Choose one student who raises his hand. “Lisa visited her friend last Saturday.” Repeat this sentence and write the sentence on the blackboard. Underline the word “visited”.(3) Point to the word
5、s “went” and ”visited” on the blackboard. Say that we use these words to talk about things that happened in the past. Write these pairs of words on the board “gowent”visitvisited”. 10、to read the dialogue to the class. Repeat the dialogue in the picture with all the students. Do a second example to the students. Ask all the students to work in pairs and practice the conversation by using the words or activities in the picture. Offer language or pronunciation support as needed. La
