地錦草與5種抗菌藥聯(lián)用對豬鏈球菌的體外抑菌效果

1、    地錦草與5種抗菌藥聯(lián)用對豬鏈球菌的體外抑菌效果    江超姚飛虹張之怡程慶羅稀楷李嗣忻舒宇王歧本摘要  目的探究地錦草與其他抗菌藥物對豬鏈球菌的體外聯(lián)合抗菌效果，達到有效防止豬鏈球菌的目的。方法采用瓊脂稀釋法、微量肉湯棋盤稀釋法，分別測定了地錦草與慶大霉素、青霉素、頭孢曲松、阿莫西林、硫酸鏈霉素對3株豬鏈球菌的最小抑菌濃度（mic）及分級抑菌濃度指數(shù)（fic）。結(jié)果地錦草和5種抗菌藥聯(lián)用后對3株鏈球菌的mic有不同程度的降低，聯(lián)用后都表現(xiàn)為相加或協(xié)同效果。結(jié)論地錦草在體外與5種抗菌藥聯(lián)用可減少抗菌藥物用量，增強藥物對細菌的抑制作用。關(guān)鍵
