1、村綜治履職報(bào)告人保局綜治履職報(bào)告 - 履職工作報(bào)告 年，在區(qū)委、區(qū)政府的正確指導(dǎo)和區(qū)政法委的指導(dǎo)下，我團(tuán)結(jié)帶著全局同志，以“三個(gè)代表”重要思想和科學(xué)開(kāi)展觀為指導(dǎo)，按照“保增長(zhǎng)、保民生、保穩(wěn)定”的要求，認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)社會(huì)治安綜合治理目的管理責(zé)任制，充分發(fā)揮成員單位的職能優(yōu)勢(shì)，扎實(shí)做好就業(yè)再就業(yè)、社會(huì)保障、勞動(dòng)維權(quán)等各項(xiàng)工作，為維護(hù)全區(qū)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定盡了綿薄之力。一、加強(qiáng)組織指導(dǎo)，深化推進(jìn)綜治工作一年來(lái)，我結(jié)實(shí)樹(shù)立“穩(wěn)定是硬任務(wù)，是第一責(zé)任”的思想，堅(jiān)持把社會(huì)治安綜合治理工作列為一項(xiàng)重要工作來(lái)抓。一是健全綜治工作指導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)。年初根據(jù)人事變動(dòng)情況，調(diào)整了綜治工作工作指導(dǎo)小組，并與各科室及下屬單位層層簽訂了

2、綜合治理目的管理責(zé)任書，確保了各項(xiàng)綜治工作任務(wù)的全面落實(shí)。二是健全綜治維穩(wěn)工作機(jī)制。建立健全了主要指導(dǎo)公開(kāi)接訪、約訪下訪、指導(dǎo)包案、重大不穩(wěn)定隱患督辦等工作制度，進(jìn)一步完善了單位內(nèi)部平安保衛(wèi)、責(zé)任追究等長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。三是嚴(yán)肅工作紀(jì)律，強(qiáng)化值班制度。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行指導(dǎo)帶班、工作人員值班制度，確保值班不空崗、帶班不缺崗。同時(shí)，要求每一名干部職工在工作時(shí)間都要堅(jiān)守崗位，工作之外手機(jī)必須24小時(shí)開(kāi)機(jī)，確保通迅聯(lián)絡(luò)暢通。四是定期催促、檢查綜治工作開(kāi)展情況。堅(jiān)持每季度召開(kāi)一次綜治工作例會(huì)，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)上級(jí)綜治工作文件精神，及時(shí)研究解決在綜治工作中出現(xiàn)的新情況、新問(wèn)題，努力確保各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)圓滿完成。二、充分發(fā)揮部門職能職

3、責(zé)，積極維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定我局作為綜治工作成員單位，就業(yè)再就業(yè)、社會(huì)保障等許多工作關(guān)系到廣闊群眾的切身利益，關(guān)系到全區(qū)的改革、開(kāi)展、穩(wěn)定大局，為此，我?guī)е鴮?dǎo)全局同志，立足部門職能，細(xì)化措施、狠抓落實(shí)，全力做好人力資和社會(huì)保障各項(xiàng)工作，積極維護(hù)全區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。一緊盯就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)新節(jié)點(diǎn)，力促就業(yè)形勢(shì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定為拓寬就業(yè)渠道，今年來(lái)，我局轉(zhuǎn)變思維，推出三項(xiàng)新舉措，拓展招聘求職新渠道。一是在火車站廣場(chǎng)設(shè)立了園區(qū)企業(yè)招聘點(diǎn)，發(fā)布企業(yè)招聘崗位、受理求職人員登記，今年來(lái)共發(fā)布招聘信息20余條，招聘人員800余人；二是充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)資，開(kāi)通了“人才網(wǎng)”就業(yè)效勞網(wǎng)站，實(shí)行“訂單式”一站招聘。今年共有50余家企業(yè)依托該網(wǎng)站發(fā)布

4、招聘崗位1800多個(gè)，個(gè)人發(fā)布求職簡(jiǎn)歷600余份，近百人次通過(guò)該網(wǎng)站找到工作。三是依托傳統(tǒng)媒體，借助電視、報(bào)紙、手機(jī)等平臺(tái)發(fā)布各類招聘信息20余條，實(shí)現(xiàn)了就業(yè)效勞區(qū)域性覆蓋。在全局上下的共同努力下，今年我區(qū)就業(yè)類民生指標(biāo)全面完成。其中，“零就業(yè)”家庭安置率和工業(yè)園區(qū)定向培訓(xùn)兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)位列全市第一。城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)率再創(chuàng)新高，頭10個(gè)月實(shí)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)人員6625人，下崗失業(yè)人員再就業(yè)823人，分別完成全年任務(wù)的265和103。為了給區(qū)內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)提供強(qiáng)有力的資金支持，我局本著對(duì)口效勞、前移效勞、延伸效勞的理念，認(rèn)真做好小額擔(dān)保貸款工作，今年來(lái)累計(jì)發(fā)放小額貸款萬(wàn)元；向市里爭(zhēng)取重點(diǎn)工程扶持資金100萬(wàn)元，扶持的廬

5、陵創(chuàng)業(yè)示范街“萬(wàn)安魚(yú)頭店”等10家店鋪在去年落實(shí)5萬(wàn)元政府貼息貸款的根底上，今年又兌現(xiàn)了一次性創(chuàng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼共計(jì)萬(wàn)余元，為這些店鋪?zhàn)龃笞鰪?qiáng)提供了有力的資金支持。二緊扣改善民生著力點(diǎn)，全力做好社會(huì)保障工作今年來(lái)，我局以新農(nóng)保試點(diǎn)工作為契機(jī)，以推進(jìn)基層勞保所建立為提升點(diǎn)，以把握社保效勞流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為關(guān)鍵，大力完善社會(huì)保障體系，為改善民生、促進(jìn)和諧提供直接動(dòng)力。社保民生指標(biāo)均提早三個(gè)月完成市級(jí)下達(dá)全年方案數(shù)，中小學(xué)學(xué)生參保率等兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)位列全市第一。今年頭10個(gè)月，我區(qū)新農(nóng)保完成征繳保費(fèi)510萬(wàn)元，參保人數(shù)萬(wàn)人，總參保率逾六成；完成征繳養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)基金、工傷基金、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)基金等7項(xiàng)社?；鸸灿?jì)2800余萬(wàn)元，總參

6、保人數(shù)萬(wàn)人次，支付醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)待遇984萬(wàn)元。三是加大勞動(dòng)維權(quán)利度，實(shí)在維護(hù)務(wù)工人員的合法權(quán)益今年來(lái)，我局加大依法監(jiān)察力度，注重強(qiáng)化園區(qū)企業(yè)依法用工意識(shí)，建立了園區(qū)企業(yè)定期巡查制度，積極為企業(yè)和用工人員協(xié)調(diào)解決勞資糾紛。一是著力開(kāi)展了勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)宣傳活動(dòng)。年初在火車站開(kāi)展了以“送溫暖、送政策、送崗位、送效勞”為主要內(nèi)容的春風(fēng)行動(dòng)，發(fā)放宣傳材料6000余份，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解答群眾咨詢160余人次；年中深化企業(yè)進(jìn)展了社保法調(diào)研、宣傳，走訪企業(yè)20多家，宣傳面達(dá)4000多人。二是開(kāi)展了區(qū)內(nèi)用工大檢查活動(dòng)。召集區(qū)內(nèi)各企業(yè)單位管理人員、基層勞保所負(fù)責(zé)人舉辦企業(yè)用工管理培訓(xùn)班，進(jìn)展普法教育。年內(nèi)開(kāi)展“拉網(wǎng)式”用工大檢查

7、一次，較好地防止了違法用工行為的發(fā)生。三是認(rèn)真開(kāi)展了勞動(dòng)維權(quán)工作。1-10月份共接到舉報(bào)投訴案件64件，為勞動(dòng)者追回拖欠、克扣的工資萬(wàn)元；立案、結(jié)案勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議案件25件，其中17件得到有效裁決，8件調(diào)解成功；處理工傷案件80起，認(rèn)定工傷37件，撥付工傷保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)近40萬(wàn)元，有力促進(jìn)了我區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)建立和諧開(kāi)展?？傊荒陙?lái)，經(jīng)過(guò)全局上下共同努力，我局綜治工作獲得了一定成效，但與區(qū)綜治委和人民群眾的要求相比還存在一些差距，在今后的工作中，要立足部門實(shí)際，認(rèn)真落實(shí)社會(huì)治安綜合治理各項(xiàng)措施，在深度和廣度上下功夫，為維護(hù)全區(qū)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定做出新的奉獻(xiàn)。city Munipal Party Central work,
