3、emove the waterweed and domestic wastes from the pump suction for direct water supply and ensure the safe operation of the direct water supply pump.2 旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)是符合中華人民共和國(guó)電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(DL/T 458-1999)的正面進(jìn)水全框架板框式旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)，主要由以下部件組成: 傳動(dòng)裝置、安全保護(hù)裝置、鏈輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、上部機(jī)架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和罩殼、沖洗水管系統(tǒng)、框架與導(dǎo)軌、鏈條與網(wǎng)板、鏈板延伸報(bào)警裝置、就地電氣控制箱(液位計(jì))、各種連接附件。它是以當(dāng)今較為流行的

4、D-SB2000典型設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合近年引進(jìn)設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，聽(tīng)取旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)使用單位檢修、運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及有關(guān)大區(qū)電力設(shè)計(jì)院水工專家的建議后，對(duì)此進(jìn)行特別設(shè)計(jì)的成果。Travelling Screen satisfying P. R. C electrical industry standard DL/T 458-1999 is of complete framed rotary strainer with water coming from front side and consists of the following parts: transmission device, security pro

5、tection device, chain wheel transmission system, upper steel frame and hood, flushing piping, frame and guide rail, chain and screen plate, chain plate extension alarm device, local electrical control box (level gauge) and other accessories. It is the result of design on the basis of currently typic

6、al D-SB2000 and structural features of imported equipment in recent years as well as the operation and maintenance experience from the Travelling Screen users and the commendations from electrical power design institute and hydraulic expert.3 旋轉(zhuǎn)濾網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)有:Structural features of Travelling Screen:1、臥式擺

Any waste sized greater than screen hole will be intercepted and attached to the screen, or drop on

18、 the screen frame beam and intercepted by anti-slipping baffle. Screen plate lifted with waste to a higher position for high pressure water flushing and waste will be flushed to sewage trench. 30、r to accomplish the operation of Travelling Screen screen plate and is composed of a main axis, two roller cones, tow main bearing seats , a transmitting large chain wheel, regulator handle and regulator tie bar. Transmitting large chain wheel will transmit the moment from motor reducer via main axi

31、s to two roller cones, which will rotate chain and screen plate (see Fig. 5). Two main bearing seats will be bolted to upper rack by a plate. Regulator tie bar and regulator handle will accomplish the position regulation of chain wheel transmission system.c. 沖洗水管系統(tǒng)(見(jiàn)圖<四>)由兩根鋼管,法蘭,若干噴嘴組成。安裝在上部機(jī)

32、架上并將噴嘴對(duì)著鏈板上升側(cè),來(lái)自沖洗水泵的高壓水通過(guò)鋼管和噴嘴, 沖洗上升側(cè)鏈板上的垃圾,清潔網(wǎng)板,防止網(wǎng)板孔口被堵塞。Flushing piping system (see Fig. 4) is of two steel pipe plus flange and nozzle. Flushing piping will be mounted at the upper rack with nozzle aiming at the ascending side of chain plate. Steel pipe will carry the high pressure water from f

33、lushing pump and via nozzle flush the waste off the chain plate ascending side to keep the screen plate clean and prevent screen perforation blockage.d. 鏈條與網(wǎng)板組件(見(jiàn)圖<五>)由內(nèi)外鏈節(jié)鏈板和網(wǎng)板組件,側(cè)封板通過(guò)螺栓與內(nèi)外鏈節(jié)內(nèi)鏈板連結(jié)而成(見(jiàn)圖<六>)。網(wǎng)板的中部增加一個(gè)導(dǎo)向和支撐用滾輪, 網(wǎng)板上的網(wǎng)絲起到過(guò)濾作用,內(nèi)凹的網(wǎng)板框架則將垃圾帶上并被高壓水沖洗掉Chain and screen plate assem

34、bly (see Fig. 5) is composed of internal/external chain link and screen plate assembly. Profile sealer plate will be bolted to internal/external chain link internal chain plate (see Fig. 6). An additional guide and supporting wheel will be provided at the middle of screen plate. Wire mesh on screen

38、ifference）f. 鏈條伸長(zhǎng)報(bào)警裝置(見(jiàn)圖<七>)其動(dòng)作原理為：當(dāng)鏈條伸長(zhǎng)后，在導(dǎo)軌內(nèi)發(fā)生打折現(xiàn)象，圖示滾輪在直導(dǎo)軌與弧形導(dǎo)軌相接處偏離原運(yùn)行軌道，壓迫轉(zhuǎn)塊，產(chǎn)生圖示方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，拉動(dòng)拉桿，使之觸動(dòng)行程開(kāi)關(guān)閉合，信號(hào)送到電氣回路，停止電機(jī)運(yùn)行，并發(fā)出聲光警報(bào)。Chain extension alarming system (see Fig 7) will operate as per the following principle: when chain extends and overlapping occurs in guide rail, as Fig shown, rol

39、ler deviates from original running rail at the connection of straight guide rail and arc guide rail, which will press rotary block and make rotation as Fig shown. Rotation will tie the bar and traveling switch closed. Signal will be sent to electrical loop and motor shut down and acousto-optic alarm
