6、ed open-end yarn. Fabrics are produced by Seller itself; it is soft hand-feel. Seller will care well of production and quality/quantity of the goods and pay special attention on the final quality check of the goods after production is finished.所有的布質(zhì)量必須符合出口商品一等品出口標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 由同一批坯布的一等品生產(chǎn)的. 不得少經(jīng)緯紗.布料必須是由賣方自行生

7、產(chǎn).布料手感柔軟整理。 賣方要嚴(yán)格監(jiān)控整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程,特別注意生產(chǎn)完成之后的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量的檢驗(yàn)。- Fabric shrinkage after the third wash is to be less than 2% both in length and width on 60oC temperature.縮水率要求：溫度60三次水洗后，經(jīng)緯向縮率均小于2%。- Fabric quality, composition, yarn number and density, weight, width, weave, shrinkage must be as written above. Color

9、濕磨， 在全棉和全滌的面料上的著色， 耐曬色牢度和耐汗色牢度等方面均需達(dá)到 4級(jí)以上。(在檢測(cè)級(jí)別1-5級(jí)中,  5級(jí) 是最好的). - If Seller fails to produce quality as contracted or it use fabrics of different composition or different yarn number/density, Buyer has right to cancel the order. 如果賣方?jīng)]有按照定單的質(zhì)量要求生產(chǎn)，或者是隨意改變面料成分比例、紗支號(hào)或密度等質(zhì)量指標(biāo)，買方有權(quán)單方取消定單。- After

10、production is finished, Seller must test fabrics in factory lab (all colors) by own cost. Test reports are to contain the above characteristics (composition, yarn number and density, weight, width, weave, shrinkage dry rubbing, wet rubbing, staining cotton and polyester strap, color fastness to ligh

11、t and perspiration) at the above conditions and must satisfy the above quality demands. 生產(chǎn)結(jié)束后，賣方需在本廠質(zhì)檢室對(duì)所有顏色的面料進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)并提供報(bào)告。質(zhì)量報(bào)告需包括以下全部項(xiàng)目(面料成分、紗支、密度，克重，幅寬，織法，縮水率，以及水洗，干磨，濕磨。滌棉面料的 耐曬色牢度，耐汗色牢度等。質(zhì)量報(bào)告所需費(fèi)用由賣方承擔(dān)。所有上述質(zhì)量要求都必須滿足本合同所規(guī)定的要求。 - Test reports are to be addressed to Buyers name. 質(zhì)量報(bào)告屬于買方的名下。Terms of P

Application for L/C should be faxed to the seller before issued. 付款條件：2011年5月13日內(nèi)電匯17,000美金作為定金。剩余的貨款開立不可撤銷即期信用證，需在賣方按定單要求完成生產(chǎn)且可以發(fā)貨之后開立信用證，信用證以賣方為受益人可自由議付，開證行是賣方的銀行可接受的銀行，信用證申請(qǐng)書需于信用證開立前傳真于賣方。- Samples description 樣品條款: Seller is obligated to send

16、 colors one sample; - also will add 0.5 meter of original gray fabric.1) 2011年05月13日之前: 通過“EMS”快遞寄樣品到國(guó)內(nèi)的地址按照買方的要求，由買方選擇適合的關(guān)于兩個(gè)(A和B)方面的樣品: A- 布料軟度和外觀的樣品: 關(guān)于”VR”顏色, 三個(gè)不同軟度的樣品以供買方選擇軟度，手感和外觀樣子. 關(guān)于別的顏色一個(gè)樣品; B- 顏色樣品：“VR”顏色三個(gè)不同的樣品以供買方選擇。別的顏色一個(gè)樣品; - 同時(shí)附上0.5米的相應(yīng)原始坯布。2) before 26 May 2011 (after production is

20、sible losses of Buyer.包裝和標(biāo)簽的方式：布料全幅卷在卷筒上，并且每匹打成一卷。貨貼有按照買方提供的樣子做的標(biāo)簽，賣方承擔(dān)包裝標(biāo)簽的費(fèi)用。布料是干凈的, 里面沒有灰.嚴(yán)格 禁止 任何關(guān)于賣方的資料 (包括地址，電話，染廠logo等等) 出現(xiàn)在貨品上面，否則賣方需承擔(dān)買方因此而遭受到的所有損失。- Buyer can personally or through representative inspect production, finished goods and loading of the goods.  買方可以親自或委托他人檢查生產(chǎn)和裝運(yùn)的全過程。Buye
