爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)通過友好協(xié)商解決。協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均可向人民法院提起訴訟。AnydisputesarisingfromorrelatedtothisContractshallberesolvedbyfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifnegotiationfails,anypartymayfilealawsuitwiththePeople'sCourt.第十一條其他條款11.OtherProvisions通知：本合同項(xiàng)下的任何通知或通訊應(yīng)通過書面形式送達(dá)至本合同列明的地址，并以收件人簽收之日為有效送達(dá)日。Notices:AnynoticeorcommunicationunderthisContractshallbeinwrittenformanddeliveredtotheaddressspecifiedinthisContract.Thenoticeshallbedeemedeffectivelydeliveredonthedateofsignaturebytherecipient.不可抗力：如因不可抗力事件導(dǎo)致本合同無法履行，雙方應(yīng)及時(shí)協(xié)商解決。ForceMajeure:IftheperformanceofthisContractisfrustratedbyforcemajeure,bothpartiesshallpromptlynegotiateasolution.合同份數(shù)：本合同一式份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。NumberofCopies:ThisContractisincopies,eachpartyholdsonecopy,andallcopieshaveequallegalvalidity.本合同自雙方簽字或蓋章之日起生效。ThisContractshallbeeffectivefromthedateofsignatureorsealbybothpart
