1、現(xiàn)在，許多老師上課都缺乏激情，照書直讀，一個(gè)課堂一個(gè)調(diào)，學(xué)生也漸漸對(duì)課堂失去了興趣，并會(huì)產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)的心理。當(dāng)老師要不要有激情？許多老師會(huì)作出肯定的回答。然而我非常同意這樣的一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)。曾在教師博覽上看到介紹中國文人教書的文章，其中梁?jiǎn)⒊壬险n之情狀給我留下了深刻的印象：“說講到精彩處，梁?jiǎn)⒊袝r(shí)掩面，有時(shí)頓足，有時(shí)狂笑，有時(shí)嘆息，悲從中來，竟痛苦流涕而不能自已，情緒轉(zhuǎn)好又涕泗交流之中張口大笑了，每當(dāng)講課，先生大汗淋漓，狀極愉快?！?這樣的課，這樣的教師學(xué)生一輩子也忘不了！ 作為這樣的以為老師，他教育出了什么樣的學(xué)生呢？我在一本書上了解到，梁?jiǎn)⒊膶W(xué)生有三千余人，而且在他的第一批40名學(xué)

2、生中，就將近一半成為革命先烈或開國名人。他學(xué)生中有著名軍事家蔡鍔、著名詩人徐志摩、中國工業(yè)之父范旭東、國學(xué)大師姜亮夫等等。人才濟(jì)濟(jì)，他們大多都對(duì)中國產(chǎn)生巨大的影響。然而他也是一名了不起的父親。梁?jiǎn)⒊芯艂€(gè)子女，人人成才。建筑學(xué)家梁思成，考古學(xué)家梁思永，火箭控制系統(tǒng)專家、航天事業(yè)第一人梁思禮等等。他們之中有三個(gè)中國院士。一個(gè)富有激情的老師，他的教育才是真正教育，是能進(jìn)入同學(xué)的心靈，影響人一生的教育。當(dāng)老師精神飽滿、面帶微笑，充滿激情地走進(jìn)課堂時(shí)，就會(huì)給學(xué)生很大的感染力。老師的激情就像一?；鸱N，一下子點(diǎn)燃學(xué)生高漲的情緒，課堂氣氛會(huì)隨之活躍起來。沒有了激情的課堂，任你教師用再先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代教學(xué)手段，也只

5、 a great impression on his amazing teaching: when the lesson came to a fascinating part, Mr. Liang sometimes hide his face behind the books, sometimes stamped his feet, sometimes laughed wildly, and sometimes sighed deeply. And when it came to a sad part, he always couldnt help crying. However, with
