崗位說明：

-負責(zé)店鋪每月銷售安排的實施和銷售指標的完成；

-管理店鋪日常事務(wù)，以及店鋪內(nèi)部員工的管理；

-負責(zé)新進員工的入職培訓(xùn)工作

-負責(zé)店鋪貨物維護工作：統(tǒng)計、管理，確保物品及帳目精確；

-正確指導(dǎo)并跟進店鋪vip顧客維護；

-負責(zé)店鋪管理相關(guān)的記錄報告、報表；

-剛好向公司反映店鋪運營過程中的問題；

-對店鋪的運營和公司的安排提出建議；

職位描述：

職責(zé)描述：

1）接收客戶訂單與預(yù)料，分析并轉(zhuǎn)換為內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)需求以指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)；

receivecustomerorderandforecast，analyzeandtransfertointernalproductiondemand.

2）協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)貨并解決相關(guān)問題，剛好跟蹤確保產(chǎn)品按要求交付；

3）限制庫存在合理范圍，避開交付風(fēng)險；

inventorycontrolunderreasonablerangetoavoiddeliveryrisk.
