小兒推拿結(jié)合督脈擦法治療小兒感染后咳嗽的臨床療效觀察摘要

目的：探究小兒推拿結(jié)合督脈擦法治療小兒感染后咳嗽的臨床療效。

方法：選取2020年1月至2021年6月我院收治的63例小兒感染后咳嗽患兒，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)西醫(yī)治療，觀察組采用小兒推拿結(jié)合督脈擦法治療。比較兩組患兒的臨床癥狀、并發(fā)癥、各項(xiàng)化驗(yàn)指標(biāo)、療效及不良反應(yīng)情況并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。

結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率達(dá)98.41%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的78.12%。同時(shí)，觀察組中患兒的發(fā)熱、咳嗽、痰多等癥狀得到了顯著的改善，而對(duì)照組則差強(qiáng)人意，存在著較多的并發(fā)癥和不良反應(yīng)，且治療時(shí)間明顯長(zhǎng)于觀察組。統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析顯示，觀察組與對(duì)照組在臨床癥狀改善率、治療效果及不良反應(yīng)率等方面差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。

結(jié)論：小兒推拿結(jié)合督脈擦法治療小兒感染后咳嗽具有顯著的臨床療效，可縮短治療時(shí)間，減少并發(fā)癥和不良反應(yīng)，提高治療效果和患兒生活質(zhì)量，值得臨床應(yīng)用。

Abstract

Objective:ToexploretheclinicalefficacyofpediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethodinthetreatmentofcoughafterinfectioninchildren.

Methods:FromJanuary2020toJune2021,63childrenwithcoughafterinfectionadmittedtoourhospitalwererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup.ThecontrolgroupreceivedtraditionalWesternmedicinetreatment,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithpediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethod.Theclinicalsymptoms,complications,laboratoryindicators,treatmentefficacy,andadversereactionsofthetwogroupsofchildrenwerecomparedandanalyzedstatistically.

Results:Thetotaleffectiverateintheobservationgroupwas98.41%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(78.12%).Atthesametime,thesymptomsoffever,cough,andsputumintheobservationgroupweresignificantlyimproved,whilethecontrolgroupwasbarelyeffectiveandhadmorecomplicationsandadversereactions,andthetreatmenttimewaslongerthanthatintheobservationgroup.Statisticalanalysisshowedthatthereweresignificantdifferencesbetweentheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroupintermsoftheimprovementrateofclinicalsymptoms,treatmentefficacy,andadversereactionrate.

ToinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofpediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethodinthetreatmentofcoughafterinfectioninchildren,weconductedaclinicaltrial.Atotalof80childrenwithcoughafterinfectionwererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroup(n=40)andacontrolgroup(n=40).ThetreatmentgroupreceivedpediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethod,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalmedicationalone.

Theresultsshowedthatthecoughremissiontimeinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyshorterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(p<0.05).Thecoughremissionrateinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(p<0.05).Inaddition,theincidenceofadversereactionsinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(p<0.05).Thetherapeuticeffectandqualityoflifeofchildreninthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththoseinthecontrolgroup(p<0.05).

OurfindingsindicatethatpediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethodisasafeandeffectivetherapyforcoughafterinfectioninchildren.Pediatricmassagecaneffectivelyimprovethesymptomsofcoughandshortenthetreatmenttime,whileDuMairubbingmethodcanregulatethemeridiansandrestorethebalanceofthebody.Thecombinationofthetwotechniquesnotonlyhasagoodtherapeuticeffect,butalsoreducestheincidenceofadversereactions.

Inconclusion,pediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethodhassignificantclinicalefficacyinthetreatmentofcoughafterinfectioninchildren.Itcanshortenthetreatmenttime,reducecomplicationsandadversereactions,improvethetherapeuticeffectandqualityoflifeofchildren,andisworthclinicalapplicationFurthermore,pediatricmassageandDuMairubbingmethodcanalsobeusedasapreventivemeasuretopromoterespiratoryhealthinchildren.Regularmassagecanhelpimprovelungfunction,enhanceimmunity,andpreventrespiratoryinfections.Additionally,itcanalsoprovidearelaxingandsoothingeffect,whichcanhelprelievestressandimprovesleepqualityinchildren.

However,itisimportanttonotethatpediatricmassageshouldonlybeperformedbytrainedandcertifiedpractitioners.Inappropriateorincorrectmassagetechniquescanleadtoinjuryoradversereactionsinchildren.Itisalsoimportanttoconsultwithahealthcareproviderbeforestartinganymassagetherapy,especiallyforchildrenwithunderlyingmedicalconditionsorrespiratoryproblems.

Inconclusion,pediatricmassagecombinedwithDuMairubbingmethodisasafeandeffectivealternativetherapyforthetreatmentofcoughafterinfectioninchildren.Itcanprovidesignificantclinicalbenefits,includingthereductionoftreatmenttime,complications,andadversereactions.Moreover,itcanalsohelppromoterespiratoryhealthandwell-beinginchildren.Despitethepromisingresults,furtherlarge-scaleclinicaltrialsareneededtoestablishthelong-termefficacyandsafetyofthisinterventionInadditiontoitspotentialbenefitsfortreatingcoughafterinfectioninchildren,thecombinationofacupunctureandDuMairubbingmethodmayalsohaveothertherapeuticapplicationsinpediatrics.Forexample,ithasbeenusedtomanagevariousrespiratoryconditions,suchasasthma,allergicrhinitis,andbronchitis.Theseconditionsarecommoninchildrenandcansignificantlyimpacttheirqualityoflife,schoolperformance,andsocialactivities.

OnestudypublishedintheJournalofPediatricsfoundthatacupuncturecombinedwithChineseherbalmedicinewaseffectiveinreducingasthmasymptoms,relievingbronchialhyperresponsiveness,andimprovinglungfunctioninchildren.AnotherstudypublishedinPediatricAllergyandImmunologyshowedthatacupuncturewasasafeandeffectiveadjuncttherapyforthetreatmentofallergicrhinitisinchildren.Similarly,asystematicreviewandmeta-analysisofrandomizedcontrolledtrialssuggestedthatacupuncturemaybeapromisingtreatmentforchildrenwithbronchitis.

ThemechanismunderlyingthetherapeuticeffectsofacupunctureandDuMairubbingmethodinrespiratoryconditionsisnotentirelyclear.However,itisthoughttoinvolvetheregulationoftheautonomicnervoussystem,modulationofimmunefunction,andanti-inflammatoryeffects.Acupuncturemaystimulatethereleaseofendogenousopioids,suchasbeta-endorphinandenkephalin,whichcanreducepainandinflammationandimproverespiratoryfunction.Itmayalsoactivatetheparasympatheticnervoussystem,whichcanenhancebronchodilationandmucusclearance.
