1、小區(qū)外圍安全管理崗崗位職責(zé) 外圍安全崗在安全班長(zhǎng)的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,負(fù)責(zé)小區(qū)外圍周邊安全,其職責(zé)如下: 1.熟悉住宅區(qū)周邊環(huán)境狀況,加倍警惕,發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑狀況或治安隱患,及時(shí)上報(bào)處理。 2.熟悉住宅區(qū)樓宇的結(jié)構(gòu)、單元戶數(shù)、樓座排列、各種公用設(shè)施設(shè)備的分布位置,系統(tǒng)掌握住宅區(qū)整體狀況。 3.巡視住宅區(qū)外圍,勤走、勤查,強(qiáng)化復(fù)雜地段和事故多發(fā)段的治安巡邏。 4.巡查時(shí)注意小區(qū)外圍衛(wèi)生和公用設(shè)施設(shè)備、綠化地等狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)違章和破壞行為及時(shí)處理和報(bào)告。 5.巡視時(shí)檢查各路口安全疏散標(biāo)識(shí)是否醒目、正確,有無消防隱患,消防通道是否暢通,有無違章停車行為。 6.發(fā)現(xiàn)違法犯罪分子馬上報(bào)告,等待增援或靈活處理,并及時(shí)將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)
2、狀況通知增援人員。 7.強(qiáng)化小區(qū)外圍車場(chǎng)巡邏,對(duì)進(jìn)入車輛應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)報(bào)告,并通知車主到場(chǎng)處理。 8.協(xié)助、配合其他崗位人員強(qiáng)化安全管理工作,認(rèn)真完成交接班手續(xù)。 外圍主管崗位職責(zé)任職要求 外圍主管崗位職責(zé) 設(shè)備主管外圍 1.外圍設(shè)備管理與維護(hù) 2、組織協(xié)調(diào)外圍設(shè)備應(yīng)急修理 3、外圍設(shè)備安全性能管理 4、外圍人員績(jī)效管理、培訓(xùn)管理、考勤管理 5、外圍新設(shè)備引進(jìn),舊設(shè)備技改 6、外圍設(shè)備檔案管理 1)機(jī)械及自動(dòng)化大專以上相關(guān)專業(yè) 2)具備三年同行業(yè)同職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)外圍設(shè)備具有一定專業(yè)知識(shí) 3)具有一定協(xié)調(diào)能力、組織能力、決策能力、溝通能力 1.外圍設(shè)備管理與維護(hù) 2、組

4、nt of budget (reach targets on trade spending, returns, profits) customer plans and sales development detect and propose business development and growth opportunities, ensure quantity and quality development in the assigned district (business blocks kpis) properly distribute resources (human, financ
5、ial, posm, etc.) for most effective roi negotiation presents, negotiate and sign agreed budget with distributors if any (define and communicate objectives and policy to customers) field management defines with distributor the level of service expected (business model, dedicated vs shared sales force
6、, kpis etc) and monitor the actual outcome ensure application of national and local ka agreements ensure achievement of the district sales targets (building blocks kpis) propose sales force structure dedicated vs shared sales force etc., location, headcount manage distributors and wholesalers, ensur
7、e payment, follow up credits and assure the information flow from distributors on sales and expenses planning and control plans daily and weekly routing and ensures conformity by sales representatives monitors field activities performance and accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and releva
8、nt bb kpis ensure stock management and control, propose actions to resolve over-stocks, out-of stocks ensure that all agreed reports are provided timely and accurately - from distributor, from the sales force (in store scorecard) and ensure accuracy, up down with kam (actuals on stocks and sales, fr
9、eshness, other regional reports, reports from promoters) marketing and trade marketing implement brand strategies, achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by marketing, report on opportunities, obstacles ensure implementation of tm activities, active and proper in-store activities execut
10、ion is responsible for control: visibility, positioning of posm and takes measures to execute trade marketing activities if they are not in place makes proposals on new types of posm and in-store activities to regional tm supervisor control work of promoter (during market visit) presence, presentati
11、on etc. report on issues to regional trade marketing supervisor. managing human resources define sales targets to field team for the structure managed by sku, control results regularly evaluate performance of the structure assigned through joint visits and market visits: evaluate achievement of the
12、bb kpis, effect coaching and motivate subordinates participate in recruitment and selection according to the job descriptions and company values train new comers on merchandising, sales skills, trade marketing execution, explain sales principles and commercial policy, communicate new products, new p
