此文檔收集于網(wǎng)絡(luò),僅供學(xué)習(xí)與交流,如有侵權(quán)請聯(lián)系網(wǎng)站刪除使用教材:北師大版高中英語必修5 Unit 14 Lesson 3 Nine to FiveTeaching Design課題:The Road to Success課型:閱讀課 課時:第一課時 學(xué)段:高二上一、 指導(dǎo)思想與理論依據(jù)。普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對學(xué)生閱讀技能七級目標(biāo)描述:1、能從一般性文章中獲取和處理主要信息;2、能理解文章主旨和作者意圖;3、能通過上下文克服生詞困難,理解語篇意義;4.能利用上下文的線索幫助理解。這一課的教學(xué)也正是遵循著這個原則,以教材中的文字材料為載體,通過略讀細(xì)讀精讀和猜測詞義等閱讀策略,幫助學(xué)生從文章中提取信息、處理信息,并能根據(jù)文章內(nèi)容發(fā)表自己的觀點,用自己的語言討論事業(yè)成功的因素有哪些,最終提煉文章的主旨,并進(jìn)一步理解文章的標(biāo)題“The Road to Success”, 幫助學(xué)生培養(yǎng)正確的成功觀。在整個學(xué)習(xí)的過程中,注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)和合作學(xué)習(xí)的能力,同時也注意學(xué)生在語言技能、語言知識、情感態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)策略各方面的整合發(fā)展。二、教材分析 本課是北師大版英語教材模塊5第14單元第三課,前兩課分別涉及了如何根據(jù)個性選擇適合自己的工作以及在面試過程中需要注意的事項,第三課就選擇了職業(yè)以后該如何走向成功給出了一個范例。三課的設(shè)計環(huán)環(huán)相扣,又層層遞進(jìn)。本課內(nèi)容是講述一名電視工作者王君燕的成長歷程以及工作情況。學(xué)生將在本課獲得關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)、職業(yè)的相關(guān)詞匯和信息,學(xué)習(xí)并使用根據(jù)已有信息進(jìn)行推論。學(xué)生要將閱讀中所習(xí)得的信息、詞匯內(nèi)化,用自己的語言在教師安排的課堂活動中來參與、表達(dá),并對事業(yè)成功的因素進(jìn)行討論。 從體裁上本課是基于采訪的一篇報道,因此在信息提取時以采訪的問題為主線,在語言輸出時還原采訪由于學(xué)生水平和能力有限,因此本課計劃按兩課時完成:第一課時重點是文章閱讀,讓學(xué)生在閱讀中學(xué)習(xí)與職業(yè)相關(guān)的詞匯,在閱讀中使用略讀與細(xì)讀等策略,從文章中提取信息、處理信息,并能根據(jù)文章內(nèi)容發(fā)表自己的觀點。第二課時復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固詞匯,并在文章中體驗、學(xué)習(xí)間接引語的用法,并通過觀察、體會、學(xué)習(xí),掌握其基本用法,在語境中學(xué)會應(yīng)用。三、 教學(xué)背景分析1.學(xué)情分析本節(jié)課的授課對象是普通學(xué)校高二理科班的學(xué)生。學(xué)生英語基礎(chǔ)薄弱,課外閱讀量小或者根本沒有,基礎(chǔ)詞匯和語法欠債較多。因而每一堂課教師都必須本著培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,滲透技巧,搭建臺階,體驗成功的設(shè)計原則,讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中逐步樹立信心,在原有基礎(chǔ)上每個人都能體驗成功。2教學(xué)方式引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極利用有效的學(xué)習(xí)資源(教材、學(xué)案、多媒體、學(xué)習(xí)伙伴等)自主、合作學(xué)習(xí),并鼓勵學(xué)生分組討論,并分享觀點。3. 教學(xué)手段多媒體,教學(xué)課件,板書,學(xué)案。 四教學(xué)案例(The Teaching Plan)The First Period (Reading).Teaching Contents:1. Feelings and Value: Have a correct understanding of what qualities can make a man achieve success by learning from Wang Junyan, and put them into their study and life to improve themselves. .Teaching key points: Pick out the important information from the text by skimming and scanning the text; Understand the key words and phrases by guessing and inferring in context; Talk about Wang Junyans road to success using the target vocabulary and language learned in the text.Teaching difficult points: Internalize the information from the text by interview and discussion; Talk about the factors of success using their own words. Im curious to know the result of the examination.3. believe in: Though I believe her, I dont believe in her.4. pay off: I believe your hard work will pay off one day.主要參考資料: 高中英語必修模塊5,北京師范大學(xué)出版社,2009年3月第3版。高中英語必修模塊5 教師用書,北京師范大學(xué)出版社,2008年5月第4版。高中英語新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),北京師范大學(xué)出版社,2004年7月第12版。五教學(xué)反思(一)本課時教學(xué)設(shè)計有以下特點:1.本節(jié)課教學(xué)設(shè)計符合學(xué)生學(xué)情,教學(xué)活動層次清晰,鋪墊到位,關(guān)注全體學(xué)生。本節(jié)課的授課對象是普通學(xué)校高二理科班的學(xué)生。學(xué)生英語基礎(chǔ)薄弱, 課外閱讀量小或者根本沒有,基礎(chǔ)詞匯和語法欠債較多。本節(jié)課的教學(xué)重點是文章的理解和提取及信息的內(nèi)化,難點是在這種學(xué)情下如何實現(xiàn)這一教學(xué)重點,真正將教學(xué)目標(biāo)落在實出。為解決這一問題,設(shè)計時教師從兩點著手:一,詞匯的處理;二,教學(xué)活動的設(shè)計。即教師從教學(xué)活動方面著手,設(shè)計出有層次性,重鋪墊,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,關(guān)注全體學(xué)生的教學(xué)活動,再將詞匯學(xué)習(xí)貫穿在每一個教學(xué)活動的環(huán)節(jié)中,讓學(xué)生在理解文章和提取信息的同時學(xué)習(xí)詞匯。為此,教師從導(dǎo)入時就注重對目標(biāo)詞匯的引導(dǎo),在讀前活動中以介紹我的偶像為由先介紹了主人翁王君燕的故事,這既讓學(xué)生在讀前熟悉了文本內(nèi)容,又再次引出了文中將出現(xiàn)的一些重點詞匯和短語及句型,為下面的閱讀做好充分鋪墊。在讀中的三個活動中,在運用閱讀策略提取信息的同時,注重在文本的語境中學(xué)習(xí)重點詞匯和短語及句型,在提取信息后,再次讓學(xué)生通過自主和合作學(xué)習(xí)來探討影響自己理解的詞匯和句型,并做相應(yīng)的詞匯練習(xí),為下文的語言輸出和信息內(nèi)化掃清詞匯方面的障礙,作好充分的語言層面的準(zhǔn)備,使學(xué)生在采訪中敢說和會說,讓教學(xué)目標(biāo)落在實出,讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中逐步樹立信心,在原有基礎(chǔ)上每個人都能體驗成功。2. 教學(xué)重點突出,目標(biāo)合理。雖然詞匯學(xué)習(xí)對于本課授課對象很有必要,但在詞匯學(xué)習(xí)和文章理解兩者中,教師更多的還是關(guān)注了后者,而把詞匯學(xué)習(xí)更多的融于教學(xué)活動和自我探究中, “授人以魚不若授之以漁”。尤其值得一提的是對 “my idol”王君燕的介紹,讓學(xué)生在讀前就從整體上把握了文本內(nèi)容,從而大大降低了閱讀難度,有利于學(xué)生在閱讀過程中多關(guān)注整體,不受個別生詞影響;從另一方面來講,這樣的處理更有利于引導(dǎo)他們在閱讀中積極主動的猜測生詞含義。3.注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的情感態(tài)度和成功意識閱讀課不是簡單停留在對文本表層信息的提取和理解上,而是挖掘文本主題的深層意義,教師需要在課堂教學(xué)中時刻提醒自己這一點,把課堂的重點放到主題的深化上來。高中階段是學(xué)生人生價值觀、理想信念意識形成的重要時期,對成功的渴求異常強(qiáng)烈。因此,結(jié)合知識的學(xué)習(xí),在讀后活動中教師設(shè)計了對成功因素的討論,同時教師利用概念圖和有關(guān)成功的諺語進(jìn)行適時的點撥和總結(jié),這些必將對學(xué)生如何有效正確的追求成功,實現(xiàn)自己的理想有著極大的啟發(fā)和激勵作用。為了加深對學(xué)生的啟發(fā),作業(yè)布置中教師又讓學(xué)生寫一篇有關(guān)自己偶像的成功之路的文章,既鞏固所學(xué),又深化所思。4. 關(guān)注課堂有效性本節(jié)課的教學(xué)設(shè)計思路清晰,目標(biāo)明確,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,所有的步驟和活動都是以能讓學(xué)生最后進(jìn)行口語輸出為目的,并使用了相配套的教學(xué)評價與檢測,合理有效的利用了課堂的教學(xué)時間,使所有的學(xué)生都能在課堂上有所得,真正關(guān)注了課堂的有效性。(二) 困惑和疑問在本節(jié)課中的教學(xué)設(shè)計過程中,教師也存在著一些困惑。例如,在教學(xué)活動的安排方面, Step 8中的學(xué)生通過自主閱讀和合作學(xué)習(xí)來探討影響自己理解的難點,并做相應(yīng)的詞匯練習(xí),這一步驟應(yīng)歸于While-reading還是Post-reading,是作為一個教學(xué)活動整體還是將其分開作為兩個教學(xué)步驟(為了更好的強(qiáng)化設(shè)計的整體性和環(huán)節(jié)的緊密性,教師將其作為讀中的最后的鞏固反饋環(huán)節(jié)來處理);在口語小組活動的評價方面,如何在有限的教學(xué)時間內(nèi)讓評價更加量化和有效,這也是一個值得思考的問題。 六、附件 附件一:教學(xué)評價: 本節(jié)課是一節(jié)讀說課,最后落實到課后作業(yè)的寫作上,所以本節(jié)課的評價方式主要以形成性評價為主。Assessment 1: 對口語小組活動的評價Requirements Groups Do they use new phraseswords we learn today?(10 points)Do they use other expressions?(10 points)Do they introduce all the contents?(10 points)Do they speak clearly?(10 points)TotalpointsGroup 1Group 2Group 3Group 4 Group 5 Group 6Assessment 2: 對課外寫作的評價Evaluation:QuestionsYour evaluation (評價)評 價 人Does the article have good layout(格式)?Yes NoDoes the article have the key words learnt in the lesson?Many A few NoneHow is the language?
