2025租房合同模板(英文版)**LeaseAgreementTemplate(2025)**ThisLeaseAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoonthedayof,2025,byandbetween("Landlord")and("Tenant")forthepremiseslocatedat(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Premises").1.PremisesTheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyaccepts,thePremisesdescribedasfollows:Address:City:State:ZipCode:ThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyforresidentialpurposesasagreedbybothparties.2.TermoftheLeaseThetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon,2025,andterminateon,2025(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"LeaseTerm").TheTenantmayhavetherighttorenewtheleaseunderthetermsandconditionsspecifiedinthisAgreement.3.RentTheTenantshallpaymonthlyrentintheamountof(the"Rent").TheRentshallbedueonthefirstdayofeachmonthandshallbepaidtotheLandlordat(the"PaymentLocation").Latepaymentsshallincuralatefeeofpermonth,or%oftheoverdueamount,whicheverisgreater.4.SecurityDepositTheTenantshalldepositwiththeLandlordasecuritydepositintheamountof(the"SecurityDeposit").TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordtosecuretheperformanceoftheTenant'sobligationsunderthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithindaysaftertheterminationoftheLeaseTerm,providedthatthePremisesareleftingoodconditionandalloutstandingrentandfeesarepaid.5.ResponsibilitiesoftheTenantTheTenantagreesto:Payallutilities,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,gas,water,andinternet,attheirownexpense.MaintainthePremisesinaclean,safe,andreasonablygoodcondition.Complywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andtherulesandregulationsofthebuildingorcomplex.PromptlynotifytheLandlordofanydamagetothePremisesoranyrequiredrepairs.6.ResponsibilitiesoftheLandlordTheLandlordagreesto:ProvidethePremisesinahabitableandlivableconditionatthecommencementoftheLeaseTerm.MakeallstructuralrepairstothePremisesasneeded,includingbutnotlimitedtoroof,walls,andfoundation.Maintainthecommonareasofthebuildingorcomplex,ifapplicable.7.RepairsTheTenantshallberesponsibleforallrepairstotheinteriorofthePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtoplumbing,electricalsystems,appliances,andfixtures,unlesssuchrepairsarerequiredduetoadefectintheoriginalconstructionormaterials,inwhichcasetheLandlordshallberesponsibleforsuchrepairs.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforallexteriorrepairs,includingbutnotlimitedtotheroof,walls,foundation,andlandscaping.IftheTenantincursanyrepaircostsduetotheLandlord'sfailuretofulfilltheirobligationsunderthisAgreement,theTenantshallbeentitledtodeductthecostofsuchrepairsfromtheSecurityDepositorseekappropriateremedies.8.UseofthePremisesTheTenantagreestousethePremisesonlyforthepurposesstatedinthisAgreementandshallnotengageinanyillegalactivitiesorconductthatdisturbsthepeaceandquietenjoymentofneighboringproperties.TheTenantshallnotsubleasethePremisesorofferthemforsubleasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.9.InsuranceTheTenantshallobtainandmaintainarenter'sinsurancepolicycoveringthecontentsofthePremises.TheLandlordshallobtainandmaintainapropertyinsurancepolicycoveringthePremises.Intheeventofaclaim,bothpartiesshallcooperatetoensurethatallclaimsaretimelyfiledandprocessed.TheTenantshallnotberesponsibleforanydamageorlosstothePremisesthatiscoveredbytheLandlord'sinsurancepolicy.10.IndemnificationTheTenantagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheLandlord,theiragents,employees,andassignsfromanyandallclaims,damages,orexpensesarisingoutoftheTenant'suseofthePremises,exceptforclaimsresultingfromtheLandlord'snegligenceorwillfulmisconduct.11.TerminationoftheLeaseEitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwithcauseupondays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithinthespecifiedperiod.TheTenantmayterminatethisAgreementwithoutcausebyprovidingdays'writtennoticepriortotheendoftheLeaseTermoranysubsequentrenewalperiod.Insuchacase,theTenantshallforfeittheSecurityDepositorbeliablefortheremainingbalanceoftheRentforthedurationoftheLeaseTerm.TheLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementwithoutcausebyprovidingdays'writtennoticepriortotheendoftheLeaseTermoranysubsequentrenewalperiod.12.RenewaloftheLeaseUpontheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm,theTenantmayrenewthisAgreementunderthesametermsandconditionsforanadditionalperiodofyearsbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheLandlordatleastdaysbeforetheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm.TheRentfortherenewalperiodshallbe,subjecttoadjustmentbasedonmarketconditions.13.AssignmentandSublettingTheTenantshallnotassignthisAgreementorsubletthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.AnyassignmentorsublettingwithoutsuchconsentshallbedeemedabreachofthisAgreement.14.DefaultandRemediesIftheTenantfailstoperformanyoftheirobligationsunderthisAgreement,theLandlordmaypursueanyandallremediesavailableunderlaw,includingbutnotlimitedtoeviction,recoveryofdamages,and/orforfeitureoftheSecurityDeposit.15.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof.AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatingtothisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughbindingarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheArbitrationAssociation.16.MiscellaneousEntireAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireunderstandingbetweentheLandlordandTenantandsupersedesallpriorag
