引言
為規(guī)范供配電建設項目工程總承包管理過程和活動,提高工程總承包管理水平,推進工程總承包
管理與國際接軌,特制定本文件。
本文件為電力勘測設計行業(yè)工程總承包企業(yè)在開展供配電工程總承包項目管理時遵照執(zhí)行的新
編團體標準。
本文件在編寫過程中,遵照了有關工程建設和項目管理的國家標準,調研了電力勘測設計行業(yè)供
配電項目工程總承包管理的現(xiàn)狀和實踐,汲取了其他行業(yè)工程總承包管理的經驗和做法。
