酒店情景英語U!教學(xué)大綱一、說明(一) 課程性質(zhì)《酒店情景英語》是學(xué)院專業(yè)平臺(tái)必修課,是酒店管理專業(yè)的重要理論兼應(yīng)用課程之一,

是研究酒店管理專業(yè)的重要方法論性課程。酒店管理專業(yè)學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)必修課,在整個(gè)專業(yè)目

標(biāo)中起到一個(gè)支撐作用,也是一門實(shí)用性很強(qiáng)的課程。作為學(xué)生必須具備的一門專業(yè)英語,

該課程具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性和靈活性。在學(xué)習(xí)本課程過程中,使學(xué)生熟悉各個(gè)崗位的工作任務(wù)

以及服務(wù)流程,學(xué)生可以通過課堂教學(xué)和院內(nèi)實(shí)操,提高使用酒店英語為客人服務(wù)的職業(yè)技

能;通過院內(nèi)課堂教學(xué)和實(shí)訓(xùn)、酒店頂崗實(shí)習(xí),培養(yǎng)溝通能力和人際交往能力,具有良好的

禮貌禮儀形象;通過“工學(xué)交替”的教學(xué)方式,培養(yǎng)職業(yè)素養(yǎng),形成愛崗敬業(yè)、踏實(shí)肯干、具

有良好服務(wù)意識(shí)的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。綜合提高學(xué)生的行為能力,為以后的職業(yè)生涯奠定基礎(chǔ)。(二) 教學(xué)目的《酒店情景英語》課程旨在幫助學(xué)生樹立正確的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,通過系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)前廳、餐廳、

客房、商務(wù)中心等崗位工作的規(guī)范禮貌的英文用語及接受相應(yīng)技能操練,為學(xué)生今后走向社

會(huì),適應(yīng)旅游、酒店及涉外接待工作打下良好的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。通過本課程的教學(xué),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確使用英語為外國游客服務(wù),具有用流利的口語向外國

游客介紹所在酒店的服務(wù)設(shè)施、服務(wù)項(xiàng)目、服務(wù)時(shí)間、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并能熟練回答客人的問詢

及要求,較好地處理客人的投訴,能用英語介紹我國燦爛文化和豐富的民風(fēng)民俗,掌握涉外

飯店?duì)I銷的基本內(nèi)容和主要特點(diǎn),并能結(jié)合相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行分析、研究,結(jié)合相應(yīng)的實(shí)踐教學(xué),

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在涉外飯店服務(wù)、管理和營銷方面的應(yīng)用能力和創(chuàng)新能力。1、 專業(yè)能力目標(biāo)(1) 正確理解飯店服務(wù)英語的涵義,掌握涉外飯店所有崗位及物品的英語名稱;(2) 認(rèn)識(shí)飯店服務(wù)英語的使用環(huán)境,掌握飯店服務(wù)英語基本的使用能力和策略;(3) 掌握顧客價(jià)值理論,掌握研究消費(fèi)者需要的理論和方法;(4) 掌握禮貌用語,避免英語口頭語或俚語;(5) 掌握服務(wù)策略、價(jià)格策略、促銷策略及有關(guān)內(nèi)容的英語表達(dá);(6) 了解與旅游和酒店有關(guān)的西方文化內(nèi)容。2、 方法能力目標(biāo)該課程開設(shè)時(shí),學(xué)生具有大學(xué)一年級(jí)英語水平,已經(jīng)掌握基本的語音,語法和詞匯知識(shí),

已經(jīng)在聽、說、讀、寫、譯等方面受過基本訓(xùn)練。學(xué)生通過學(xué)習(xí)該課程應(yīng)達(dá)到如下要求:(1) 能運(yùn)用國際音標(biāo)拼讀單詞,朗讀無難度的句子和材料,語音語調(diào)大體正確;(2) 能用英語回答一般日常問題;(3) 能聽懂并運(yùn)用課堂英語;(4) 能掌握飯店用語,比較熟練地表達(dá)所規(guī)定的語言功能項(xiàng)目;(5) 具備綜合性飯店服務(wù)的口語表達(dá)能力,應(yīng)變各種情況及按客人要求提供服務(wù)。3、 社會(huì)能力目標(biāo)(1) 具有熱愛所學(xué)專業(yè),強(qiáng)烈愛崗敬業(yè)的精神和法律意識(shí);(2) 具有勝任涉外酒店工作的良好的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和身心素質(zhì);(3) 具有涉外酒店業(yè)方面的競爭意識(shí),分析判斷能力,開拓創(chuàng)新能力和科學(xué)決策能力。First,theteacherwouldrequirethestudentstomakedialoguesaccordingtothefollowing
