邵陽學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)課題名稱沖壓廢料自動輸送裝置學(xué)生姓名學(xué)號系、專業(yè)機(jī)械與能源工程系機(jī)械制造設(shè)備與工藝指導(dǎo)教師職稱2007-5-29邵陽學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)I內(nèi)容提要目前很多沖壓生產(chǎn)線的模下廢料均由人工清掃，機(jī)箱裝載。手工生產(chǎn)線需停機(jī)清掃。自動生產(chǎn)線雖不停機(jī)，但清掃時極不安全。同時手工清掃廢料及目前廢料收集方式使整個生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場顯得零亂。廢料滿地散落，場地不清潔，人工清除廢料勢必停機(jī)作業(yè)，影響生產(chǎn)效率。隨著產(chǎn)品更新替換速度的加快，產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格變化多端，多種少量之生產(chǎn)方式已非常之普遍。各種模具墊腳，墊腳間距幾何位置不一，并隨快速換模的導(dǎo)入，夾模器的干涉，規(guī)格品的輸送裝置已無法適應(yīng)。如何從模下自動清除廢料，并適應(yīng)其種種之變化，成為同行業(yè)界的一個難點(diǎn)。為滿足生產(chǎn)的需求，提高工作效率，一種獨(dú)特的輸送裝置可自行清除模下廢料。該裝置由安裝架、工織皮帶輸送帶、廢料輸送機(jī)等部件組成。該輸送裝置設(shè)計(jì)的獨(dú)特之處在于：使用一臺馬達(dá)同時驅(qū)動多條輸送帶，解決了一臺馬達(dá)驅(qū)動一條輸送帶所帶來的橫向空間不夠的問題；輸送帶橫向位置可任意調(diào)整，已適應(yīng)不同的墊腳位置；一種輸送帶寬度可適應(yīng)一定范圍的墊腳間距，輸送帶可任意組合，已適應(yīng)不同寬度；換模時可方便地移動輸送帶，且各皮帶整體及單個皮帶伸入模具下的深度可調(diào)，適應(yīng)不同的模具尺寸；換線時，可方便地更換輸送帶；超薄皮帶可越過夾模器或壓板的阻擋，更好地利用空間。沖壓廢料自動輸送裝置是一種適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，效率高，安全可靠，靈活多變的組合式廢料輸送設(shè)備，配以鏈板式輸送機(jī)，對每一條生產(chǎn)線的廢料進(jìn)行集中收集，或配以電磁送料機(jī)，廢料箱進(jìn)行單臺沖床廢料收集，從而可進(jìn)一步提高沖壓生產(chǎn)的自動化程度，實(shí)現(xiàn)沖壓作業(yè)區(qū)的無人化，極大地提高生產(chǎn)效率。邵陽學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIRammingwastematerialautomaticInstallmentSummaryAtpresentunderverymanyrammingproductionlinemoldwastematerialbyhandsweeping,caseloading.Themanualproductionlineneedstheengineofftosweepclear.Automatedproductionlinealthoughnotengineoff,whensweepsclearisnotextremelysecureSimultaneouslymanuallysweepsclearthewastematerialandthepresentwastematerialcollectionmodecausestheentireproductionscenetoappearindisorder.Thewastematerialeverywherescatters,thelocationisnotclean,theman-powerwillclearawayrubbishinevitablytheengineoffjob,willaffecttheproductionefficiency.Alongwithproductupdatereplacespeedspeedingup,theproductspecification,themanykindsoffewproductionmethodhasbeenextremelycommon.Eachkindofmoldpadfoot,frontsthefootspacingseveralpositionsnotone,andalongwithfasttradesthemoldinducting,clampsthemoldinterference,thespecificationfeedwayhas-beenunabletoadapt.Howautomatedclearsawayrubbishfromthemold,andadaptsitsallsortsofchanges,becomesthecolleaguefielddifficulty.Inordertosatisfytheproductionthedemand,enhancestheworkingefficiency,onekindofuniquefeedwaymayvoluntarilyclearunderthemoldthewastematerial.Thisequipmentbyispeaceful,thelaborweavespartandsoonleatherbeltconveyorbelt,wastematerialconveyeriscomposed.Thisfeedwaydesignuniqueoccupyingto:Usesamotorsimultaneouslytoactuatethemulti-stripconveyorbelt,solvedamotortoactuatethecrosswisespatialinsufficientquestionwhichaconveyorbeltbrought；Theconveyorbeltlateralattitudemaywillfullyadjust,adaptedthedifferentpadfootposition；Onekindofconveyorbeltwidthmayadaptthecertainscopepadfootspacing,theconveyorbeltmaywillfullycombine,adaptedthedifferentwidth；Tradeswhenthemoldmayconvenientlymovetheconveyorbelt,alsovariousleather邵陽學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIIbeltsoverallandthesingleleatherbeltentersunderthemoldthedepthtobepossibletomove,adaptsthedifferentmoldsize；Whentradestheline,butconvenientlyreplacestheconveyorbelt；Theultrathinleatherbeltmayleapfrogclampsthemoldorclamppreventing,usesthespacewell.Therammingwastematerialautomatedfeedwayisonecompatibilitystrong,theefficiencyhigh,secureisreliable,theflexiblecombinedtypewastematerialconveyor,matchesbythechainbeatconveyer,carriesonthecentralismcollectiontoeachproductionlinewastematerial,ormatchesbytheelectromagnetismfeedingcomputer,thewasteboxcarriesonthesinglepunchpresswastemat
