機(jī)組聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1、 機(jī)組儀表聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一、公司儀表聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)系統(tǒng)管理制度(附件1：) 大機(jī)組聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置原則(一) 大機(jī)組軸瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖：止推瓦溫度測量要求每個面設(shè)三個測溫點(diǎn)，采用三取二聯(lián)鎖。如果只能安裝二個測溫點(diǎn)，則采用二取二聯(lián)鎖，但必須設(shè)置溫度報警。支撐瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖，機(jī)組中無軸系振動聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)信號的，設(shè)軸瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖。在機(jī)組中已配置軸系振動聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)的，不設(shè)支撐瓦溫度聯(lián)鎖。但必須設(shè)置支撐瓦溫度高報警信號。(二) 大機(jī)組油壓低低聯(lián)鎖：潤滑油壓需采用三取二聯(lián)鎖。為了解決油泵切換過程中油壓瞬變問題，潤滑油壓低低聯(lián)鎖邏輯中加3S延時（即潤滑油壓低低信號持續(xù)時間大于3S后才啟動聯(lián)鎖）。汽輪機(jī)速關(guān)油壓、動力油壓低低聯(lián)鎖：在機(jī)組

2、安全保護(hù)上，速關(guān)油壓、動力油壓低低有機(jī)械保護(hù)，無特別要求不設(shè)聯(lián)鎖。潤滑油壓變送器的取壓口須在潤滑油總管的末端。(三) 重要機(jī)組透平轉(zhuǎn)速高聯(lián)鎖設(shè)置三個獨(dú)立的轉(zhuǎn)速測量，采取三取二聯(lián)鎖。(四) 重要大機(jī)組都必須設(shè)置軸振動、軸位移聯(lián)鎖。同一斷面X、Y方向軸振動聯(lián)鎖采取二取二聯(lián)鎖。機(jī)組軸位移要求同一端安裝三個位移傳感器，采取三取二聯(lián)鎖。如果只安裝二個位移傳感器的采取二取二聯(lián)鎖，必須設(shè)置二個位移傳感器測量偏差報警。(五) 對大機(jī)組電機(jī)三組定子溫度設(shè)置聯(lián)鎖，但須采取三取二方式，設(shè)置溫度報警。(六) 機(jī)組停機(jī)后的工藝聯(lián)鎖。考慮到現(xiàn)場等因素，應(yīng)以機(jī)組實際運(yùn)行狀態(tài)作為工藝聯(lián)鎖啟動條件。汽輪機(jī)機(jī)組用速關(guān)油壓低低（三

3、取二）做機(jī)組、工藝聯(lián)鎖觸發(fā)信號之一，聯(lián)鎖值除特殊要求外取0.4Mpa。開機(jī)時速關(guān)油壓低低切除，開機(jī)正常后即投用。電機(jī)機(jī)組用電機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)（來自電氣）做工藝聯(lián)鎖觸發(fā)信號之一。以上信號同時輸出到報警燈屏指示臺，指示機(jī)組停機(jī)。儀表： 機(jī)械： 電氣： 機(jī)動處長：二、石油化工安全儀表系統(tǒng)設(shè)計規(guī)范三、API670標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Machinery ProtectionSystemsAPI STANDARD 670 FOURTH EDITION, DECEMBER 20005.4.2.4 The radial shaft vibration shutdown system shall be field changeabl

8、r circuit, only the circuit-fault alarm and the alarm (alert) will activate that is, the shutdown (danger) relay will not activate. The shutdown (danger) relay will activate when any of the following conditions occur: a. Both axial position transducers or circuits fail. b. Either channel has failed, and the other channel has violated the shutdown (danger) setpoint. c. Both channels jointly violate the shutdown (danger) setpoint.5.4.1.5d.
