Employeeswhohavenotpassedthesafetyproductioneducationandtrainingshallnotbeallowedtoworkonthejob.2．生產經營單位的特種作業(yè)人員必須按照國家有關規(guī)定經專門的安全作業(yè)培訓，取得特種作業(yè)操作資格證書，方可上崗作業(yè)。Thespecialoperationspersonnelofproductionandoperationunitsmustundergospecialsafetyoperationtraininginaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthestateandobtainspecialoperationqualificationcertificatesbeforetheycanworkonthejob.《安全生產法》相關法律法規(guī)RelevantlawsandregulationsSafetyProductionLaw《安全生產法》相關法律法規(guī)對從業(yè)人員的基本要求有三點：Therearethreebasicrequirementsforpractitioners:3．從業(yè)人員不服從管理，違反安全生產規(guī)章制度或者操作規(guī)程的，由生產經營單位給予批評教育，依照有關規(guī)章制度給予處分；造成重大事故，構成犯罪的，依照刑法有關規(guī)定追究刑事責任。Whereemployeesdisobeymanagementandviolatesafetyproductionrulesandregulationsoroperatingprocedures,theproductionandoperationunitshallgivecriticismandeducation,andgivesanctionsinaccordancewithrelevantrulesandregulations;Whereamajoraccidentiscausedandacrimeisconstituted,criminalresponsibilityistobepursuedinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheCriminalLaw.RelevantlawsandregulationsSafetyProductionLaw《刑法》相關法律法規(guī)《中華人民共和國刑法》第132條規(guī)定：Article132oftheCriminalLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaprovides:鐵路職工違反規(guī)章制度，致使發(fā)生鐵路運營安全事故，造成嚴重后果的，處3年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；Whoeverviolatestherulesandregulationsandcausesarailwayoperationsafetyaccidenttooccur,causingseriousconsequences,shallbesentencedtofixed-termimprisonmentofnotmorethan3yearsorcriminaldetention;造成特別嚴重后果的，處3年以上7年以下有期徒刑。Whoevercausesparticularlyseriousconsequencesshallbesentencedtofixed-termimprisonmentofnotlessthan3yearsbutnotmorethan7years.RelevantlawsandregulationsCriminalLaw《鐵路安全管理條例》相關法律法規(guī)禁止以下行為：Thefollowingactionsareprohibited:非法攔截列車、阻斷鐵路運輸；Illegallyinterceptingtrainsandblockingrailwaytransportation;擾亂鐵路運輸指揮調度機構以及車站、列車的正常秩序；Disruptthenormalorderofrailwaytransportcommandanddispatchagencies,aswellasstationsandtrains;在鐵路線路上放置、遺棄障礙物；Placingorabandoningobstaclesonrailwaylines;擊打列車；hitthetrain;RelevantlawsandregulationsRailwaySafetyManagementRegulations《鐵路安全管理條例》相關法律法規(guī)禁止以下行為：Thefollowingactionsareprohibited:擅自移動鐵路線路上的機車車輛，或者擅自開啟列車車門、違規(guī)操縱列車緊急制動設備；Movingrollingstockonrailwaylineswithoutauthorization,oropeningtraindoorswithoutauthorization,oroperatingemergencybrakingequipmentoftrainsinviolationofregulations;拆盜、損毀或者擅自移動鐵路設施設備、機車車輛配件、標樁、防護設施和安全標志；Dismantling,destroyingormovingrailwayfacilitiesandequipment,rollingstockaccessories,markingpiles,protectivefacilitiesandsafetysignswithoutauthorization;在鐵路線路上行走、坐臥或者在未設道口、人行過道的鐵路線路上通過；Walking,sittingon,orpassingonrailwaylineswithoutcrossings,sidewalks;擅自進入鐵路線路封閉區(qū)域或者在未設置行人通道的鐵路橋梁、隧道通行。Unauthorizedaccesstoclosedareasofrailwaylinesorpassagethroughrailwaybridgesortunnelswithoutpedestrianpassages.RelevantlawsandregulationsRailwaySafetyManagementRegulations2全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則Laborsafetycodeforallworkers《全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則》全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則做到班前充分休息，班前4小時及班中嚴禁飲酒。Doenoughrestbeforeclass,anddrinkalcoholisstrictlyprohibited4hoursbeforeclassandduringclass.工作前認真檢查設備、機具，確認良好后方準操作。Carefullychecktheequipmentandimplementsbeforework,andconfirmthattheoperationisgoodaftertheend.LaborsafetycodeforallworkersLaborsafetycodeforallworkers《全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則》全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則做到正確使用勞動防護用品。Dothecorrectuseoflaborprotectionproducts.做到工作場所整潔；產生有毒有害物的作業(yè)場所或使用火爐取暖的場所，必須具備良好的通風設施或保持室內外通風條件。Maketheworkplacecleanandtidy;Workplacesthatproducetoxicandharmfulsubstancesorplacesthatusestovesforheatingmusthavegoodventilationfacilitiesormaintainindoorandoutdoorventilationconditions.LaborsafetycodeforallworkersLaborsafetycodeforallworkers《全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則》全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則做到工作中精力集中；不準擅離崗位和嬉戲打鬧。Achieveconcentrationatwork;Itisnotallowedtoleavethepostandplayandplaywithoutpermission.做到停機處理機械、設備故障。Achievedowntimetodealwithmechanicalandequipmentfailures.LaborsafetycodeforallworkersLaborsafetycodeforallworkers《全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則》全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則遇有大霧、大雨（雪）、雷電密集、揚沙及六級以上大風等惡劣天氣時，不準進行露天登高作業(yè)和上道維修施工作業(yè)；因搶修等特殊情況必須作業(yè)時，有關領導必須到場監(jiān)控。Incaseofbadweathersuchasheavyfog,heavyrain(snow),denselightning,sandandwindsoflevel6orabove,open-airascentoperationsandupperroadmaintenanceconstructionoperationsarenotallowed;Whenitisnecessarytooperateduetospecialcircumstancessuchasemergencyrepair,therelevantleadersmustbepresenttomonitor.在線路上（基本建筑限界內）作業(yè)或檢查時，嚴禁接聽、撥打手機。Whenworkingorinspectingontheline(withintheboundariesofthebasicbuilding),itisstrictlyforbiddentoanswerorcallthemobilephone.LaborsafetycodeforallworkersLaborsafetycodeforallworkers《全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則》全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則電氣設備維修人員必須持證上崗，按規(guī)定穿戴絕緣防護用品；不準擅自拆接電線；電氣設備的接插件、電線等必須保持完好和絕緣性能良好；嚴禁使用未安裝觸電保護器的各種手持式電動工具和電氣移動設備。Electricalequipmentmaintenancepersonnelmustbecertifiedtowork,accordingtotheprovisionsoftheprovisionstowearinsulationprotectiveequipment;Unauthorizeddisassemblyofwiresisnotallowed;Electricalequipmentconnectors,wires,etc.mustbekeptintactandhavegoodinsulationperformance;Theuseofallkindsofhandheldpowertoolsandelectricalmobiledeviceswithoutelectricshockprotectorsisstrictlyprohibited.LaborsafetycodeforallworkersLaborsafetycodeforallworkers《全體作業(yè)人員勞動安全守則》全體作業(yè)人
