目的 四、安全通則Safetyregulations五、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)Productmarking六、運(yùn)輸存儲(chǔ)Transportstorage七、卸貨及異常反饋Unloading&abnormal八、開箱說明Unpackinginstructions九、機(jī)械安裝Mechanicalinstallation十、電氣安裝Electricalinstallation Delivery Module（）（簡稱為組件”）安裝和安全使用的信息。Thismanualprovidesinformationontheinstallationandsafeuseofphotovoltaicmodules(hereinafterreferredtoas"modules")producedbyHunanRedSolarNewEnergyScienceandTechnologyCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoas"RedSolar").措施和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)。Inordertoinstallitcorrectlyandobtainstablepoweroutput,thismanualmustbereadandunderstoodbeforeinstallation.Ifyouhaveanyquestions,pleasecontactoursalesdepartmentorafter-salesengineerandaskthemforfurtherexplanation.Wheninstallingmodules,theinstallershouldfollowallsafetyprecautionsinthismanualandlocal或處理時(shí)參考。Installingphotovoltaicsystemsrequiresspecializedskillsandknowledgeandcanonlybeperformedbyqualifiedpersonnel.Theinstallershouldbecomefamiliarwiththemechanicalandelectricalrequirementsofthissystembeforeinstallingandusingmodules.Pleasekeepthismanualinasafeplaceforfuturereferenceformaintenanceandrepairorwhenthemodulesneedtobesoldordisposedof.Therecommendeditemsinthismanualaredesignedtoimprovethesafetyofthemoduleduringinstallationandmaintenanceandaretestedandproven.PleaseprovidethemanualtotheuserofthePVsystemastheirreferenceandinformthemofallrelevantsafety,operationandmaintenancerequirementsandrecommendations.與客戶裝卸、安裝、操作、使用或維護(hù)相關(guān)的操作所引起的損失、破壞或費(fèi)用負(fù)責(zé)。Sincetheuseofthismanualandtheconditionsormethodsofinstallation,operation,useandmaintenanceofthemodulesarebeyondthecontrolofourcompany,ourcompanyshallnotbeliableforanyloss,damage,orexpensearisingfromanyoperationrelatedtocustomerloading,unloading,installation,operation,useormaintenance.Ourcompanyshallnotbeliablefordamagesresultingfromimproperstoragetransit,installation,useormaintenanceofthemodules,including,butnotlimitedto,injuries,damagesandexpensesresultingfromfailuretocomplywiththeinstructionsinthismanual,causedbyothermanufacturer'sproducts,orresultingfromconnectiontoothermanufacturer'sproducts.InfringementofthirdpartypatentsorotherrightsthatmayresultfromtheuseofPVmodulesisnottheresponsibilityofcompany.Thecustomerisnotauthorisedtouseanypatentsorpatentrights,expressorimplied,asaresultoftheuseofourcompany'sproducts.Theinformationinthismanualisbasedonourlong-termtechnicalexplorationandvaluableexperience,buttheinformationandrelatedrecommendationsincludingproductspecificationsdonotconstituteanywarranty,whetherexpressorimplied.Ourcompanyreservestherighttomodifythemanual,componentproductinformationwithoutpriornotice.Thismanualdoesnothaveanywarrantymeaning.Climatic20℃~46（。Recommendedoperatingambienttemperature:-20℃~46℃(theoperatingambienttemperatureisthemonthlyaveragemaximumandminimumtemperatureoftheinstallationsite).40℃~85℃。Modulelimitoperatingambienttemperature:-40℃~8585RH%.Relativehumidity:≤85RH%2400Pa（）5400Pa（）決于組件的安裝類型。Maximumstaticloadonthesurfaceofthemodule:2400Pastaticmechanicalload(windpressure)onthebacksideand5400Pastaticmechanicalload(snowpressure)onthefrontside,dependingonthetypeofinstallationofthemodule.注意：組件機(jī)械載荷（包括風(fēng)和雪的壓力）是基于安裝方法和安裝地點(diǎn)的，機(jī)械載荷或者其他安裝條件必須符合具備相關(guān)資質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)單位的設(shè)計(jì)要求。Note:Modulemechanicalloads(includingwindandsnowpressure)arebasedonthemethodofinstallationandthelocationofinstallationMechanicalloadsorotherinstallationconditionsmustcomplywiththedesignrequirementsofthedesignunitwiththerelevantqualifications.Selectionof在北半球，組件最好朝南，而在南半球最好朝北。Inthenorthernhemisphere,modulesshouldideallyfacesouth,whileinthesouthernhemispheretheyshouldideallyfaceModulesshouldbemountedwherethesun'srayscanreachthemadequately,avoidingshadowingofthemodulesbytrees,buildingsorotherobstacles.Althoughthemanufacturerhasinstalledappropriatebypassdiodestominimisethisloss,shadowscanstillcauseareductioninoutputpower.Donotplaceorinstallmodulesnearopenflamesorcombustible不要將組件放置、安裝在有可能被水淹沒的地方，以及長期沾水的（純水或鹽水）的環(huán)境中（例如噴泉、浪花等。Donotplaceorinstallthemodulesinaplacewherethereisariskofflooding,orinanenvironmentthatispermanentlyexposedtowater(purewaterorsaltwater)(e.g.,fountains,waves,etc.).不要將組件放置、安裝在強(qiáng)酸堿環(huán)境中（比如石灰廠、熱鍍鋅廠旁Donotplaceorinstallthemodulesinstrongacidicandalkalineenvironments(e.g.nexttolimeplants,hot-dipgalvanisingSelectionoftilt組件的傾斜角指的是組件表面與地平面之間的夾角（如圖33Thetiltangleofthemodulereferstotheanglebetweenthesurfaceofthemoduleandthegroundplane(e.g.,Figure3.3-1),andthepoweroutputisgreatestwhenthemoduleisfacingthesun.15安裝傾角過小，雨水在組沉積形成斑痕，將破壞組件性能。

3.3-1DustaccumulatedonthesurfaceofthemodulemaydamagetheperformanceofthemoduleInordertomakethemoduleachievebetterself-cleaningability,itisrecommendedthattheinstallationinclinationangleisnotlessthan15°.Iftheinstallationinclinationangleistoosmall,therainwaterwillformawateraccumulationareaattheloweredgeofthemodule,andmixedwiththeaccumulateddust,variousminerals,etc.afteralongperiodoftimetoformamark,whichwilldamagetheperformanceofthemodule.相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)程、規(guī)范。Allmodulesshouldbeinstalledandmaintainedincompliancewithallsafetyprecautionsinthismanualandrelevantlocal,regionalandnationalregulationsandrelevantnationalstandards,protocolsandnorms.Fire安裝組件前請咨詢當(dāng)?shù)氐姆煞ㄒ?guī)，遵守其中關(guān)于建筑防火性的要求。根據(jù)IEC617302標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，我司所生產(chǎn)的單玻組件防火等級為C級，雙玻組件防火等級為A級。Beforeinstallingthemodules,pleaseconsultthelocallawsandregulationsandcomplywiththeirrequirementsonbuildingfireresistance.AccordingtoIEC61730-2standard,thesingle-glazedmodulesproducedbyourcompanyarefireproofgradeC,andthedouble-glazedmodulesarefireproofgradeA.屋頂?shù)姆阑鸬燃?，組件邊框與安裝表面的最小間距為10厘米，并保證組件背面和安裝面之間充分的通風(fēng)。Differencesinroofconstructionandmountingmethodscanaffectthefiresafetyperformanceofabuilding,andmayresultinafireifnotproperlyinstalled.Toensurethefireratingoftheroof,theminimumdistancebetweenthemoduleedgeandthemountingsurfaceis10cmandadequateventilationisensuredbetweenthebackofthemoduleandthemountingsurface.請根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐姆ㄒ?guī)要求使用恰當(dāng)?shù)慕M件配件，如保險(xiǎn)絲、斷路器、接地連接器。Useappropriatemoduleaccessoriessuchasfuses,circuitbreakers,andgroundingconnectorsasrequiredbylocal如果組件安裝附近出現(xiàn)暴露的可燃性液體、氣體或者危險(xiǎn)物品，請勿安裝組件。Donotinstallthemoduleifexposedflammableliquids,gases,orhazardousmaterialsarepresentinthevicinityofthemodule當(dāng)光伏系統(tǒng)起火后，請立即斷開電源，并在確保人員安全的情況下進(jìn)行滅火。WhenthePVsystemcatchesfire,immediatelydisconnectthepowersupplyandextinguishthefirewhileensuringthesafetyofSafetyof每個(gè)組件在太陽光直射下可產(chǎn)生30V以上的直流電壓，接觸電壓達(dá)到30V或更高對人體具有危害。Eachmodulecangeneratemorethan30VDCvoltageunderdirectsunlight,andcontactvoltageof30Vorhigherishazardoustohumanbody.嚴(yán)禁觸摸組件串的金屬帶電部位。無論是否連接組件，直接接觸組件的帶電部分，例如接線端子插芯，將可能導(dǎo)致人員傷亡。Donottouchthelivemetalpartsofthemodulestring.Directcontactwithlivepartsoftheassembly,suchasterminalinserts,whethertheassemblyisconnectedornot,willlikelyresultininjuryordeath.使用符合電力安裝工作絕緣要求的工具和勞動(dòng)保護(hù)用品。Usetoolsandlabourprotectionsthatmeettheinsulationrequirementsforelectricalinstallation安裝時(shí)請不要佩戴金屬飾物，以免戳穿組件，引起觸電危險(xiǎn)。Donotwearmetaljewelleryduringinstallationasitmaypokethroughthemodulesandcauseanelectricshock在運(yùn)輸和安裝組件時(shí)以及組件發(fā)電過程中，應(yīng)使兒童遠(yuǎn)離組件。Childrenshouldbekeptawayfromthemodulewhentransportingandinstallingthemoduleandduringthegenerationofelectricityfromthemodule.為了您的安全，請不要在沒有安全防護(hù)措施的情況下在屋頂上工作，防護(hù)措施包括但不限于摔落保護(hù)、梯子或樓梯及個(gè)人保護(hù)裝備。Foryoursafety,donotworkonaroofwithoutsafetyprecautionsthatinclude,butarenotlimitedto,fallprotection,laddersorstairs,andpersonalprotectiveequipment.為了您的安全，不要在不利的環(huán)境下安裝或處理組件，包括但不限于強(qiáng)風(fēng)或陣風(fēng)、潮濕的或帶沙的屋頂，禁止在雨中進(jìn)行組件接線、測試調(diào)試工作。Foryoursafety,donotinstallorhandlethemodulesinunfavourableconditions,includingbutnotlimitedtostrongwindsorgusts,wetorsandyroofs,anditisprohibitedtocarryoutmodulewiring,testingandcommissioningworkintherain.遵守適用于所有部件安裝的安全規(guī)則，如電線和電纜、連接線、充電控制器、逆變器、蓄電池等。Observethesafetyrulesthatapplytotheinstallationofallmodules,suchaswiresandcables,connectioncables,chargecontrollers,inverters,batteries,etc.刮大風(fēng)時(shí)不要在屋頂或建筑物上安裝組件，以防意外。Donotinstallmodulesonroofsorbuildingsduringhighwindstoprevent安裝光伏系統(tǒng)要求專業(yè)的技能和知識(shí)，必須由經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)且具備資質(zhì)的人員來完成。Installingaphotovoltaicsystemrequiresspecialisedskillsandknowledgeandmustbecarriedoutbytrainedandqualified安裝人員應(yīng)該預(yù)先了解安裝過程中可能會(huì)發(fā)生傷害的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，避免不必要的觸摸組件，組件的表面和邊框可能很熱，這會(huì)有燒傷或電擊的危險(xiǎn)。Installersshouldbeforewarnedoftheriskofinjurythatmayoccurduringinstallationandavoidtouchingthemoduleunnecessarily;thesurfaceandbezelofthemodulemaybehot,whichcanposeariskofburnsorelectricshock.為了防止電擊，工作環(huán)境、組件以及安裝工具應(yīng)該保持干燥狀態(tài)。Topreventelectricshock,theworkingenvironment,modulesandinstallationtoolsshouldbekeptinadrycondition在組件安裝或布線過程中，如果斷路器和過流保護(hù)斷路器不能打開，或逆變器無法關(guān)閉，則使用不透明材料覆蓋在陣列組件上，來停止電力輸出。Duringmoduleinstallationorwiring,ifthecircuitbreakersandovercurrentprotectioncircuitbreakersfailtoopen,ortheinverterfailstoshutdown,anopaquematerialisusedtocoverthearraymodulestostopthepoweroutput.Thecoverofthejunctionboxshallremainclosedatalltimes不要拆開組件或者移動(dòng)組件的任何部分。Donotdisassembletheassemblyormoveanypartofthe當(dāng)組件有電流或外部電流出現(xiàn)時(shí)，不得連接或斷開組件。Donotconnectordisconnecttheassemblywhenthereiscurrentintheassemblyorwhenexternalcurrentis禁止清洗已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)玻璃爆裂，線纜破損的組件，破損的組件具有電危險(xiǎn)性（電擊和著火），不能修復(fù)或維修，應(yīng)立即更換。Itisprohibitedtocleanmodulesthathaveburstglassandbrokencables.Brokenmodulesareelectricallyhazardous(electricshockandfire),cannotberepairedorserviced,andshouldbereplacedimmediately.每個(gè)組件的背面都有兩個(gè)標(biāo)簽，提供了以下信息：Therearetwolabelsonthebackofeachmodulethatprovidethefollowing銘牌：描述產(chǎn)品類型，在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試條件下（1000wm2的輻照度，AM15光譜，以及25℃的組件電池溫度）的額定功率、額定電流、額定電壓、開路電壓、短路電流；認(rèn)證標(biāo)識(shí)、重量、尺寸、最大的保險(xiǎn)絲容量以及系統(tǒng)最高電壓等信息。Nameplate:describestheproducttype,ratedpower,ratedcurrent,ratedvoltage,open-circuitvoltage,short-circuitcurrentunderstandardtestconditions(1000w/m2irradiance,AM1.5spectral,andmodulecelltemperatureof25°C);informationoncertificationmark,weight,dimensions,maximumfusecapacity,andmaximumsystemvoltage.條形碼：每個(gè)組件都有一個(gè)唯一的序列號(hào),組件正面和背面各有一個(gè)條形碼。正面的條形碼被永久的固定在組件內(nèi)部，從組件的正面頂部可以清楚的看到。Barcode:Eachmodulehasauniqueserialnumber,withabarcodeonthefrontandoneonthebackofthemoduleThebarcodeonthefrontispermanentlyattachedtotheinsideofthemoduleandisclearlyvisiblefromthetopofthefrontofthemodule.注意：保留組件的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)，以作為產(chǎn)品廠家質(zhì)保的依據(jù)。Note:Retaintheproductidentificationofthemodulefortheproductmanufacturer's組件包裝箱外面有一層纏繞膜，可以對組件起到常規(guī)的防水防塵。如果組件需要長途運(yùn)輸或存儲(chǔ)，請不要拆除它。包裝的成品可以通過陸運(yùn)，海運(yùn)或者空運(yùn)進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸。在運(yùn)輸過程中：請保證包裝箱固定在運(yùn)輸平臺(tái)上；組件為易碎品，包裝的成品不能從高處跌落；避免包裝的成品受到激烈的震動(dòng)和顛簸。Thereisalayerofwindingfilmontheoutsideofthemodulepackingbox,whichcanprovideregularwaterproofanddustprooftothemodule.Pleasedonotremoveitifthemoduleistobetransportedorstoredoverlongdistances.Thefinishedproductcantransportedbyland,seaorair.Duringtransport:pleasemakesurethepackingboxisfixedonthetransportplatform;themodulesarefragile,thepackagedproductscannotbedroppedfromahighplace;avoidthepackagedproductsbeingsubjectedtofiercevibrationandbumps.包裝箱不能完全防潮，受潮后包裝箱的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度將變小，可能會(huì)發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。包裝的成品在運(yùn)輸與存儲(chǔ)過程中，禁止淋雨或受潮，請將已包裝的成品向上并置于通風(fēng)、防雨和干燥的地方。Thepackingboxcannotbecompletelyprotectedagainstmoisture,thestructuralstrengthoftheboxwillbecomelessaftermoisture,whichmaybedangerous.Itisprohibitedforthepackagedfinishedproductstogetwetordampduringtransportandstorage,pleaseplacethepackagedfinishedproductsupwardsandinaventilated,rain-proofanddryplace.包裝的成品可以疊放在一起運(yùn)輸或存儲(chǔ)，總高度不能超過2Packagedfinishedproductsmaybestackedfortransportorstoragewithatotalheightofnomorethan2禁止在包裝箱和組件上面踩踏（6113Itisprohibitedtostepontopofboxesandmodules(Figure6.1-1-3)

禁止將包裝的成品與腐蝕性的化學(xué)藥品或氣體存放在一起，注意防火。Itisprohibitedtostorethepackagedfinishedproductwithcorrosivechemicalsorgases,andpayattentiontofireprevention—旦發(fā)現(xiàn)包裝箱受潮，請小心的拆開外包裝箱，將其中的組件抬出，放置在通風(fēng)的地方，避免組件發(fā)霉。拆開后的組件平放疊放不要超過13件。Oncetheboxisfoundtobedamp,pleasecarefullyunpacktheouterbox,liftoutthemodulesthereinandplacetheminaventilatedareatoavoidmouldymodules.Donotstackmorethan13modulesflatafterunpacking.在搬運(yùn)單塊組件的過程中，請務(wù)必兩個(gè)人同時(shí)操作。BesuretohavetwopeopleworkingatthesametimeduringthehandlingofasinglemodulePrecautionsforstorageafter卸貨要求請按照《七、卸貨及異常反饋》，存儲(chǔ)場地要求堅(jiān)實(shí)、平整、寬闊、沒有火災(zāi)隱患，避免在坑洼積水、積雪地面及冰面、軟質(zhì)地及斜坡上堆放組件（圖6.21,6.22），防止組件受力不平衡造成組件隱裂或傾倒。Forunloadingrequirements,pleasefollow"VII.UnloadingandAbnormalFeedback".Thestoragesiteshouldbesolid,level,wideandfreefromfirehazards,andavoidstackingthemodulesonpotholesandpuddlesofwater,snowyandicyground,softtextureandslopes(Fig.6.2-1,6.2-2),soastopreventtheimbalanceintheforceofthemodulesfromcausingthemtobehiddenandcrackedortiltedover.Requirementsforprotectionagainstrainandmoistureafter若需要在戶外長時(shí)間堆放，請做好防雨、防潮措施（圖6.3-1,6.3-2）Iftheproductistobestoredoutdoorsforalongperiodoftime,pleasetakemeasurestoprotectitfromrainandmoisture(Figure6.3-1,6.3-2).Considerationsforthetranshipmentofmodulesattheproject（）機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，運(yùn)輸過程中應(yīng)保持平穩(wěn)，項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場托運(yùn)，只允許1層運(yùn)輸（圖6.4-1,6.4-2，安裝剩余的尾數(shù)如需轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)請使用兩個(gè)托盤疊放，組件平放于托盤之上，疊放數(shù)量不超過13塊，且使用打包帶固定，防止運(yùn)輸過程傾倒。Pleaseusesuitablemeansoftransportfortransshipment(e.g.smallflatbedtruckorforklift),andthemeansoftransshipmentshouldbewellprotectedagainstvibrationprohibittheuseofbulldozers,excavatorsfortransit,thetransportprocessshouldbekeptsmooth,theprojectsiteconsignment,onlyallowedtotransport1layer(Figure6.4-1,6.4-2),installationoftheremainingendoftheneedfortransit,pleaseusetwopalletsstackedontopofeachother,themodulesareplacedflatontopofthepallet,thenumberofstackednotmorethan13pieces,andtheuseofpackingtapefixedtopreventthetransportprocesstippedover.

Modulestorageand打開包裝箱，請按照《八、開箱說明》操作。Toopenthebox,followtheVIII.Unpacking不能在組件的表面刷油漆或其他粘膠劑。Paintorotheradhesivescannotbeappliedtothesurfaceofthemodule組件在存儲(chǔ)和運(yùn)輸過程中，除非到達(dá)安裝地點(diǎn)，否則不能隨意打開包裝；組件到達(dá)項(xiàng)目指定地，存儲(chǔ)堆放注意通風(fēng)、防雨、干燥，禁止沙土覆蓋或污染組件。Duringthestorageandtransportofthemodules,thepackagingcannotbeopenedatwillunlessitarrivesattheinstallationsite;whenthemodulesarriveatthedesignatedplaceoftheproject,thestorageandstackingshouldpayattentiontoventilation,rainprotectionanddryness,anditisforbiddentocoverthemoduleswithsandorsoilorcontaminatethem.周轉(zhuǎn)搬運(yùn)組件過程中輕拿輕放，周轉(zhuǎn)搬運(yùn)工具要充分考慮對組件的防護(hù)（如減震，防撞擊），組件平起堆放時(shí)需保持底部平整，組件的玻璃面朝下擺放（玻璃與地面接觸時(shí)需隔開，底部最下一塊組件玻璃面朝上擺放，邊框四周對齊，并且防止水進(jìn)入組件從而損壞組件的連接器，上塊組件禁止壓在下塊組件背板上，堆放不超過13件，如需要轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的，底層托盤需要疊放2個(gè)，且做好固定工作，防止轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)過程組件傾斜掉落。Turnaroundhandlingmodulesintheprocessoflighttakelightly,turnaroundhandlingtoolsshouldgivefullconsiderationtotheprotectionofthemodules(suchasshockabsorption,impactprevention),modulesstackedflatneedtokeepthebottomflat,theglasssideofthemodulesfacedown(glasscontactwiththegroundneedstobeseparated),Thebottommostpieceofthemoduleisplacedwiththeglasssidefacingup,thebezelaroundthealignment,andtopreventwaterfromenteringthemodulessoastopreventdamagetothemodulesoftheconnector,theuppermoduleisprohibitedfrompressingthelowerpieceofthemoduleonthebackplate,stackednomorethan13pieces,suchastheneedtotransit,thebottomofthetrayneedstobestackedonthe2,andtodoagoodjobfixingthework,topreventtheprocessoftransitmodulestiltedtofalloff.Manualhandlingormovingofmodulesshouldbeperformedbytwopersonsforliftingand不要?jiǎng)潅X合金邊框表面的陽極氧化層，劃傷可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致邊框腐蝕，影響邊框載荷能力。Donotscratchtheanodicoxidelayeronthesurfaceofthealuminiumalloybezel.Scratchesmaycausethebezeltocorrodeandaffectthebezelloadingcapacity.Stoppullingonthejunctionboxorcableheadoftheassemblytomovethe禁止踩踏組件正面或背面，本公司組件通過IEC61215機(jī)械載荷實(shí)驗(yàn)，背面最大可承受2400Pa靜態(tài)載荷（風(fēng)壓，正面最大可承受5400Pa靜態(tài)載荷（雪壓。此載荷與人力踩壓存在本質(zhì)上的區(qū)別：機(jī)械載荷實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力是靜態(tài)均勻分布，人力踩壓是動(dòng)態(tài)不均勻且具有沖擊力的（圖6.5-1）。
