長(zhǎng)城腳下公社調(diào)研報(bào)告時(shí)間：2011年10月17日地點(diǎn)：天水關(guān)長(zhǎng)城腳下簡(jiǎn)介：長(zhǎng)城腳下的公社原名為建筑師的走廊,位于北京北部山區(qū)水關(guān)長(zhǎng)城附近,占地8平方公里.公社中的11棟別墅和1棟俱樂(lè)部分別是亞洲12位優(yōu)秀青年建筑師所設(shè)計(jì),建造條件是建筑師必須使用在中國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)乜梢哉业降牟牧?將人造建筑與自然景觀融和在一起。1.紅房子(485m2)-安東2.家具屋(333m2)-坂茂(日本)3.三號(hào)別墅(410m2)-崔愷4.俱樂(lè)部(4109m2)-承孝相(韓國(guó)) 5.怪院子(481m2)-嚴(yán)訊奇(中國(guó)香港)6.手提箱(347m2)-張智強(qiáng)(中國(guó)香港)7.土宅(449m2)-張永和8.竹屋(716m2)-隈研吾(日本)9.飛機(jī)場(chǎng)(603m2)-簡(jiǎn)學(xué)義(中國(guó)臺(tái)灣)10.雙兄弟(477m2)-陳家毅(新加坡)11.森林小屋(572m2)-古谷誠(chéng)章(日本)12.大通鋪(542m2)-堪尼卡(泰國(guó))詳細(xì)調(diào)研：雙兄弟、竹屋、飛機(jī)場(chǎng)、怪院子、家具屋、手提箱調(diào)研體會(huì)：一、 雙兄弟這棟別墅有兩個(gè)向里的體塊組成，量程傾斜角度約為45度，因此圍合成了一個(gè)開(kāi)敞的庭院。大體塊一層門(mén)廳，客廳，臥室，衛(wèi)生間，餐廳。二層為臥室和露天陽(yáng)臺(tái)?？臻g結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單，一層二層很明確，干凈利落。交通流線在每一層是呈線式的，清晰明了。整棟別墅的立面運(yùn)用了三種材料-鋼板，石材，混凝土。尤其是鋼板的加入，在寧?kù)o的土石之中加入了一點(diǎn)現(xiàn)代感。別墅一層客廳部分是落地窗而臥室則均開(kāi)的小窗，保證了臥室的私密性。這是我走進(jìn)的第一座別墅，長(zhǎng)條型的空間讓我印象很深。 二、 竹屋隈研吾的竹屋以竹子作為主要元素，在現(xiàn)代別墅里算是別具一格，尤其是在別墅外邊單設(shè)的由竹子圍合而成的休閑空間讓人眼前一亮，由此我想到了，在做別墅設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)可以考慮把一些活動(dòng)空間設(shè)計(jì)在室外。除此之外，室內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格也應(yīng)統(tǒng)一三、 飛機(jī)場(chǎng)房間分三個(gè)部分,伸出來(lái)的三個(gè)客廳,中間的兩道廊和里側(cè)的臥室,中間的兩道廊是公共空間與私密空間的過(guò)度.一層全部是衛(wèi)生間和浴室,二層是客廳與走廊,三層是臥室,廚房和走廊.功能分區(qū)簡(jiǎn)潔明了,公共空間與私密空間明確。兩道潛入山坡的深色石墻支撐著整個(gè)建筑,同時(shí)也分隔出了公共空間與私密空間.在連接上運(yùn)用了空間的對(duì)比與變化,在由架空部分進(jìn)入臥室一層,將臥室一層抬高了少許,利用高矮變化豐富了空間層次.而架空部分以矩形體塊作為基礎(chǔ),向不同方向延伸出三個(gè)空間在單調(diào)中求得變化,也呼應(yīng)了名字的由來(lái)。飛機(jī)場(chǎng)的常用入口需上樓從二樓進(jìn)入,內(nèi)部交通路徑呈線式排列,有序而不凌亂.正面看去,立面以?xún)傻狼逅炷翂橹?同時(shí)將玻璃,鋼板和木材融入其中.整體讓人感覺(jué)比較工業(yè)化,比較冷靜,但內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)給人完全不同的感覺(jué).可以看到兩條走廊,接近開(kāi)放空間的走廊頂端玻璃與木材的結(jié)合形成橫向的光影效果,石墻后的走廊為有充分的陽(yáng)光則采用全玻璃與木條的搭配,在高高的石墻上投下豎向的陰影。那兩道嵌入山坡的石墻,讓人感覺(jué)很直接很肯定,輪廓鮮明地屹立在長(zhǎng)城的腳下,與后面的郁郁蔥蔥形成鮮明的對(duì)比，與后面的山坡比例相宜。每個(gè)房間的陽(yáng)光都十分充足除了一樓的衛(wèi)生間,由于開(kāi)窗少又在一樓,顯得太幽暗也不方便,通往一樓的兩個(gè)樓梯也是如此,幽暗狹窄且長(zhǎng),有些壓抑.而靠外的走廊,陽(yáng)光透過(guò)大面積的玻璃照進(jìn)來(lái),使人在其中行走時(shí)能隨時(shí)觀看窗外的風(fēng)景.同時(shí)內(nèi)外走廊并非完全被石墻相隔,隔幾步便開(kāi)了一個(gè)窗洞使內(nèi)外的人能看到對(duì)方,加強(qiáng)了空間的靈活性.四、 怪院子 說(shuō)到怪院子，我們一行人還是闖入的，這座別墅被一個(gè)攝制組租用了，我們進(jìn)去后才知道，只是拍了幾張照片就匆匆出來(lái)了。不過(guò)怪院子的內(nèi)部的兩層高空間讓人感覺(jué)很開(kāi)闊。五、 家具屋 六、 手提箱手提箱的設(shè)計(jì)把所用東西都藏于地板之下，需要時(shí)就提起來(lái)，看上去很靈活，但是存在一些缺點(diǎn)，就是木板很沉，不方便提起，我嘗試著提，但并沒(méi)有成功?？偨Y(jié)：此次去長(zhǎng)城腳下公社參觀的活動(dòng)，讓我們親身感受到了別墅應(yīng)該帶給人的心理感受，為我們的別墅設(shè)計(jì)積累了素材。也解決了我們心里對(duì)別墅的困惑，拓寬了思路。（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent the broken window effect.
