15、f the recipient3. 披露方有權在任何吋間要求接收方退還包含有任何部分保密信息的所有文件和材料(以任 何形式)，其中包括接收方或代表接收方在保密信息基礎上創(chuàng)造的所有文件和材料。4. without prejudice to the generality of clauses 2.1 and 2.2, if the disclosing party approves the disclosure of any part of the con fidential info rmati on by the recipie nt to third parties, the recipie

16、 nt shall first en sure that such third party enters into written un dertakings with the recipie nt in a form substantially the same as those appearing in this agreement, save that such third parties shall have no further right to authorise disclosure to another party and that the provision of the c

22、rty with immediate notice thereof at least five (5) days prior to such disclosure in order that the disclosing party may seek a protective order, take other appropriate measures to assure its interests are protected, or waive complianee with the provisions of this agreement.7. 如果接收方或其執(zhí)行人、管理人員、雇員或代表被
