19、7,建筑高度為43.1m,建筑層數(shù)共十層。第一層要緊為停車場(chǎng)且空調(diào)機(jī)房設(shè)在地下室。二層要緊為商店、餐廳等,四至六層要緊是辦公區(qū),七至十層要緊是客房層。依照此樓功能要求,本建筑需要冬季提供熱負(fù)荷、夏季提供冷負(fù)荷。以長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益為動(dòng)身點(diǎn),力求達(dá)到技術(shù)可靠,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,節(jié)能環(huán)保、治理方便,功能調(diào)整的靈活性及使用安全可靠。在比較各種方案的可行性及水系統(tǒng)形式后,此工程設(shè)計(jì)采納風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng);水系統(tǒng)采納一次泵、雙管制系統(tǒng):為滿足整棟大樓需求,同時(shí)為了在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的節(jié)能,本設(shè)計(jì)冷熱源采納風(fēng)冷熱泵模塊機(jī)組。依照夏季空調(diào)計(jì)算負(fù)荷依次選擇機(jī)組、末端設(shè)備、新風(fēng)機(jī)組、風(fēng)口,最后還要對(duì)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備和管路采取消聲、防

This building including shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment, guest room

First floor mainly for parking and air conditioning computer room located in the basement. Second floor mainly for shops and restaurants, is four to six main

To long-term interest as a starting point to achieve technology is a reliable, economical, energy-saving environmental protection, e

After the feasibility of various options and water systems, design of this fan-coil dedicated outdoor air systems; water system uses a pump, dual-control system: to meet the demand for the entire building, energy saving

52、耗。但送風(fēng)溫差過(guò)大,往往會(huì)造成送風(fēng)口解霜現(xiàn)象,為幸免此類現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,采納一次回風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)需利用再熱來(lái)解決送風(fēng)溫差受限制的問(wèn)題,即為了保證必須的送風(fēng)溫差,一次回風(fēng)系統(tǒng)在夏季需要再熱,從而產(chǎn)生冷熱抵消的現(xiàn)象風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是空氣-水系統(tǒng)的一種要緊形式,也是我國(guó)民用建筑中采納最普遍的一種空調(diào)方式,它的投資少,使用靈活和節(jié)約建筑空間等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于各類建筑中。該系統(tǒng)具有以下特點(diǎn):本設(shè)計(jì)為培訓(xùn)中心,通過(guò)對(duì)上述空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的分析,本設(shè)計(jì)采納空氣-水系統(tǒng)。新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的形式采納分樓層水平式,每層設(shè)置新風(fēng)系統(tǒng),采納風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng),新風(fēng)處理方式不一樣,對(duì)室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)有專門大的阻礙。風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的空氣處理方
