-EmergencyResponseCoordinator(ERC):TheERCisresponsibleforoverallcoordinationoftheemergencyresponseefforts.TheERCwillensurethatallemergencyproceduresarefollowedandthatallnecessaryresourcesaremobilized.

-FireWardens:FireWardensaredesignatedindividualswithineachdepartmentorareawhoareresponsibleforensuringthatallpersonnelareaccountedforandthattheevacuationprocessiscarriedouteffectively.

-EvacuationLeaders:EvacuationLeadersareresponsibleforguidingindividualstothedesignatedassemblypointsduringanevacuation.

-FirstResponders:FirstRespondersaretrainedpersonnelwhoareresponsibleforextinguishingsmallfiresandprovidingfirstaidtoinjuredindividuals.

-CommunicationsTeam:TheCommunicationsTeamisresponsibleformaintainingcommunicationwithallemergencyresponsepersonnelandexternalagenciesasnecessary.

V.Pre-incidentPlanning

1.BuildingSurveys:Conductregularsurveysofallbuildingsandfacilitiestoidentifypotentialfirehazardsandensurethatallfiresafetyequipmentisinworkingorder.

2.FireDrills:Conductfiredrillsatleasttwiceayeartofamiliarizepersonnelwithevacuationproceduresandtotesttheeffectivenessoftheemergencyresponseplan.

3.Training:Providetrainingtoallemployeesonfiresafety,emergencyresponseprocedures,andtheuseoffireextinguishers.
