不要盲目減肥Dont slimming down blindly肥胖是影響健康的一大因素。很多女生常常說(shuō)著要減肥,然而盲目的減肥不但不能達(dá)到讓自己更健康、外形變好看的目的,反而會(huì)對(duì)身體造成傷害。所以我們要對(duì)盲目減肥說(shuō)不。Obesity is one of the main factors that affects health. A lot of girls often say they want to lose weight, however, slimming down blindly cant make them healthier or more beautiful, but can cause harm to the body. So we should say no to slimming down blindly. 我們減肥的目的是為了健康和外形好看We lose weight for health and for beauty.從健康的角度來(lái)看,我們之中的大多數(shù)都不需要要減肥。以大家熟悉的BMI指數(shù)作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),身高165的同學(xué)體重應(yīng)在50kg65kg之間,175的同學(xué)體重應(yīng)在55kg75kg之間。Actually, most of us dont need to lose weight for health. Using BMI as a standard, whose height is 165cm, the weight should be between 50kg65kg, whose height is 175cm, the weight should be between 55kg75kg. 在一項(xiàng)針對(duì)大學(xué)生的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示受調(diào)查的大學(xué)生中僅有8%超重或肥胖,甚至還有22.9%的同學(xué)偏瘦。而在正在減肥的大學(xué)生中有88.7%的同學(xué)體重是正常的。這些數(shù)據(jù)表明我們并不需要為了健康而減肥。In a survey of college students shows only 8% of the college students are overweight or obese, even 22.9% of the students are underweight. And among the students who want to lose weight, 88.7% of them are within the standard limit. These data suggest that we dont need to lose weight for health. 而且盲目的減肥還會(huì)帶來(lái)大量的健康隱患:飲食失調(diào),低血糖,焦慮癥和厭食癥等等;研究發(fā)現(xiàn),那些減肥不合理的人骨折的概率要高于正常人。And slimming down blindly will bring a lot of health problems, eating disorders, low blood sugar, anxiety and anorexia, etc. Accord to the research, the person who loses weight improper is more easily getting fracture than others. 在調(diào)查中減肥的同學(xué)中有29.1%主要依靠“節(jié)食”來(lái)減肥,還有濫用減肥藥物的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,這兩種減肥方式本身就會(huì)對(duì)身體造成傷害。In the survey there are 29.1% of students who manage to lose weight by dieting , and some even use drugs,which will cause more harm to the body. 所以我們中的大多數(shù)其實(shí)并不需要減肥,肥胖的同學(xué)則需要通過(guò)合理健康的方式逐漸減重而不是通過(guò)節(jié)食等方式盲目減肥。So most of us dont really need to lose weight for heath, obese students should lose weight by a healthy way rather than slimming down blindly through diet or other way. 為了外形更加好看也不能盲目減肥。For beauty, we cant slimming down blindly. 我們先來(lái)看一些圖片,為了更好看而減肥的她們反而因?yàn)檫^(guò)瘦不如原來(lái)好看。不健康的減肥方式造成的反彈和過(guò)瘦等結(jié)果顯然不是我們想要的。Let me show you some pictures, they are some stars who is familiar to us, they lose weight for more beautiful, but they become too thin. The unhealthy way of losing weight may make us become fat again or become too thin. These result is obviously not what we want. 身體的線條是由脂肪和肌肉共同決定的,女性理想的體脂率在17%25%之間,男性的在10%18%之間。The shape of our body is determined by fat and muscle, females ideal body fat rate is between 17% 25%, the males is between 10% 18%. 對(duì)于體重正常的人來(lái)說(shuō),我們沒(méi)有過(guò)多的脂肪,應(yīng)該通過(guò)鍛煉在增加肌肉的同時(shí)適當(dāng)減少脂肪從而塑造好看的線條。而盲目的減肥不但起不到減脂的效果還有可能使肌肉減少,更不能達(dá)到塑造線條的目的。For people within the standard limit, we dont have too much fat, so we should build muscle and reduce a little fat at the same time. Far from helping us lose weight, Slimming down blindly may even reduce muscle, thus cant achieve the goal of become more beautiful. 因此為了身體線條的好看我們更不應(yīng)該盲目的減輕體重,而應(yīng)選擇適合自己的鍛煉方案進(jìn)行體育鍛煉。So for better Body line, we should not slim down blindly, but choose the exercise that suits us and keep on doing it.綜上所述,無(wú)論是為了健康還是為了外形都不應(yīng)盲目的開(kāi)始減肥。我們應(yīng)該先仔細(xì)的了解自己的身體,通過(guò)改正不良的飲食結(jié)構(gòu)和生活習(xí)慣、合理運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)達(dá)到減脂、增肌、塑造線條的效果。In conclusion, we should not slim down blindly both for health or for beauty.
