4.3LeaveofAbsence:TheEmployeemayrequestaleaveofabsenceforvalidreasons,includingillness,emergencies,orothercircumstances,providedthatwrittennoticeisgiventotheEmployeratleastdaysinadvance,unlessthesituationisofanemergencynature.5.WORKPLACECONDUCTANDSAFETY5.1CodeofConduct:TheEmployeeagreestoabidebytheEmployer'scodeofconduct,policies,andprocedures,includingbutnotlimitedtothoserelatingtoworkplacesafety,anti-harassment,andconfidentiality.5.2WorkplaceSafety:TheEmployeeshalltakereasonablecaretomaintainasafeandhealthyworkenvironmentandcomplywithallapplicablehealthandsafetyregulations.5.3Confidentiality:TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatallinformation,data,records,andmaterialsofaconfidentialnature(the"ConfidentialInformation")obtainedduringthecourseofemploymentarethesolepropertyoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestosafeguardsuchConfidentialInformationandnottodiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer,exceptasrequiredbylaw.5.4IntellectualProperty:Allworkproduct,ideas,designs,inventions,andotherintellectualpropertycreatedbytheEmployeeduringthetermofemployment(the"Work")shallbethesolepropertyoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestoassignallrights,titles,andinterestintheWorktotheEmployerwithoutanycompensationorconsideration.6.TERMINATION6.1TerminationbyEmployer:TheEmployermayterminatethisContractatanytimewithorwithoutcause,includingbutnotlimitedtomisconduct,breachofthisContract,grossnegligence,orinsubordination.TheEmployershallprovidewrittennoticeofterminationandtheeffectivedatethereof.6.2TerminationbyEmployee:TheEmployeemayterminatethisContractbygivingtheEmployerwrittennoticeofatleastdays.6.3SeverancePay:Uponterminationofemployment,theEmployeeshallbeentitledtoseverancepaycalculatedasfollows:weeksofsalary,subjecttothetermsandconditionsoutlinedintheEmployer'sseverancepolicy.6.4FinalPayment:TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeeforallearnedbutunpaidwages,accruedvacationdays,andotherbenefitsdueunderthisContractwithindaysoftheterminationdate.7.DISPUTERESOLUTION7.1Negotiation:IntheeventofadisputearisingoutoforrelatingtothisContract,thepartiesagreetoattempttoresolvethematterthroughgoodfaithnegotiation.7.2Mediation:Ifnegotiationfails,thepartiesagreetosubmitthedisputetomediationinaccordancewiththerulesof(arecognizedmediationorganization).7.3Arbitration:Ifmediationfails,thedisputeshallberesolvedbybindingarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof(arecognizedarbitrationorganization).7.4Costs:Allcostsandexpensesincurredinconnectionwithanydisputeresolutionproceedingshallbebornebythepartywhoseclaimisultimatelydeterminedtobewithoutmerit.8.**GENERALPROVISIONS**8.1EntireAgreement:ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,representations,orunderstandings,whetheroralorwritten,regardingthesubjectmatterhereof.8.2Amendments:AnyamendmentstothisContractmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.8.3GoverningLaw:ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof.8.4Severability:Ifa
