13、n importa nt basisforlea ding bodi es andlea ding cadres' per formance andgui dethe broa d massesof party membersand cadresto study educationopens uptothe會計學專業(yè)建設總結(jié)報告會計學專業(yè)始建于1980 年,是原金陵職業(yè)大學最早開辦的專業(yè)之一。2002 年,金陵職業(yè)大學與南京農(nóng)業(yè)專科學校合并組建金陵科技學院,開始獨立招收會計學專業(yè)本科生。2006年以來,本專業(yè)先后被評為省級特色專業(yè)建設點和國家級特色專業(yè)建設點。經(jīng)過三年建設,本專業(yè)完成了
14、建設方案所定的規(guī)劃目標,逐漸形成了自身的特色,并取得了較好的成效?,F(xiàn)就立項以來會計學專業(yè)的建設工作總結(jié)如下:一、專業(yè)建設的整體情況本專業(yè)建設方案所定的規(guī)劃的主要目標之一就是要通過三年的建設,使專業(yè)建設具有明顯的特色優(yōu)勢,力爭以優(yōu)異的成績通過江蘇省特色專業(yè)建設點的驗收,并力爭創(chuàng)建國家級特色專業(yè)建設點。經(jīng)過三年的建設,會計學專業(yè)形成了理論聯(lián)系實際、人才培養(yǎng)與市場需求相結(jié)合的富有特色的應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式,形成了一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、專業(yè)理論扎實、應用技能過硬的會計學應用型人才培養(yǎng)的師資隊伍,會計教研室被評為省級優(yōu)秀教學團隊;建立了適用于應用型人才培養(yǎng)的并具備自身特色的校內(nèi)、外實驗實習基地,通過深化教學改革與
15、管理,形成了一批教學改革成果:公開出版發(fā)行7 本具有應用特色的教材,會計英語獲省級精品教材;會計學原理獲省級精品課程,會計學應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究與實踐獲江蘇省高等教育教學成果二等獎;應用型人才培養(yǎng)成效顯著,畢業(yè)生的“雙證率、獲獎率”不斷提高,用人單位普遍反映會計學專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的畢業(yè)生素質(zhì)全面,適應能力強,就業(yè)率一直穩(wěn)定在99%以上,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量不斷提高,服務社會的能力不斷增強。本專業(yè)于2008 年被遴選為國家級特色專業(yè)建設點,完成了爭創(chuàng)國家級特色專業(yè)建設點的目標。、形成了具有特色的人才培養(yǎng)方案(一)會計學特色專業(yè)建設的指導思想本專業(yè)立足于應用型會計人才的培養(yǎng),遵循以能力為根本,以學生為主體,以

34、學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和學生的自我發(fā)展能力。在具體實施時采用了模塊化的教學培養(yǎng)方案,主要特色體現(xiàn)在“專業(yè)核心模塊 +專業(yè)選修模塊(專業(yè)方向課和專業(yè)拓展課) ”的設置方面,使人才培養(yǎng)方案具有一定的靈活性與針對性。財務會計方向模塊公共基礎模塊學科基礎模塊專業(yè)核心模塊注冊會計師方向模塊XX 專業(yè)方向模塊專業(yè)拓展模塊1、教學計劃課程設置的模塊化會計學專業(yè)的教學計劃在進行課程設置時,在專業(yè)指導委員會的指導下,通過充分進行市場調(diào)查和論證,將我們的培養(yǎng)目標定位在應用型本科層次,在保證達到本科教育基本理論要求的基礎上,強調(diào)實際應用能力的培養(yǎng);強調(diào)課程的標準化和學生的自主學習;強調(diào)這些組成部分與專業(yè)以及就業(yè)所針對的社
35、會職業(yè)崗位群之間的關系。課程設置基本上由公共基礎模塊、學科基礎模塊、專業(yè)核心模塊、專業(yè)選修模塊組成。2、專業(yè)選修模塊群體化我們充分體現(xiàn)應用型本科的特點,注重課程之間的相互關系,在保證本科層次所必需的理論知識和文化素養(yǎng)的基礎上,針對本科層次所對應的職業(yè)崗位群,設置了前后關聯(lián)、循序漸進、 理論與實踐并行的專業(yè)選修模塊課程群,如財務會計、注冊會計師等方向模塊課程群,以及豐富的專業(yè)拓展課,以滿足學生的個性化需要。3、構(gòu)建雙綱雙線的教學培養(yǎng)體系雙綱雙線的培養(yǎng)體系是指理論主線和實踐主線并行,理論教學大綱與實踐教學大綱同步實施, 共同培養(yǎng)具有較強能力的應用型本科人才。為保證培養(yǎng)目標的實現(xiàn),會計學專業(yè)實施了雙

52、specific( 1)理論主線會計學基礎財務會計成本會計管理會計財務管理會計信息系統(tǒng)審計學專業(yè)方向選修模塊課程群。( 2) 實踐主線賬務處理程序?qū)嵙曍攧諘媽嵙暢杀緯媽嵙?ERP 實習管理會計實 習專業(yè)方向選修模塊課程群相應課程實習。二、培養(yǎng)了一支團結(jié)進取,結(jié)構(gòu)合理的師資隊伍會計教研室一直與會計師事務所等單位進行合作,加強教師雙重素質(zhì)鍛煉,加大產(chǎn)學研合作力度。通過積極參加社會實踐,教師們得到了培訓與鍛煉,將理論知識與社會實踐相結(jié)合從事教學與相關研究,發(fā)表了一批有價值的應用性論文,同時,積累了大量的實踐資料,編寫了一批有特色的應用性教材,獲取了相應的職業(yè)資格證書,成為一支適應于應用性人才培養(yǎng)
53、的教學團隊。會計教研室現(xiàn)有專職教師24 人,其中教授3 人,副教授10 人,高級職稱占54.2%;博士及在讀博士8 人,占教師總數(shù)的33.3;45 歲以下的教師19 人,占教師總數(shù)的79.2,其中具有碩士學位教師占89.5%;并有多名教師具備注冊會計師、注冊稅務師、注冊資產(chǎn)評估師的執(zhí)業(yè)資格。專業(yè)負責人葛軍教授,多年從事教育管理工作以及教學工作,獲全國優(yōu)秀教師、江蘇省教學名師和中青年學術帶頭人等多項殊榮。會計教研室2008 年被評為江蘇省優(yōu)秀教學團隊。團隊教師中全國優(yōu)秀教師1 人,江蘇省師德先進個人1 人,江蘇省省級教學名師1 人,江蘇省“333 高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程”中青年科學技術帶頭人1 人,
