the
surrounding
hotels,

recommended

the
width
increase
to
6
meters.客房總量不滿足要求,湖景房比例過低。The
keys
does
not
meet
the
requirements;
the
percentage
of
lake-view
rooms
is
too
low.過多的單體客房樓對平面布局、交通流線、設備用房、運營管理等方面挑戰(zhàn)較大。It
causes
a
big
challenge
on
plan
efficiency,
circulation,
MEP,
operation,
etc.
due
to
the
multiple
pavilions.裙房屋面大面積水景在運營、維護、使用習慣上均存在困難。The
large
area
of
water
on
the
roof
of
the
podium
will
lead
to
difficulties
in
operation,
maintenance
and
usage
habits.由于國內(nèi)消防法規(guī)限制,客房樓圍合式布局難以實現(xiàn);未來考慮機電等布置后,現(xiàn)在效果圖無法實現(xiàn)及落地。Due
