After the completion of photographing in every city, these photos shall be sent to Party A in time, special responsible person of whom will confirm them on the same day. As long as these photos are confirmed by such person of Party A, Party B shall go to the next city for photography. 3、 When the photographing work has to be delayed due to the force majeure like weather condition, the responsibility of Party B shall be exempted and the parties hereto shall consult with each other for resolution. 4、 As a result of Party As delay of confirmation, Party A shall pay the expenses incurred from such delay. After Party B completes the photographing work, in case of Party As requiring of pickups, Party A shall pay additional expenses including for traveling, photography and others. In case that Party A requires to change words or pictures while reviewing the film or proofing, the expenses incurred from such changes should be undertaken by Party A, and the date of delivery will be postponed accordingly. 6 Party A is responsible for finalizing and proofreading the text. For any mistakes occurred after the confirmation and signature of Party A, Party B will undertake no responsibility. 7 This Contract will be enforceable by law as long as it is concluded. In case of any partys breach of this Contract, it will have to assume all economic losses. 8 This Contract has two copies, and each is held by each party. Remark This Contract is a framework contract for the project cooperation, so the parties hereto may, as needed, conclude the detailed contracts for photography, design and printing or like without violation of the principle of this Contract.
