工程安裝合同

1、工程安裝合同於 年 月 日 甲方）輿 （筒稍乙方），簽言丁安裝 的項目合同。1 . 安裝工程名稍 : O2 . 工程地黑占：甲方 港口。3 .工程范 H :本合同所附匱 I 名氏及估僵罩。4 . 完工期限：本安裝工程將配合甲方 在甲方港口建造工程完工彳麥 天內，完成安裝工程，其中包括 就施行。5 . 安裝工程備息僵格： 美元整。6 . 安裝工程付款 it 度：第一期：甲方在本合同 八始八施畤，付幻乙方工程名息僵15%, 即 美元整。第二期：甲方在 港口造船工程 II 始日寺，付左合乙方工程各息僵 15%,即 美元整 ；第三期：在安裝管路日寺，甲方付 2 合乙方工程備息僵的 10%, 即 _ 美

2、元整。第四期：在主檄的主要工地畤，甲方付會合乙方工 程備 息僵的 40%, 即 美元整；第五期：在安裝工程完隼畤，甲方付幻乙方工程八僵的10%, 即美元整；第六期：在工程 八收合格彳麥，甲方付幻乙方工程的10%,即 美元整。7 .款：因乙方原因未卒畤完工畤，雁由乙方 八責，B付款，每天按備息僵的 1 制算，即 美元整。8 .增加或減少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或減少其工程言十割畤，名息僵之增減，雁按燮方規(guī)定之 twat 算。若需新增加工程 量， 燮方雁另行餉商新增加工程之罩僵。若甲方因修改原言十 割而 瘠已完工部分工程或已as抵工地之材料八置，甲方在八收彳 麥，雁 按燮方規(guī)定的 乙方已完成的工程

3、費用及材料費，予以支 付。9 .監(jiān)督逵度：甲方派去的監(jiān)督人員或代表莖寸工程it 度予以監(jiān) 督業(yè)有罹予以監(jiān)工、指辱。乙方雁按甲方人景或代表的指示 正碓 施工，不得以任何借口置之不理。10 . 工程停工：若甲方通知乙方將工程停止，其原因又業(yè)非是 乙方的八任，乙方可停止工程業(yè)要求甲方按照已完成工程的敷量、八抵工地的材料及其他合理費用。在已交款中增付或扣除。11 . 工程監(jiān) : 在工程始彳麥，但在完工移交前，已完工的工 程及留在工地的材料、工具、言殳脩等，均由乙方保管。除人力 不 能抵抗的炎害外，乙方雁瑩寸保管中的一切，損害之全責。 如遇 不可抵抗的天炎人禍，乙方雁言羊列損害 八情，向甲方提出 恢彳復
