Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like(1st period)- 異地教學(xué)反思養(yǎng)正小學(xué) 何笑文4月11日,我到清水濠小學(xué)進行了一節(jié)新授課的異地教學(xué)。這是越秀區(qū)四年級中心組的研討課,專題是探討如何在新授課中體現(xiàn)詞匯教學(xué)的策略。這對于我來講真是一次很大的挑戰(zhàn),機會也很難得,因此我把它當(dāng)作是我的鍛煉機會。到異地去教學(xué),讓老師在一個全新而陌生的環(huán)境中去展示自己的教育教學(xué)風(fēng)采,它首先需要教師要有足夠的勇氣、坦誠的心態(tài)、充分的自信;其次需要教師要有過硬的教學(xué)基本功,能根據(jù)不同的學(xué)情進行教學(xué)設(shè)計;最后需要教師要有一定水平的教學(xué)組織能力、授課能力,那是造假不來的,作秀不了的。因此,在短短的一個星期里準(zhǔn)備,我很緊張。首先是備課,Unit 13主要是談?wù)撐覀兿矚g的食物和飲料,作為第一課時,任務(wù)是九個新詞、兩個重點句型和對話的教學(xué),內(nèi)容相對來講比較多。經(jīng)過我們學(xué)校英語科集體備課科組長的耐心指導(dǎo),還用自己學(xué)生試教,效果還不是很好,內(nèi)容都上不完,學(xué)生對該課的理解和吸收都沒達到目標(biāo),接著,全科組老師又給予我很多寶貴的意見和建議,例如,內(nèi)容太多需要刪減,新課教學(xué)以讀為主,操練單詞和句型的方法方式和游戲,課文教學(xué)的程序。在整個備課過程中雖然很累,覺得這次上課好象沒以前順利,有過放棄的想法,在科組長的鼓勵下,我又結(jié)合了這次試教的經(jīng)驗,重新整合了教學(xué)設(shè)計,修改了課件。其次,我覺得異地教學(xué)一大難題就是備學(xué)生。異地教學(xué),不是備課不考慮學(xué)生了,而是更要從多方面、多角度、多層次的備學(xué)生。要充分的考慮到學(xué)生的年齡特點和心理特點,對于學(xué)生的知識掌握量和度的估計,對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的預(yù)見,對學(xué)生課堂反映的設(shè)想等都要做兩手準(zhǔn)備。如果在教學(xué)中,學(xué)生積極配合,而且基礎(chǔ)好當(dāng)然你的課就成功了一半,最起碼對課堂的駕馭要輕松多了。但是相反,就像我在教學(xué)中,學(xué)生“干啟不發(fā)”或“會而不答”,對于這種情況要有準(zhǔn)備,一旦遇到了怎樣解決,用什么方法解決,是應(yīng)該在備課時想到的。反思我這次的異地教學(xué),我提前一天與學(xué)生見了面,布置帶食物回來,還給該月生日的同學(xué)照相,讓學(xué)生先熟悉我。到了上課那天,我提前一節(jié)課跟學(xué)生活躍一下,講了紀(jì)律方面和上課配合方面的要求,學(xué)生好象很興奮活躍,當(dāng)時我感覺到紀(jì)律挺難控制,自身越發(fā)緊張起來。但到了最后的上課,學(xué)生又膽怯了,連叫起立都換了好幾個班長,好象麻木了一樣,看到這樣,我的心砰砰的跳,真的好緊張啊,以前上課從沒試過。后來,學(xué)生不敢舉手回答問題,不敢個別大聲讀書,因此,可能只有游戲才能調(diào)動他們的積極性了。從這次的學(xué)生反映來看,我得到了十分寶貴的一次經(jīng)歷,備學(xué)生的過程非常重要。最后,反思教學(xué)過程。這次四年級中心組探討的是新授課中的詞匯教學(xué)策略,整節(jié)課的設(shè)計圍繞著詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)方法。本課新單詞九個,重點句型兩個,課文都是兩個句型的重復(fù)。在我的設(shè)計中,先以一段動畫因入本課的主題是食物有關(guān)的話題,然后整體呈現(xiàn)課文,以家民過生日為主線,讓學(xué)生找出他喜歡與不喜歡的食物,接著按主元音發(fā)音來學(xué)習(xí)新詞,并編兒歌。利用正在學(xué)的新詞引出句型Would you like ?Yes,please./No, thanks. What do you usually have for ? I usually have ,在學(xué)習(xí)句型的同時,不斷重現(xiàn)新單詞,不斷滾動記憶單詞??偠灾?,整個異地教學(xué)的過程和效果來看,我仍需反思一下學(xué)生的反映,因為我的服務(wù)對象是學(xué)生,我自己再精彩有什么用,我覺得,這是我這一節(jié)課最遺憾的地方。假如還有機會還讓我和那些孩子一起上課,我會綜合以上的這些因素,備一節(jié)讓每個學(xué)生都有所表現(xiàn)、有所收獲的英語課。附:(課文練習(xí)和自我評價表)Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like班別:_ 姓名:_一、Questions for dialogue:Does Jiamin like orange juice?
