ents,bothpartiesshallnotifyeachotherandproviderelevantproofdocuments.Apartythatisunabletoperformitscontractualobligationsduetoforcemajeureshallnotbeliableforbreachofcontract,butshallmakeeveryefforttominimizelosses.Iftheforcemajeureeventcontinuesformorethan______days(specificduration),bothpartiesshallnegotiatetheperformanceofthecontract,suchasamendingthecontractcontentorterminatingthecontract.十一、DisputeResolution1.NegotiationDisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthiscontractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.2.LitigationIfthenegotiationfail
