However, most studies require the following:Pre-feasibility Study This is the first step which is mainly to identify and specify the investment idea. It may
54、involve legal, marketing, technical issues as well as the financial, economic and social implications that lead to the approval or refusal of the idea.Reading BDetailed Feasibility Study As the name suggests, this step includes more detailed studies of the investment idea from the various aspects me
55、ntioned above. The legal study. This requires research into all legal aspects of the proposed project. It is necessary to ensure that the project complies with all government regulations and any welfare or institutional requirements. There may be existing constraints on development, applications may
