1、Unit 9 A Volunteer教學(xué)設(shè)計一、教學(xué)設(shè)計理念當(dāng)今的英語教學(xué)更加關(guān)注素質(zhì)教育,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生在掌握英語學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)知識與基本技能的同時,關(guān)注每個學(xué)生的情感教育,以幫助學(xué)生得到全面與綜合的發(fā)展。鑒與此,在教學(xué)中以學(xué)生為主體,突出情感目標(biāo),注重過程性評價,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展規(guī)律,既能體現(xiàn)EEC英語教材的特色,也有利于新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實施。二、學(xué)習(xí)需要分析1學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容分析 本單元出自EEC教材八年級上第九單元。單元題目是A Volunteer。本單元以“志愿者”為話題,引出為什么要當(dāng)志愿者以及志愿者的工作,同時學(xué)習(xí)了地理名詞和現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài)。鼓勵學(xué)生們向史密斯夫人學(xué)習(xí),人人爭當(dāng)志愿者,積極幫助周圍有困

2、難的人。2學(xué)習(xí)者特征分析 我們學(xué)校生源較差,尖子生很少,大多數(shù)學(xué)生的程度都是中等偏下。學(xué)習(xí)興趣不濃,學(xué)生參與課堂的人數(shù)也較少,但課堂紀(jì)律較好。所以適合進(jìn)行小組合作學(xué)習(xí)和分組討論。鼓勵更多人參與課堂并激發(fā)學(xué)生們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)1知識目標(biāo):從聽、說、讀、寫四方面來理解和掌握本單元的生詞和Language to Know,學(xué)習(xí)和歸納現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài)的用法,幫助學(xué)生由模仿到熟練運用。2技能目標(biāo):通過本單元知識的學(xué)習(xí)幫助學(xué)生熟練運用所學(xué)句式進(jìn)行交際,使其綜合運用語言的能力有所提高。3過程與方法目標(biāo):倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動參與、培養(yǎng)與人交流、合作的能力。4情感、態(tài)度與價值觀目標(biāo):通過對史密斯夫人作為一名志愿者經(jīng)

3、歷的了解,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生互相幫助的意識。從小事做起,從身邊的事做起,盡力去幫助他人。同時也鼓勵學(xué)生要學(xué)好文化課,這樣才能更好的為社會服務(wù)。5確立教學(xué)目標(biāo)的依據(jù):參照新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對英語教學(xué)目標(biāo)的有關(guān)規(guī)定以及EEC教材的特色,通過聽、說、讀、寫、譯的訓(xùn)練,使學(xué)生在掌握英語基礎(chǔ)知識的同時,初步獲得運用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,培養(yǎng)成就感,為將來進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打好基礎(chǔ)。四、教學(xué)重點和難點:1重點:單詞、短語和語法2難點:現(xiàn)在完成時和綜合運用語言的能力五、教法與學(xué)法1教法:1)用英語組織教學(xué),為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造語言交際環(huán)境,對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽、說能力十分必要,這也是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語思維能力的基礎(chǔ)。2)通過巧設(shè)疑問,以層層遞

4、近的形式幫助學(xué)生更好的理解文章。進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生的閱讀能力。3)通過競賽、小組討論等多種活動形式,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,把枯燥的單詞、語法等的學(xué)習(xí)變得有生氣。2學(xué)法:1)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生“在活動中學(xué),在學(xué)中活動”,在課堂互動中體現(xiàn)師生的情感交流;以培養(yǎng)興趣為手段,以促進(jìn)學(xué)生完成任務(wù)目標(biāo)為目的。2)激發(fā)學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。教師的熱情、微笑和幫助是關(guān)鍵。3)通過開展活動,調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)。六、教材處理根據(jù)以上對教材的分析,在進(jìn)行本單元的教學(xué)活動時,我本著趣味教學(xué)的原則,面向全體,通過熱身活動,調(diào)動情緒,激發(fā)興趣等,使學(xué)生在積極向上的情緒中接受新知識。然后再通過一些活動設(shè)置對學(xué)生所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行鞏

5、固訓(xùn)練。從而實現(xiàn)用中學(xué),學(xué)中用。在這其中,情感教育貫穿始終。七、教學(xué)手段:多媒體課件;錄音機(jī)課時分配:共4課時第一課時教學(xué)設(shè)計:教學(xué)內(nèi)容:Unit 9 Lesson 1教學(xué)目標(biāo):知識與技能:volunteer,India,money,have a place to live in過程與方法:倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動參與、培養(yǎng)與人交流、合作的能力。情感態(tài)度價值觀:由提問“他們?yōu)槭裁茨敲醋觥币龑?dǎo)學(xué)生主動說“將來我也想成為一個志愿者?!苯虒W(xué)方法:聽說法;交際法;小組競賽教學(xué)手段:錄音機(jī);多媒體課件組織形式:小組學(xué)習(xí)和大班學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)設(shè)想:本課是這一單元的第一課,在學(xué)生學(xué)好單詞和語言點的同時,鼓勵學(xué)生人人爭當(dāng)志愿者,

6、積極為大家服務(wù)。并能用英語簡單的交談“為什么要當(dāng)志愿者和可以怎樣幫助家人和身邊的人”。教學(xué)流程:1. Lead in 2. Warm-up3. Listening 4. Practice5. Pair work 6. Consolidation7. 12、ant to be a volunteer like that some day.教學(xué)反思:本課生詞少,話題好,學(xué)生非常感興趣。大多數(shù)學(xué)生都能參與到課堂之中,積極的去說、去寫,發(fā)表自己的觀點。新課標(biāo)注重學(xué)生的情感因素,著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)和培養(yǎng)他們熱愛生活的品質(zhì)。在這節(jié)課中,我也努力去激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和參與意識,并引導(dǎo)他們從小事做起,去幫助身邊有困難的人們,效果很好。競賽時個別孩子表現(xiàn)出色,但有些孩子沒有參與。第二課時教學(xué)設(shè)計:教學(xué)內(nèi)容:Unit 9 Lesson 2教學(xué)目標(biāo):知識與技能:enough, used to do sth.; cant wait to do

13、sth.; elementary school; in order to; homework過程與方法:倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動參與、培養(yǎng)與人交流、合作的能力。情感態(tài)度價值觀:助人為樂。教學(xué)方法:聽說法;小組討論法教學(xué)手段:錄音機(jī); 多媒體課件組織形式:小組學(xué)習(xí)和大班學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)設(shè)想:本課生詞非常多,對話也較長,對學(xué)生來說有難度而且容易枯燥乏味。所以我采取課件展示圖片、單詞釋義、翻譯句子、造句和用最多的新單詞講故事等多種形式來學(xué)習(xí)和鞏固新單詞和重點句型。教學(xué)流程:1. 22、助他人。第三課時教學(xué)設(shè)計:教學(xué)內(nèi)容:Unit 9 Lesson 3教學(xué)目標(biāo):知識與技能:Words: wise, wisely, considerate, improve Grammar: the Present Perfect Tense過程與方法:倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動參與、培養(yǎng)與人交流、合作的能力。情感態(tài)度價值觀:助人為樂教學(xué)方法:聽說法;情境交際法;直觀法;競賽法教學(xué)手段:錄音機(jī); 多媒體課件組織形式:小組學(xué)習(xí)和大班學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)設(shè)想:本課的教學(xué)重點是教授現(xiàn)在完成時。先展示一般過去時,然后再展示現(xiàn)在完成時。給出多組例子,大家都掌握后進(jìn)行快速的練習(xí)。然后總結(jié)這兩種時態(tài)之間的區(qū)別。給出更多的圖片練習(xí)現(xiàn)在完

23、成時。因為是語法教學(xué),也容易枯燥,所以我把此部分設(shè)置成了小組競賽,由說句子到寫句子再到用現(xiàn)在完成時談?wù)搱D畫,都采用競賽的方式快速的進(jìn)行。鼓勵大家積極參與,提高他們綜合運用語言的能力。表現(xiàn)好的給予獎勵,鼓勵生生評價。預(yù)想大多數(shù)同學(xué)都能用現(xiàn)在完成時流利的描述圖片。教學(xué)流程: 1. Let them correct false sentences.(Aim: Revise how to use the words and phrases.)Step 4: PronunciationHave the students listen to the word

26、pairs. Ask them to pick out the stressed syllables and circle them. Explain the rule of making adverbs by adding ly to adjectives.For Activity B, the students need to distinguish which two words in each sentence have the most stress. Let them read out loud focusing on the stress.For Activity C, play

Tom has gone to Canada.教學(xué)反思:這節(jié)課達(dá)到了預(yù)想的效果。Words,Phrases and Pronunciation學(xué)生們掌握的非常好,所以進(jìn)展的

31、很順利。而語法的教學(xué),由于事先考慮到了困難,所以給出的例子較多,在學(xué)生充分理解和掌握的基礎(chǔ)上采用小組競賽的形式進(jìn)行不同方面的訓(xùn)練,效果非常好。學(xué)生們的興致也很高。通過教師對學(xué)生的評價和學(xué)生與學(xué)生之間的評價,各抒己見,體現(xiàn)了評價的公平以及大家的參與。第四課時教學(xué)設(shè)計:教學(xué)內(nèi)容:Unit 9 Lesson 4教學(xué)目標(biāo):知識與技能:Revise the Present Perfect Tense and some drills.過程與方法:倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動參與、培養(yǎng)與人交流、合作的能力。情感態(tài)度價值觀:從小事做起,從身邊的事做起,盡力去幫助他人。同時也鼓勵學(xué)生要學(xué)好文化課,這樣才能更好的為社會服務(wù)。教學(xué)

32、方法:情境交際法;小組討論法教學(xué)手段:錄音機(jī); 多媒體課件組織形式:小組學(xué)習(xí)和大班學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)設(shè)想:本課主要復(fù)習(xí)用現(xiàn)在完成時來交流;同時通過口語交際幫助學(xué)生們更好的了解處于困境中的人們需要什么以及我們怎么去幫助他們。盡力讓所有的學(xué)生都參與到交際中,體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的主體地位。教學(xué)流程: 1.
