2、治校。組織廣大教師學(xué)習(xí)了勞動合同法、教師法、教育法等法律知識，回顧了6年度修訂的校師德考核細(xì)則及教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)考核細(xì)則，加強(qiáng)了教師們的法制意識。2、堅(jiān)持繼續(xù)青藍(lán)工程，配合學(xué)校積極促進(jìn)青年教師的迅速成長，學(xué)校不僅加強(qiáng)了教師師德師表教育，提高了教師的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)，同時(shí)也注重培養(yǎng)教師的教育教學(xué)能力;要求全體教職工要立足崗位成才，通過自學(xué)、函授等方法提高文化素質(zhì)，通過教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐提高能力。工會積極支持學(xué)校教師的各種協(xié)會開展工作，積極配合學(xué)校黨政對青年教師實(shí)施的成才計(jì)劃。二、堅(jiān)持校務(wù)公開，加強(qiáng)行風(fēng)建設(shè)，發(fā)揮工會的監(jiān)督功能。教職工是學(xué)校的主人，是學(xué)校物質(zhì)文明和精神文明的創(chuàng)造者和建設(shè)者。學(xué)校工會長期以來，一直關(guān)心

3、職工生活，堅(jiān)持教代會制度，充分發(fā)揮教代會的橋梁、紐帶作用，增強(qiáng)教職工的主人翁精神，參與學(xué)校的民主管理。1、積極支持學(xué)校有效實(shí)施校長負(fù)責(zé)制，全面加強(qiáng)教師管理。我校積極實(shí)施黨支部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的校長負(fù)責(zé)制，并建立起了較為完善的、科學(xué)的、合理的校內(nèi)崗位責(zé)任制，有著一整套的完善的考核評比制度，以法治校，每月均對教師進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)及師德考核，努力引導(dǎo)教師視人民為父母、把學(xué)生當(dāng)子女，更好地為人師表、教書育人，堅(jiān)決杜絕侮辱、歧視學(xué)生的現(xiàn)象，嚴(yán)禁體罰和變相體罰學(xué)生的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，教風(fēng)樂業(yè)愛生、踏實(shí)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、奉獻(xiàn)創(chuàng)新已得體現(xiàn)。2、更好的表達(dá)和維護(hù)教職工的合法權(quán)益;努力配合學(xué)校把民主管理的工作做的更好;進(jìn)一步健全和完善教代會制度，

4、學(xué)校教代會堅(jiān)持每年召開一次，學(xué)校的重大事項(xiàng)及關(guān)系教職工切身利益的決策，均在教代會上廣泛聽取群眾意見后審核通過。教代會的提案經(jīng)認(rèn)真審理修改后，均由學(xué)校校長在教代會上一一作出答復(fù)。本年度召開了第九屆教代會;提高教代會的質(zhì)量，通過有效的工作讓教職工更多的參與學(xué)校的民主管理和民主監(jiān)督，堅(jiān)持從實(shí)際出發(fā)，圍繞教職工關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問題，依法加強(qiáng)源頭參與。完成了新一屆的工會委員會和教代會的換屆選舉工作;確定了議題，規(guī)范了程序;努力提高代表的提案質(zhì)量，充分發(fā)揮了教代會在學(xué)校管理中的作用。三、急之急、想之想、工會是溫暖的家庭港灣。加強(qiáng)教師管理，從嚴(yán)治教，工作壓力的增加，工會更應(yīng)該從生活上關(guān)心教師，幫助解決實(shí)際問

5、題，把工會辦成真正的教工之家。學(xué)校教職工遇有婚喪產(chǎn)假等，工會都組織人員前去慰問。定期舉行趣味活動，讓緊張的壓力得以緩解。舉行歌詠活動，讓緊張的神經(jīng)得以放松。根據(jù)各自的愛好組織各種興趣協(xié)會，讓業(yè)余時(shí)間豐富多彩。舉行春節(jié)歌舞團(tuán)拜酒會聯(lián)歡，讓忙了一年的教職工們回家時(shí)還想念著學(xué)校。真誠的關(guān)懷促使廣大的教職工以校為家，使他們得以全身心地投入到教育教學(xué)之中，積極地以主人翁的精神投入到學(xué)校的管理和建設(shè)中，努力為學(xué)校的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。學(xué)校教師積極參加廈門市萬人獻(xiàn)愛心活動。四、積極參加市教委工委的關(guān)于教師職業(yè)壓力和工作倦怠問題的調(diào)研課題，進(jìn)一步提高工會理論水平和工作品質(zhì)。近些年來，隨著改革開放的深入和社會發(fā)展的要

6、求，人民教師的地位和作用越來越得到重視和提升，但同時(shí)教師工作壓力和職業(yè)倦怠的問題也越來越引起人們的關(guān)注和思考，由工會委員組成的課題組通過問卷調(diào)查，組織座談會，對部分教師深度訪談，就緩解教師工作壓力和職業(yè)倦怠的對策，分別在教師自我管理，采用問題-解決的應(yīng)對策略，建立合理、積極的認(rèn)知方式，善用內(nèi)外資源 ，管理保護(hù)自己等方面進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的探究。結(jié)題論文關(guān)于教師工作壓力和職業(yè)倦怠問題的調(diào)研報(bào)告獲廈門市優(yōu)秀論文一等獎(jiǎng)。同時(shí)，難忘今宵，提案權(quán)，基層民主管理重要的一環(huán)兩篇文章也在廈門教工第1期和第4期發(fā)表。報(bào)道我校支教教師劉鵬飛事跡的文章奉獻(xiàn)、充實(shí)并收獲著也將在廈門教工第5期刊登，這些都使我校工會工作在廈門
