1、Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精,善益求善。DQYK-35BK型電動(dòng)節(jié)流管匯控制箱使用說(shuō)明書(shū)(新)-DQYK35BK型電動(dòng)節(jié)流管匯控制箱使用說(shuō)明書(shū)沈陽(yáng)鑫榆林石油機(jī)械有限公司一、用途:電動(dòng)節(jié)流管匯控制箱是液動(dòng)節(jié)流管匯上的控制裝置,它可以遠(yuǎn)程控制液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉,并在控制箱上可以顯示出系統(tǒng)壓力、立管壓力、套管壓力、兩個(gè)液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥閥位開(kāi)度、3路泥漿泵泵沖計(jì)數(shù)與累計(jì)數(shù)。由此來(lái)維持井底壓力,是成功的控制井涌、井噴,實(shí)施油氣井壓力控制技術(shù)所必要的設(shè)備。電動(dòng)節(jié)流管匯控制箱所用電器部份具有防爆性能,儀表的數(shù)字顯示清晰,且具有自檢功能,電傳感器性能可靠、靈敏

2、度高。二、主要技術(shù)指標(biāo):1)防爆電機(jī):電源電壓:380VAC(三相四線制)功率:0.75KW轉(zhuǎn)速:1450r/min2)控制電源:220VAC(二線制)2、齒輪泵:排量:5L/min額定壓力:6MPa3、蓄能器:額定壓力:10MPa容積:10L4、壓力變送器:1)系統(tǒng)壓力:量程:010MPa2)立管壓力:量程:040MPa3)套管壓力:量程:040MPa所有變送器輸出信號(hào)為:420mA5、電閥位變送器:量程:0180度輸出信號(hào):420mA6、數(shù)字顯示控制儀表:顯示位數(shù):4位精度:0.5%FS1字7、輸出扭矩:150Kgfm8、溢流閥調(diào)定為7.5MPa三、整機(jī)配備和工作原理:1、電動(dòng)液控節(jié)流管匯

3、控制箱是由控制箱、壓力變感器、電閥位變送器、電纜、液壓管線等組成??刂葡溆煞辣瑑x表箱、防爆電機(jī)、齒輪泵、蓄能器、溢流閥、截止閥、三位四通換向閥、手動(dòng)試壓泵、油箱、液壓元件、電器控制元件、數(shù)字顯示控制儀表等組成。工作原理液壓工作原理見(jiàn)圖一電動(dòng)節(jié)流管匯控制箱它集電動(dòng)、液壓于一體,將外部電能轉(zhuǎn)換成液壓能量去控制液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉。啟動(dòng)防爆電機(jī)帶動(dòng)齒輪泵,高壓液壓油經(jīng)單向閥,進(jìn)入蓄能器,蓄能器隨著液壓油進(jìn)入量增多而壓力增高,當(dāng)壓力升至設(shè)定值后電機(jī)停止,扳動(dòng)三位四通換向閥可達(dá)到控制節(jié)流閥開(kāi)、關(guān)的目的。速度調(diào)節(jié)閥作用是調(diào)節(jié)液壓油流量,控制液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥開(kāi)或關(guān)的速度。溢流閥是當(dāng)控制電路出現(xiàn)故障,即系統(tǒng)油壓升

4、至超過(guò)設(shè)定最高壓力電機(jī)仍未停止時(shí),溢流閥打開(kāi),起著安全、保護(hù)作用。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電源一旦中斷,利用蓄能器所蓄的能量維持液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥的“開(kāi)”“關(guān)”一次??衫谩笆謩?dòng)液壓泵”(打印鋼印標(biāo)識(shí)號(hào)JK.00)來(lái)維持控制箱操作所需的油壓,向蓄能器補(bǔ)充能量,以備使用。液壓工作原理圖(圖一)說(shuō)明:1、電動(dòng)泵:電源電壓:380VAC功率:0.75KW排量:5L/min2、最高壓力:8MPa額定壓力:6MPa蓄能器:10MPa、10LA1A5數(shù)字顯示儀表B1B5變送器A1顯示系統(tǒng)壓力B1系統(tǒng)壓力變送器A2顯示套管壓力B2套管壓力變送器A3顯示立管壓力B3立管壓力變送器A4顯示節(jié)流閥1閥位開(kāi)度B4節(jié)流閥1電閥位變

5、送器A5顯示節(jié)流閥2閥位開(kāi)度B5節(jié)流閥2電閥位變送器電控工作原理見(jiàn)圖二、圖三系統(tǒng)控制原理圖(圖二)控制箱電控工作由壓力變送器、電閥位變送器、數(shù)字顯示儀、交流接觸器等元件組成,按系統(tǒng)控制原理圖二,接上電源,儀表開(kāi)始工作,顯示儀隨即可顯示經(jīng)變送器傳送的數(shù)據(jù)。將“液壓系統(tǒng)”開(kāi)關(guān)旋至開(kāi)位,則液壓系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng),電動(dòng)泵工作,“系統(tǒng)壓力”顯示儀所顯示的壓力,如低于下限設(shè)定值,電機(jī)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)充壓,當(dāng)壓力升至上限值時(shí),交流接觸器線圈失電脫落,電機(jī)停止,當(dāng)壓力降至下限值時(shí),交流接觸器得電吸合,電機(jī)啟動(dòng)。如此循環(huán)工作使系統(tǒng)壓力得到所設(shè)定壓力。數(shù)據(jù)采集原理圖(圖三)四、安裝調(diào)試及使用:(圖四)液壓系統(tǒng)調(diào)試:系統(tǒng)排空:打開(kāi)蓄

6、能器截止閥(該閥屬于常開(kāi)閥,出廠時(shí)打開(kāi)狀態(tài))打開(kāi)系統(tǒng)泄荷閥(該閥屬于常閉閥,出廠時(shí)關(guān)閉狀態(tài))液壓泵調(diào)試:將系統(tǒng)泄荷閥關(guān)閉,啟動(dòng)液壓泵,此時(shí)系統(tǒng)升壓,見(jiàn)盤(pán)面上系統(tǒng)壓力數(shù)字顯示儀,當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到7MPa時(shí),電動(dòng)泵自行停止工作;如系統(tǒng)油壓降至5MPa時(shí),電動(dòng)泵可自行啟動(dòng)補(bǔ)充壓力,保持其額定工作壓力狀態(tài)。溢流閥Y:出廠時(shí)已調(diào)至7.5MPa面板顯示及外部聯(lián)接圖(圖五)1、電源進(jìn)線口2、傳感器信號(hào)線入口3、液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥1閥開(kāi)接頭(M221.5)4、液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥1閥關(guān)接頭(M221.5)5、液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥2閥開(kāi)接頭(M221.5)6、液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥2閥關(guān)接頭(M221.5)7、數(shù)字顯示儀:立管壓力數(shù)字顯示儀8、數(shù)字顯示儀:

8、流管匯控制箱地線接好,以保護(hù)人身安全。將外接電源接好,動(dòng)力電源為三相四線制的380VAC??刂齐娫礊槎€制的220VAC。防爆組合開(kāi)關(guān),插上插頭后,旋轉(zhuǎn)到“合”的位置,電源接通,旋轉(zhuǎn)到“分”的位置,電源斷開(kāi),敬請(qǐng)注意。6、電源正確連接后,按齒輪泵上方箭頭方向,調(diào)試電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向是否合適,如反向應(yīng)立即停止,換向后再啟動(dòng)。7、打開(kāi)泄荷閥,啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)泵,空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),排除管路中的空氣,連接節(jié)流閥液壓管線。8、關(guān)閉泄荷閥,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)油壓升至設(shè)定值后,扳動(dòng)三位四通換向閥手柄,使液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥開(kāi)、關(guān)兩次,以排出液缸中空氣。9、按標(biāo)定的標(biāo)識(shí)分別將立管壓力變送器、套管壓力變送器、液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥1電閥位變送器、液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥2電閥位變送器

9、、泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器等一一對(duì)應(yīng)相接。檢查各線路、管線連接無(wú)誤后,將盤(pán)面“液壓系統(tǒng)”開(kāi)關(guān)旋至開(kāi)位,啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)泵,同時(shí)調(diào)整電閥位變送器的位置,當(dāng)液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥的實(shí)際位置與閥位開(kāi)度顯示儀表一致,將電閥位變送器的位置固定。油壓升至7MPa時(shí)自動(dòng)停泵,如系統(tǒng)油壓的壓力降至5MPa,電動(dòng)泵可自動(dòng)啟動(dòng),保持系統(tǒng)壓力。上述調(diào)整完畢后即可投入運(yùn)行,根據(jù)鉆井工藝的要求,操縱三位四通換向閥控制液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉。從而繼續(xù)平衡鉆井工藝所需井底回壓。五、保養(yǎng)及維修:1、注意觀察控制箱內(nèi)外各油路有無(wú)泄漏的地方,觀察各電纜線有無(wú)破損的地方,如有應(yīng)馬上關(guān)閉外部電源及時(shí)檢修。2、經(jīng)常觀察“液位計(jì)”油面的高低,少則加油,每半年更換油箱內(nèi)的

10、液壓油一次,并同時(shí)清洗濾油器及油箱。3、每半年檢查一次蓄能器充氮壓力,預(yù)充氮?dú)鈮簽?.3MPa。4、故障指示:當(dāng)此燈亮起時(shí),代表電機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障。如:電機(jī)過(guò)載或電機(jī)實(shí)質(zhì)性損壞等等,造成電機(jī)保護(hù)裝置熱過(guò)載繼電器動(dòng)作,從而使“電機(jī)故障”指示燈亮,此時(shí)應(yīng)請(qǐng)電器專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行維修。當(dāng)故障解除后,電機(jī)保護(hù)裝置熱過(guò)載繼電器自動(dòng)復(fù)位,從而“電機(jī)故障”指示燈熄滅,系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)正常工作。六、DJFK6型角閥控制器(圖六)DJFK6型角閥控制器是孔板式液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥上的專用變送器,它將節(jié)流閥的開(kāi)度轉(zhuǎn)換成420mA電信號(hào)輸送給數(shù)字顯示儀以顯示閥的開(kāi)度。(圖六)七、CS20D型壓力變送器CS20D型壓力變送器是為監(jiān)測(cè)石油鉆井作業(yè)中
