(MWP)總管理商:北京美盛沃利工程技術(shù)有限公司(MWP) Scope of Services:This project is located in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, solely invested by Celanese. The main work contents include installation of all equipment and attached united steel structure & ladders & platforms, internals (packing included), 5 sets of storage tanks fabrication and installation, aboveground piping installation, electrical & instrumentation installation, painting and insulation, etc. The workload is as follows: piping: 15000m, material CS, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317, 317L, etc., in which CS piping: 7000m, SS piping: 8000m, weld: almost 60000 dia.-in., valve: near 3000 sets; over 180 sets of process equipment, in which 10 sets of over 11t equipment and 35 sets of over 5t equipment, highest equipment 41.5m; near 400t structural steel; 54 sets of E&I equipment; 170000m cables; 3400m instrument tubing; 1369 sets of instruments; over 200m3 insulation, etc.工程內(nèi)容:該項(xiàng)目位于中國(guó)南京化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū),屬于塞拉尼斯全資項(xiàng)目,主要工作為所有類型的設(shè)備安裝、聯(lián)合鋼結(jié)構(gòu)附屬平臺(tái)梯子,內(nèi)件(含填料),5臺(tái)大型儲(chǔ)罐的預(yù)制和安裝、地上管道安裝、電氣儀表安裝、油漆保溫等。 ,其工作量為:管道延長(zhǎng)米約為 15000米材質(zhì)主要為碳鋼、304、304L、316、316L、317、317L等,其中碳鋼管道7000米,不銹鋼管道8000米,焊口將近60000 DIA-IN,閥門近3000臺(tái) 。工藝設(shè)備共計(jì)180余臺(tái),其中10噸以上的11臺(tái)5噸以上35臺(tái),最高的設(shè)備41.5米。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)近400噸、電儀設(shè)備54套、各種電纜170000米,儀表管3400米,各種儀表1369套,各種保溫200米3。 Start & Finish Dates:開(kāi)、完工日期:Start Date開(kāi)工日期2007-3-26Finish Date完工日期2007-11-30D3.2.2 Overall Construction Arrangement施工總體部署The materials for project use shall be strictly in compliance with the quality requirements and carefully prepared in terms of procurement, fabrication and erection, etc. To execute the project, it is a must to strengthen the project control, prepare the reasonable and effective construction procedures and schedules, intensify the quality assurance system, strictly carry out the quality assurance procedures and ensure the normal operation of safety protection system. Especially for the fabrication and lifting works, scientific and reasonable procedures shall be prepared in accordance with the drawings and actual site conditions and will be performed strictly during construction to realize the safety and quality production policies and guarantee the targeted safety, quality and progress objectives. We have ever undertaken several projects in Nanjing in recent years, such as Nanjing DSM, Nanjing AP, Nanjing Praxair, etc. and are quite familiar with the local conditions and governmental aurthority relationship, which is really certain advantageous in this project construction.項(xiàng)目所使用的材料從采購(gòu)、預(yù)制、安裝各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)必須嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量關(guān),精心準(zhǔn)備。加強(qiáng)工程管理,作出合理有效的施工方案和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,同時(shí)強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量保證體系,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行質(zhì)保程序,并確保安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),特別是預(yù)制工程和吊裝工程,應(yīng)根據(jù)圖紙及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,編制具備科學(xué)性、合理性的方案,在施工過(guò)程中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按方案進(jìn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)安全及質(zhì)量生產(chǎn)方針,確保安全、質(zhì)量及進(jìn)度指標(biāo)的完成。我公司近幾年在南京實(shí)施了多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,如:南京DSM、南京AP、南京Praxair等,對(duì)于當(dāng)?shù)貤l件、政府事務(wù)關(guān)系等相當(dāng)熟悉,在本項(xiàng)目施工中具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。a.We will launch the following work in the shortest time after award of contract:中標(biāo)后以最短時(shí)間作以下工作:Mobilization and Temporary Facilities Setup2 days動(dòng)員進(jìn)場(chǎng)2 天Construction Preparations10 days施工準(zhǔn)備10天Drawing Review & Shop Drawings Production圖紙會(huì)審Technical Instructions技術(shù)交底Field Survey現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘測(cè)Ready for Installation達(dá)到安裝條件b.Construction Principles施工原則As the piping fabrication work for this project will be done in offsite shop, only installation will be done on site. And all disciplines installation shall coordinate with each other. To guarantee the safety, quality and schedule, construction personnel shall abide by the following principles during field installation:因該項(xiàng)目的預(yù)制工作為廠外車間預(yù)制,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)只能進(jìn)行安裝,又因各專業(yè)的安裝應(yīng)相互配合,因此為了使安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度等各個(gè)方面得到保障,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝時(shí)應(yīng)遵守如下:Carefully familiarize with design notes and construction specification requirements;仔細(xì)熟悉設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明及施工規(guī)范要求;Carefully familiarize with construction drawings;仔細(xì)熟悉施工圖紙;Correctly purchase and use the materials;正確使用材料;Store in lots and uniformly number the fabricated spools by area and installation sequence;對(duì)預(yù)制好的成品按區(qū)和安裝的先后順序分批存放并統(tǒng)一編號(hào);Separately store and tag the materials of different material quality and specification;各種材質(zhì)和型號(hào)的材料要分開(kāi)堆放且掛牌標(biāo)識(shí);All precise instruments shall be separately stored and kept clean;所有精密儀表件必須單獨(dú)存放并保持其清潔度;Inside cleanliness of all fabricated spools shall be ensured and carefully checked before installation and no installation shall be performed until confirmation;所有預(yù)制件必須保證內(nèi)部清潔并且在安裝前仔細(xì)檢查內(nèi)部清潔狀況,待確認(rèn)后方可安裝As piping fabrication will be done offsite, the fabrication progress and the site will have to be necessarily tracked and coordinated. Intensify the network management, thoughtfully prepare the construction schedules, practicably hold the critical path and take effective measures to ensure the on-schedule achievement of critical paths and control points.因預(yù)制工作在廠外完成,所以預(yù)制進(jìn)度和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)還需必要的跟蹤聯(lián)系,強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理,周密編制施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,切實(shí)把握關(guān)鍵路線,采取有效的措施保證關(guān)鍵線路和控制點(diǎn)按時(shí)到達(dá);Prepare the independent safe and effective lifting plan for large-sized items with the correct calculations available.編制獨(dú)立、安全有效的大件吊裝方案,并有正確的計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)。Prepare the independent commissioning procedure.編制獨(dú)立調(diào)試方案。c.Preparatory Work for Construction施工前期的準(zhǔn)備Preparation of construction resources: set up the project management, establish the quality assurance system and safety protection system and organize the mobilization of personnel and tools & equipment into site;施工資源準(zhǔn)備,組建項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部,建立質(zhì)保體系、安全保障體系,組織人員、機(jī)具進(jìn)場(chǎng);Site preparation: set up the temporary facilities;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備,搭建臨時(shí)設(shè)施;Familiarization with construction drawings: organize the drawings review;熟悉施工圖,組織圖紙會(huì)審;Preparation of safety plan and quality plans;編制安全計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃;Organization of personnel training, welder examination and technical instruction;組織人員培訓(xùn)、焊工測(cè)試和技術(shù)交底;d.Human Resources人力資源Our company will assign the experienced professionals to set up 1 materials group, 2 piping teams, 1 mechanical team, 1 E&I team, 1 HVAC team and 1 structure and comprehensive team, who will coordinate and cooperate with each other to complete the work specified in the contract under the uniform leadership of the Project Management. The related department heads of our company will periodically or aperiodically visit the site for inspection and problem solution.我們將派遣有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的專業(yè)人員組建成1個(gè)材料組、2個(gè)管道隊(duì)、1個(gè)機(jī)械隊(duì)、1個(gè)電儀隊(duì)、1個(gè)暖通隊(duì)和1個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)綜合隊(duì),在我公司項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,協(xié)調(diào)配合完成合同規(guī)定的工作。我公司的有關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也會(huì)定期或不定期去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查工作解決問(wèn)題;Work Schedule: 6 working days per week, 10 working hours per shift; prolonged working hours or overtimes working in holidays to be applied when necessary.工作制度:每周六天工作,每班10小時(shí),必要時(shí)申請(qǐng)延時(shí)加點(diǎn)或假日加班。e.Tools & Equipment Input設(shè)備機(jī)具投入Input sufficient construction tools & equipment as required for project progress; 按照工程進(jìn)度的需要,投入足夠的施工機(jī)具設(shè)備。Our company will have the project management equipped with the sufficient advance transportation, lifting, cutting, welding and testing equipment, and with the safer power tools.我們將配備足夠的先進(jìn)的運(yùn)輸、吊裝、切割、焊接、測(cè)試設(shè)備和安全性較高的電動(dòng)工具。f.Materials Control物資管理Prepare the materials procurement plan in accordance with the project schedule;根據(jù)工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,制訂物質(zhì)采購(gòu)計(jì)劃;Submit the material samples to the Contractor for review and inspection; Procurement will not be conducted until they are qualified; 材料樣品向承包商遞交報(bào)檢,合格后方可采購(gòu);Materials cannot be warehoused when be delivered to site until they are inspected as qualified by the QA department and technical department; 材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)必須經(jīng)質(zhì)保部門和技術(shù)部門檢查合格后,方可入庫(kù);The warehoused materials shall be stored by specification and properly identified;入庫(kù)材料按規(guī)格型號(hào)分類擺放,并作好標(biāo)示;The materials shall be issued as required for construction areas and records be taken;按施工區(qū)域要求發(fā)放材料,作好記錄。All operation processes will be controlled by means of database network.所有操作程序均為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理。D3.2.3 Computer Database Software Application in This Project本項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件應(yīng)用This project is characteristic of large work amount and complete disciplines, cooperation during overlapping works shall be completely considered, such as cooperation between equipment and structure, piping and equipment, E&I and mechanical, etc. For chemical plant, the process piping construction management is rather important. There are many pipe materials in this project and many will be procured by our company.
